No one is stationed in the lobby to help you, so if you aren't "tech savvy" get that way or bring someone from the tech generation. Electronic check in is easy. The kiosk will prompt you to place your ID and insurance cards in a little tray for capture. Then voila, someone will come out to take you back shortly after. The staff were very thorough, kind, and professional. I'd definitely revisit this location.

My wife and I went for blood tests prescribed by our primary care provider. The technician…read moreapparently took it upon herself to determine that her lipid test wasn't medically necessary when she entered the data into her computer prior to performing the blood draw. My blood draw was painless, but my wife suffered through being stabbed 3-4 times before the technician finally found her vein. We both were prescribed identical lipid tests but when upon receipt of the Medicare summary, my test was paid for by Medicare but my wife's was denied. The attitude of the technician displayed towards my wife was one of disdain and my wife commented on it after we left, figuring that she was biased against Asian people with the way she did her test after seeing how mine was done. Find a different source for lab work than this location. I will never go there again.

I have had terrible experiences with getting blood drawn, most have a very hard time with my veins. He did not. He was personable, kind, gentle and got it first try! It took them an hour for one person before me last time I visited. What if I decided to show up 45 minutes late for my appointment? While their website is useful, the actual people are not. And to give you an idea of their horrible customer service, just notice that every response they have to negative reviews is a cut and paste; completely indicative of the lazy service they provide. I came here after my doctors office could not run my annual blood work at their office and I was so happy I stopped here. I signed in and 15 minutes after sitting down, they took me back. My phlebotomist was named Goldie and she was such a pleasure to work with! Even with a scaredy cat like me who rambles and gets nervous around needles, she made me laugh so hard and made me feel completely at ease. I did have to pay out of pocket for my blood work, but the insurance will reimburse me. Since Quest isn't affiliated with any hospitals, they have the patient pay up front then bill the insurance company after the visit. Once they get the bill, they'll reimburse you however much. All in all, this is such a great place for any lab work. So fast, so friendly! They will definitely see me again for my next visit!
