I had an appointment at a certain time, I expected to be seen within 20 mins or so, I waited for 45 mins. Lady stuck me and i was left with a big bruise for 2 weeks.

I came here after my doctors office could not run my annual blood work at their office and I was so happy I stopped here. I signed in and 15 minutes after sitting down, they took me back. My phlebotomist was named Goldie and she was such a pleasure to work with! Even with a scaredy cat like me who rambles and gets nervous around needles, she made me laugh so hard and made me feel completely at ease. I did have to pay out of pocket for my blood work, but the insurance will reimburse me. Since Quest isn't affiliated with any hospitals, they have the patient pay up front then bill the insurance company after the visit. Once they get the bill, they'll reimburse you however much. All in all, this is such a great place for any lab work. So fast, so friendly! They will definitely see me again for my next visit!
