I asked the receptionist if I could have a mask and her response was that she wasn't allowed to give me one until I was called back to the care area. I thought that was a weird rule. She wasn't exactly pleasant about it either. I had close to an hour's wait, which was fine. It had to be better than waiting in the ER. From there, I was greeted by a very nice and friendly tech named Heather. She took my vital signs and a bit of a history and then took me to an exam room. She told me there were 4 people ahead of me, which I appreciated being informed of that. She was very kind. Then a nurse named Brenda came in and collected my history. She was also nice and informative. Megan, the NP, then saw me. She was also nice, calm, and helpful. One thing that they could do to speed things up is carry tablets or laptops. They used paper and pens to write everything down and then would have to transfer all of that to their EMR system. I'm sure this would help cut down on patient wait time.

I dislocated my shoulder last night and wanted to avoid the ER, they said come right in and they would take care of it. They weren't kidding. I was in and out in about 45 min. Everyone had top notch bedside manner, I mean, the best most sweetest people. Idk who does the hiring, but it's amazing. This isn't the first time it was like this.
