Check in at the digital kiosk couldn't be simpler, there was no wait time, and the nurses who helped me (one was new to the company and training) were professional, compassionate, and honestly really fun to hang out with for what is not always the most fun activity. I had an appointment, so bear that in mind if you're thinking of walking in. It was refreshing to be seen so fast because at a different location I had to wait an hour even with an appointment.

Would it kill this company to put customers above their need to slash labor costs and hire a few more people for busy times? The few times I've used them, their staff person (singular) is nice, but overworked. Come on Lab Corp - buck up and put customers first! I'm going to check with their competitor, Quest Diagnostics, to see if they are better staffed.

Before my appointment, I was sent a plethora of pages to fill out as requested and brought them the morning of my appointment. I, like many people, read the fine print. Upon entering, I had to have a photo taken to load internally to help prevent fraud, which I kindly declined. If you have a credit on your account of $5 or less they expect you to write it off. I wrote, "I want any amount refunded". I also had to submit a credit card to keep on file. "Who in their right mind gives anyone a blank check to charge at any time?". I put a line through that and initialed it. Christy handed me another copy of that page and told me I could not write anything in, that I just had to initial it. She was insistent I initial the Workman's Compensation Form. I declined. She said, "Everyone has to initial it". I'm 70 years old, tell me why. The last straw was when I had to give my SS#. Again I was told, everyone gives their SS#. Christy said it was very secure and I'm thinking, computers are hacked every day. I said "I will leave before giving that information", and Christy's response was "Well, it will probably come to that". I wonder how many people don't read the fine print and don't realize what freewill they give businesses. As someone who has been a victim of credit card fraud more than once and identity theft, there are some things that need protection. Dr. Bell may be a very nice man, I wouldn't know as I couldn't get past the office staff. I have never in my 70 years had to have a mug shot taken upon entering a physician's office. I got the feeling the office staff was more concerned about getting their money than caring for people. First impressions are lasting.

The receptionist helped me understand how the online wait list worked. I just kept checking the app to see when I was going to be next so the timing on getting there was perfect. I wish I could remember everyone's names that walked me through this process but I hope you remember the woman from Dallas and know that I appreciate you and your kindness. I ended up being diagnosed with the flu and as bad as I feel right now I am pushing to write this review. They have a flow of getting you checked in, looked at, and checked out, that was so smooth. I wish they were in Dallas as I would be a full time patient. Thank you!

Susan who works as a phone receptionist for this office takes her job to personal to a level to argue with patients and hang up on them when the patients are expressing their concerns and Susan did not agree with them. This is not the first encounter I have had with Susan not liking my opinion and arguing back & hanging up on me. I called to fill my husband's diabetic medicine that I had put in a request for at our local pharmacy 2 days prior (hints: why I waited till today to go pick up also due to the holiday). I go to the pharmacy to see if it is ready. Only to be told our doctor's office has not approve it yet (our doctor's office will only fill scripts after 4pm each day) , so with that said another script request was put in from the pharmacy. I called the doctor's office to express this and SUSAN proceeds to comment "that this how we do things and sorry if you don't like it." "Also we just came back from a holiday." That is when I stated "yesterday would be the paper work from the holiday and which your office doesn't fill scripts till after 4pm so that means the holiday log should have already been worked."Not only did SUSAN express her rude tone of opinion back to me and hang up on me,but also continued to ignore 15 of my phone calls back to back. I then get a call from a non-registered number (while on hold with the office) and another lady who tells me "the phone systems are having issues" (which then means the office phones have had problems for 6weeks now also unprofessional) Mrs/Miss Susan is very unprofessional and rude as well as disrespectful to patients. I have not seen a doctor's office handle situations in such an ill unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this office to no one and I may be finding another doctor for my family of 7 since they are not for helping people and allowing their employees treat/talk to the patients and to ignore their patients. If Susan has acted and spoke to me this way just think how many others she has done this too and no one has spoke up.
