I could hear my nurse talk about me at the nurse's station after she took my vitals. The office failed to follow through when I was trying to get an MRI order through to the VA. Then when I tried to get more visits authorized by the VA the office REFUSED TO REQUEST MORE VISITS. They say they won't bother because the VA has denied other patients more visits in the past. I wasted weeks making phone call after phone call trying to get more visits authorized, only to find out that the problem was with APG itself. I'm doing everything I can to stop other veterans from having to go through this nightmare.

I also love how they give back to their community like raising money for the violence prevention center. Today I complained of pain in my lower back which also caused me to have headaches & difficulty sleeping. After Dr.Gail examined my back she noticed my back was not aligned. After her observation, Dr.Gail adjusted my back. After she adjusted my back, I felt immediate relief. I stood up, and the throbbing pain in my lower back was gone and I slept great .
