From the first day on, I was impressed with their focus and attention to detail while rehabbing my lower back. Each visit began with a Q & A from Jordan regarding how i felt I was progressing. I observed that ALL clients received the same personalized attention. All are made to feel welcome from the beginning of each session to the end. Laura went above and beyond several times to assist me with administrative type requests. Jordan did the same to be sure that I had access to the straps, bands, and other equipment to continue therapy at home. Kayla was always around to answer questions and be sure that things were moving. I absolutely recommend this facility.

Do Not Recommend This office seems far more concerned with…read moremoney than actual patient care. I came in with severe nerve pain and was told I likely need a fusion, yet the staff does not appear knowledgeable about treating nerve pain effectively. Instead, I was given low-dose steroids and Tylenol--neither of which provided any relief. When I called to report that the treatment wasn't working, I felt dismissed and was treated as if I were exaggerating my pain or seeking drugs. Eventually, I received a steroid injection, but it also did not help. Despite that, their plan was simply to repeat the same ineffective treatment. On top of that, the specialist was not respectful of patients' time. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment before deciding to leave due to the delay. There were also serious issues with communication about insurance. The office told me that my insurance required preauthorization, which delayed my care. When I contacted my insurance company directly, I was told this was not true. Despite this, the office continued to insist otherwise. Overall, this experience was frustrating, dismissive, and a waste of time. I strongly recommend finding a more attentive and knowledgeable provider before considering Axis.

Well, I never did get a medical car. Then after finally making it to my appointment (which took a substantial amount of work to do). They got mad at me because I said I felt threatened as an expression to describe my medical concerns getting completely undermined. I was apparently supposed to be going for physical therapy that day (well it was a lie and that was strange too). I noticed there were a lot of elderly people as patients the times I had appointments. I hope they aren't taking advantage of them.
