If I could give my rating less than a 1 star, I would. I was recommended by my dentist, whom I trust immensely. Before my appointment, I was sent a plethora of pages to fill out as requested and brought them the morning of my appointment. I, like many people, read the fine print. Upon entering, I had to have a photo taken to load internally to help prevent fraud, which I kindly declined. If you have a credit on your account of $5 or less they expect you to write it off. I wrote, "I want any amount refunded". I also had to submit a credit card to keep on file. "Who in their right mind gives anyone a blank check to charge at any time?". I put a line through that and initialed it. Christy handed me another copy of that page and told me I could not write anything in, that I just had to initial it. She was insistent I initial the Workman's Compensation Form. I declined. She said, "Everyone has to initial it". I'm 70 years old, tell me why. The last straw was when I had to give my SS#. Again I was told, everyone gives their SS#. Christy said it was very secure and I'm thinking, computers are hacked every day. I said "I will leave before giving that information", and Christy's response was "Well, it will probably come to that". I wonder how many people don't read the fine print and don't realize what freewill they give businesses. As someone who has been a victim of credit card fraud more than once and identity theft, there are some things that need protection. Dr. Bell may be a very nice man, I wouldn't know as I couldn't get past the office staff. I have never in my 70 years had to have a mug shot taken upon entering a physician's office. I got the feeling the office staff was more concerned about getting their money than caring for people. First impressions are lasting. read more

I would strongly urge anyone and everyone to find another doctor/PT. The lack of compassion is unbelievable first of all, secondly their communication to each other is a joke, third their hours suck. They are completely closed one day a week and only open a half day another day of the week making it impossible to have any type of wiggle room for your appointments. The receptionist Danielle hangs up on people and yes I was being rude but being in that line of work myself if I ever did that I'd be fired in a New York second. My husband and I lost two family members in a weeks time and no wiggle room for his appointments because of their lack of availability and when our vehicle broke down they threaten to drop him. Danielle then told me "this is not a threat" this from me is a promise. We are finding somewhere else for my husband and I reporting the company. UPDATE: they claimed my husband could come in and they'd work it out so we pair our neighbors $20 bucks to take him and pick him up four hours later. We barely made it home when my husband called and said they wanted him to wait there over an hour outside in the cold while they all took a lunch break. when I needed my doctor the most - they dropped me. They billed my insurance incorrectly, then they are going after non-existent settlement and me. I have adjudicated the lien on me and on the settlement. But the doctor says he wants his money. rightly so. but he did not confirm with my insurance on coverage before what treatment I could get. his billing people will not listen to my lawyer. if you notice that lots of doctors have left his practice and other pages list issues with this office. read more

The genuine patient care provided by this practice is phenomenal! The whole staff is pleasant and provide a great environment. The facility is clean and up to date and the network they have with other specialist is unparalleled. I'm not new to physical therapy after having having several injuries that required surgeries. Multicare Specialist is tied as number one facility with The Center for the Intrepid, which is a multi million dollar facility for high level trama military personnel. The knowledgeable staff, updated facilities and overall environment they provide at Multicare specialist is what make them stand out in the St. Louis area! My whole family loves Multi Care Specialists! They are so warm and inviting! We have seen them for multiple issues and they see us for what is needed and that's all. They don't keep you longer than they should. You can tell the patients love it there by the conversations you overhear. They don't ask you to review as you can see from the two people who gave negative reviews, if they did they would have a page full of positive reviews. I had struggles with my insurance and they worked with me. We love Dr. Brooks and Dr. Ashley along with the nurses, office staff, techs, Corey, Jeff, Tate and now Dr. Preibe!
