Dr. Morrison has been my doctor for over 10 years and he is great. He is friendly and doesn't make you feel rushed. He listens to the patient. His staff is also kind and caring. I have recommended him to friends and my daughter also goes to see him as well. read more

I have been using this location for just over a year and couldn't be happier. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Easy to make or change appointments. Lucy, my PA is incredible at what she does and makes you feel comfortable in your most vulnerable moments. Every experience here has been wonderful and I'm so happy I found a great care provider. Highly recommended. read more

the wait time lately has been too long in the waiting room compared to when dr was in prior office

I had been trying to get in as a new patient with these guys for quite some time and recently was able to get in. I've had several friends recommend them and have only heard great things about them. I'm happy to report all the praise was well founded. I had scheduled just a meet and greet with the Dr. Morrison just to get my foot in the door, talk about family medical history and get some lab work done. I was in and out in an hour which I thought was pretty good, I've been to doctors before where I waited that long just to be seen. One thing to note is make sure you are 15 minutes early. Dr. Morrison was very friendly took the time to discuss what was on my mind and never once did I feel rushed. The great part about these guys is the lab is in the same building, so you don't have to drive across town to go get your labwork done. It took me forever to get in here but I think that it was worth the wait. read more

I went to my 1st appointment today. They were efficient and in time. The wait was maybe 5 minutes. Dr Jen was excellent. Very pleasant and wil definitely be going back! read more

PA Marc Boyer is the absolute best! He has been my family's physician for at least the last decade, and we all find him to be interested in us as human beings and not just as patients. He is so easy to talk to about any matter and listens intently. (He listens to what is not said as well as what is.) he cheerfully provides expert medical care. We are leaving the area, and that is the only reason we are leaving his care. read more

I've been seeing PA Dizes for several years. He is great to work with and I think he does a nice job of "coaching" me to be more healthy without preaching. I never wait more than 5 minutes to see the doc. The nurses and the staff are friendly and helpful. Never had any billing issues. After they became part of Memorial's group, they reduced their hours, cut out their weekend and holiday schedule, and I some of the service has gone down a bit. Overall, still a very solid practice. read more

We have been nothing but happy with this office. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We recently moved our three children here from a pediatricians office we were with for 13 years and love the care they have received. We get in the same day and don't have long waits to see the Dr. Switching them was scary at first, but we know we made the right choice! It's been the best care they have received in years. Dr. Morrison is who my whole family sees, he's a top notch family Dr. and I would recommend him and this office to anyone! read more

1 is to high of a rating. On two separate occasions I caught them lying to me about billing issues. They screwed up the billing and then tried to force me to pay the entire balance because it was to old for insurance to honor. Thankfully, I had made notes every time I had called and could accurately call them out on it. They are not to be trusted. If I have to bring up cell phone receipts to prove that I called you on numerous occasions, then you have HUGE issues and I don't have the time or willingness to pay a doctor who can't be trusted. read more

I'd previously written a bad review of this place then I had a change of heart and took it down. I should have left the original review up. Always go with your "first mind." The administrative personnel at this "clinic" are thoroughly incompetent. Bottomline: They referred me to Belleville Memorial for a procedure that Memorial wouldn't do without seeing me first and cost me $54 unnecessarily. Save yourself headaches and find yourself another family physician. The doctors are capable but the admin personnel will routinely drop the ball and screw stuff up. They just don't seem to care. read more

This practice has a very high turnover rate of doctors. No one stays for very long. Just as soon as I would get to know a doctor and like him/her, the doctor would leave for a different job. read more

I have been a patient at this facility for several years. I have changed my care to another facility and don't recommend them. My last physical was a year ago and I told the attending physician that of all my prescriptions the one most important was a remedy for my restless leg syndrome. Without that prescription, I would not be able to sit or sleep. My physician assured me that they would never let my prescription run out. My pharmacy called my physicians office to obtain a prescription for a refill and it was denied. When I called to find out the reason, my physician told me that I needed to have an annual physical before they would prescribe anymore medications. I explained that I had an appointment for a physical which Family Physicians of O'Fallon cancelled due to the vacation schedule of my physician. No one from my physicians office had the courtesy to call me and inform me that they had denied my prescription. They just let it drop! Not only is this negligent and incompetent, but it is also a reflection of the attitude toward patients by the staff of Family Physicians of O'Fallon. read more

I've been going to Family Physicians for 15 years and have been seeing the same doctor for that whole time. I've never had a bad experience here. They have always been able to see me the day of for acute care and I've never had to wait more then a few days for a regular appointment when needed. I haven't had any of the issues with billing described in other reviews. My favorite part is, unlike other doctors, your appointment time is the time you'll see the doctor. They work very hard to stay on track and keep appointment times so you're not waiting around 30-45 minutes like other places waiting past your time. I also don't feel rushed when seeing the doctor. They take the time to ensure I understand prescription instructions, ask how the family is doing, etc, etc. When I haven't seen my doctor, I've has a similar experience with the rest of their staff. I'd highly recommend Family Physicians. read more

I've been a patient for more than eleven years. Pros: They do a good job getting you in for appointments. Some days are open for early morning appointments, so you could get in before work. Then it's in and out very quickly. Good job on the work flow, and seeing the patients quickly. Very good at Triage, and able to resolve emergency situations with avaiable satff. Very courteous, professional docs and nurses. If you can't see you usual doc or PA-C, there is always a "back-up" available. Over the years my wife and I have seen four or five alternate docs, and all have been of very high caliber. Easy to get routine flu shots. Lab and X-Ray departments are in the same building. Follow-up appointments can be obtained before you settle your co-pay and exits. Good feel of the local hospitals, and where to go for surgeries (abdominal, back, neck, foot, etc) Good at having the prescriptions ready following the appointment, and you can call in and have the refill prescription ready within 2 or three days. Cons: For lancing, stitching and other in-house procedures the receptionist won't be able to schedule you in for an appointment time. Your nurse will have to see how her schedule can accommodate, and then you can get the nurse to schedule a time to be seen. For a time in 2010 and into 2011 there were some problems obtaining referrals to specialists. This is no longer an issue. read more
