From the first day on, I was impressed with their focus and attention to detail while rehabbing my lower back. Each visit began with a Q & A from Jordan regarding how i felt I was progressing. I observed that ALL clients received the same personalized attention. All are made to feel welcome from the beginning of each session to the end. Laura went above and beyond several times to assist me with administrative type requests. Jordan did the same to be sure that I had access to the straps, bands, and other equipment to continue therapy at home. Every therapist is so caring and informative. My kiddo always comes out of therapy with a little project she did, and it always astounds me that she can do things I never knew she was ready for.
