The technician…read moreapparently took it upon herself to determine that her lipid test wasn't medically necessary when she entered the data into her computer prior to performing the blood draw. My blood draw was painless, but my wife suffered through being stabbed 3-4 times before the technician finally found her vein. We both were prescribed identical lipid tests but when upon receipt of the Medicare summary, my test was paid for by Medicare but my wife's was denied. The attitude of the technician displayed towards my wife was one of disdain and my wife commented on it after we left, figuring that she was biased against Asian people with the way she did her test after seeing how mine was done. Find a different source for lab work than this location. I will never go there again.

I made an appointment for 3:50 thinking it would help. Nope!…read more Got my 5 year old with a giant swollen lip from an earlier dentist visit and my 1 year old in tow. We don't even get triaged until 5pm and ushered into a room. Literally left alone for HOURS until 7:45! Did any nurses or staff come to check on us or reassure us? Heck no. Some slight snacks but not even a vending machine for options. Utterly ridiculous and disappointing that this place is even in business. I'd have had better treatment at an ER, at least I'd physically seen the doctor too.
