My wife and I went for blood tests prescribed by our primary care provider. The technician…read moreapparently took it upon herself to determine that her lipid test wasn't medically necessary when she entered the data into her computer prior to performing the blood draw. My blood draw was painless, but my wife suffered through being stabbed 3-4 times before the technician finally found her vein. We both were prescribed identical lipid tests but when upon receipt of the Medicare summary, my test was paid for by Medicare but my wife's was denied. The attitude of the technician displayed towards my wife was one of disdain and my wife commented on it after we left, figuring that she was biased against Asian people with the way she did her test after seeing how mine was done. Find a different source for lab work than this location. I will never go there again.

What shocked me the most was how many open appointments they had both times. I was able to be seen same day. I love the app. Easy to make an appointment. The text messages took me a minute to figure out because I assumed you cancel and do everything online. No ma'am. You can use a text to cancel and check in when you arrive! Come on technology! Both times, the ladies at the reception desk and the nurses/doctors I saw were very nice. They listened to my symptoms, explained what was going on and quickly made a diagnosis. I didn't have to wait more than maybe 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The waiting area is clean and has amenities like a coffee station and even an arcade game. They have Kleenex and face masks available for those who need them. I'm so impressed with this place and I'm glad we don't have to wait weeks to see our primary doctor or wait 24 hours in an emergency room!!!

If you can't see me when my appointment is scheduled then don't offer appointments.
