Went here yesterday thinking I may have had strep...first off, the online check in process was great. Scanned in my ID and insurance card and set my appointment. Got there and the girl at the front desk was super pleasant and very patient with me as I come in completely scatterbrained with my three year old in tow. Cindy, who took our vitals and prepped us for the appointment, was even better. So nice and great with my son. Made the process "fun" for him - that right there for the 5 stars off the bat. Gave us a juice and had snacks available as well. Then we saw the provider - I think Erin (I'll come back and update this if it's wrong, I'm still sick and don't feel like getting up to look at paperwork lol) Erin was wonderful. Listened to our issues and did an exam. Again, super wonderful with my son. On our way out, my son got stickers and a toy. They were all so friendly and caring. I will go back here for care. Walked in with no appointment and didn't wait too long at all.... Registration and pre-payment system uses you phone and it works pretty well. Fast triage and don't wait long to see the care provider. I'd go back (but I hope I do t have to). read more

Secretary was helpful. Waiting room was clean. Instructions for check in were visible and legible. Masks and sanitary materials were in the open. Nurse for check in was knowledgeable and friendly. Nurse Practitioner was very friendly and I myself was terrified when her first words about my odd skin injury and "interesting" she and I were confused on what is exactly happening. Skin is tricky. Currently on a cycle of medicine to help stop an odd allergic reaction that I've never had before. read more

I had an appointment for 1240hrs and scheduled at the Swansea location by mistake. When I arrived the receptionist was awesome correcting my appointment to O'Fallon and did my complete check himself. When I was called in by the med tech to take my vitals she was awesome and put me in a room and said the nurse practitioner would be in a few minutes. After I waited for 36 minutes in the room I came out and told the receptionist I had somewhere to be and I was leaving. The Nurse Practitioner came out and said she could see me in a few minutes if I wanted to wait so I said no problem okay. When the nurse practitioner finally came in the room she said "we are done here and I berated the staff" I did nothing of the kind I was professional. So I left. I give it a two because the receptionist and med tech were awesome. The rest of the experience with the Nurse practitioner she needs to learn how to deal with people. Go elsewhere if you need medical attention. read more

This is a rude and horrible clinic they pulled $427 out of my bank account today without permission I have insurance through my company they were rude to me and refused to run my card when I called them about pulling that money with out permission they claimed when I saw last week for strep I signed a paper being responsible for bill but I only gave permission for a $40 co pay not $427 beware if you go here they are shady and crooked thiefs read more

I made an APPOINTMENT using the automated system to input information. I successfully filled out the application and waited until my spot in line was reached before driving to the urgent care facility, upon reaching the facility I discovered that there was a hidden backlog of people. A line within a line. I was made to believe that using my VA benefits would cause Kim profound difficulty and she doesn't seem knowledgeable on computers. I had to call a VA nurse to get her to admit all she needed was information she already had. She was incredibly rude to me and others during the entire process. Upon calling to file a complaint she refused to let me speak to anyone but her and gave me a fake email for some corporate guy who doesn't exist (brian crolley) this lady is DELULU! read more

I made an appointment online for the same day. I went inside the nice clean facility and checked in at the kiosk. Got a text that said to come to the desk, so I sat down and two minutes later, I was checked in and ready to be seen. Very nice receptionist. A minute or so later, I was called back and seen by the nurse. She took my vitals, and did a Covid test and took me into a room, to wait for the doctor, saying it takes about 15 minutes. Sure enough, 18 minutes later, the doctor came in and told me I tested positive for Covid. Ugh!! I've never had it before and was obviously upset. She said I can't take Paxlovid because it has a reaction to some of my medications, and that I just have to tough it out with Tylenol. She was friendly, compassionate, and matter of fact, and wrote me a note saying that I can't come back to work until Wednesday. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and she called in a prescription for something to help with the cough. I will definitely come back here the next time I get sick or injured! read more

Terrible don't come here if it's urgent waited for 3 hours in pain never seen just to be sent to the emergency room

Highly recommend this place! Went to well now at 7:15 on a Friday night with a minor eye injury. I called them first and they said they accepted walk ins up to 7:30pm. I came in filled out some paperwork and was in a room by 7:30. Took my vitals told them my problem and was transferred to the exam room. Angela was my doctor and she was great. Told her my issue and she examined my eye and told me I had a minor cornea abrasion. Gave me a prescription for some eye drops and went through how to take care of my eye and I couldn't be happier. Everyone at Well Now was great and a special shout out to Angela. Thank you!! read more

This Well Now Urgent Care location provided me with excellent care on my visit this past weekend. I used the online tool to reserve an appointment & it worked great. After the initial meeting with a nurse to go over vitals & reason for visit, she escorted me to an exam room where I was examined by a doctor and another nurse. Everyone I came into contact with was respectful & caring. I received a follow up call two days later. I would highly recommend this location if you need urgent care, but recommend doing the online appointment. read more

Check-in was smooth, pleasant and fast. Had a long wait in exam room, but understandable due to more urgent needs. I was being seen for a possible broken foot. They did xrays, Xray tech gave report saying nothing was found. I was told I had a bruise or contusion. My instinct said this didn't sound correct as my foot was really really swollen. Had an another xray done through my primary Doctor the next morning. I had 3 fractures and 2 dislocations. How was this missed. Will not return. read more

I brought my daughter into this location tonight after she sliced her finger on a knife and after it wouldn't stop bleeding. We arrived at 730 pm. The front desk lady asked what the issue was and I told her. She then looks at me and tells me they stop taking patients at 730. To say the least, this was ridiculous. I am not sure how they can turn away patients in need of URGENT CARE or turn away a young child in need of URGENT CARE. I will never go back to this place. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. My daughter went to WellNow in O'Fallon, IL in July and Aug of 2023. I then get a bill for $465 in February 2024, first one mind you, to pay immediately. I knew something had to be wrong, because we have insurance and it shouldn't be this high of a bill for what was done. When I called WellNow, I was informed they couldn't look at the account because it was turned over to collections. REALLY??!! I then was transferred to the collection agency, they couldn't see the account yet and told me to call back in a week. I then reached out to our primary and secondary insurance companies. That is when I discovered that WellNow NEVER EVEN BILLED OUR INSURANCE COMPANIES!! They just sent it straight to collections! I called the number on the WellNow invoice to question this and asked to speak with a supervisor. The first time I called, the supervisor was "unavailable". Waited a week and called again; I was then told the supervisor can't comment on this account because it's with collections and I need to talk with the supervisor at the collection agency. WHAT?! Why would I do that when WellNow was the agency at fault??!! The amount of time I have spent to correct THEIR MISTAKE has been insane. I'm now working with the collection agency to have them properly file with the insurance companies. For anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and don't use their services. read more
