They canceled my appointment and only called me once to let me know. When I showed up today, I had no idea that my appointment wasn't on the schedule. I had initially scheduled this appointment to be seen about terrible pain and cramping I was experiencing; the pain ended up taking me to the emergency room, where I discovered I had an infection. I kept the appointment on the calendar so that I could follow up on the progress of the infection's resolution. Imagine if I had never went to the ER, and showed up in such pain today just to be told that my appointment had been canceled and they had "tried to call me"?! I also wasted 30 miles of gas to get here, which is not a small thing to do because I'm seriously struggling financially. Such callous treatment of patients... I won't be back.

You review the labs with the provider on week two. Fine. A salesperson then comes in immediately after the provider leaves, and attempts to sell you a subscription into their $1,000/year club, which essentially gives you the privilege of getting your meds filled at your own pharmacy. The alternative is to pay jacked-up prices and buy your meds from the clinic. It's completely unethical to withhold pricing structure information like this to new patients , and ONLY revealing the final cost after they are already on the hook for $200 in labs and $100 clinic fees. It makes me wonder what other information they are withholding. I can't do business with a place like this.
