No one is stationed in the lobby to help you, so if you aren't "tech savvy" get that way or bring someone from the tech generation. Electronic check in is easy. The kiosk will prompt you to place your ID and insurance cards in a little tray for capture. Then voila, someone will come out to take you back shortly after. The staff were very thorough, kind, and professional. I'd definitely revisit this location.

I have had hundreds of shots and countless blood draws done over the last year, and I've never encountered someone who was as rough and careless as Maria was. She shoved the needle in my arm so hard, it truly felt intentional and cruel. Unfortunately I did not have the choice to request someone else to do the blood draw because she was the only one there. I was at this location 2 days prior to this encounter and had a pleasant experience, however, I won't be going back to this location solely because of her.
