I walk down the hall to the man at the desk and say I need a refund she then comes down there and says "you need to shut the f*** up and get the f*** out" looks at my mom, daughter, my son and my daughters friend and says" you all go get the f*** out of here" "I said I am getting a refund and you are a terrible business woman I will tell everyone I know about this experience" (mind you I never said one cuss word to this woman nor raised my voice) "she said I dont give a f*** what you do now leave!!" I got my receipt and left. I looked at my receipts we got there at 4:13 she was kicking us out at 4:22 so a total of 9 minutes including wait time. She was a completely out of line for treating my family and I in this way there was absolutely no reason for it. It was so shocking we have never in a public place by an owner or anyone been treated that way and I have never in 20 years of being in the medical field spoken to anyone like that nor would I for her to speak to my pregnant daughter and my mother in that way plus my teenage son was there it was soooooo uncalled for we in no way deserved that treatment. I am very curious to know if she has treated other families in this way and if so she needs some sort of consequences she ruined this entire experience for us and treated us so poorly. Her husband the co-owner refunded our money and he didn't say a word the entire time it was as if he'd experienced this with her many times before. This was all just a shock and not at all how this experience should have gone for my daughter.

This is going to take forever," as soon as you walk through the door. I used the app/website to make an appointment for the same day. Check in occurs at an electronic kiosk. No one is stationed in the lobby to help you, so if you aren't "tech savvy" get that way or bring someone from the tech generation. Electronic check in is easy. The kiosk will prompt you to place your ID and insurance cards in a little tray for capture. Then voila, someone will come out to take you back shortly after. The staff were very thorough, kind, and professional. I'd definitely revisit this location.
