It's clean and attractive. The pump worked great and no issues with my credit card. The wash was dirty however, towels were empty in some and present in others. The squeegee's most likely need to be replaced as well with lots of use. On one visit trash was overflowing, but others it was fine. On another visit an employee was emptying trash I did go inside on a recent and service and as very friendly. The brightest spot was the men's room which was fresh, clean and new. Everything worked and trash was maintained. Proper supply of toilet paper was present. I'm sure I will be back. 4.5 rounding down with pump wash issue and trash.

I sought medical care in May from Mercy GoHealth Urgent Care in Clayton. I was asked by the PA who…read morewas treating me to choose which medication I wanted to be on and how many days to take the medication. This made me uncomfortable and, as a professional in the medical world myself, this is wildly inappropriate. I then received a bill for $260. I tried contacting the company to have them drop the bill due to the inappropriate nature of the experience and the lack of medical expertise I received. They not only had very poor customer services, but they continue to deny that the charges will be dropped because "services were received". What services? I prescribed myself. Do not receive care from here. UPDATE: Spoke with the manager who not only stood by all of the above, but also stood by a bill that said I spent 30-45 min with provider when actually I was only in the room for 10 min with a PA. He said that is just how they bill and the bill would stand. Sounds like insurance fraud to me.
