Check-in was a breeze…read moreat the kiosk and even though I was a walk-in, I only waited 15-20 minutes to be called back for my blood to be drawn. The ENTIRE TEAM WAS OUTSTANDING, so not sure why these reviews do not represent that. Deborah (or Debra) and Pam made my day, as they were warm and welcoming, yet still maintained their professionalism. An unexpected emergency occurred w another customer while I was there, and they handled it with such grace and care. I even mentioned I would love working on a team like theirs, as they get things done and still seem to enjoy what they do. Thank you again and again.

She just looked at me and expected me to accept that advice and walk out! When I asked if I was going to be charged for this waste of time of a visit, they said "Yes"! Incredible, they didn't offer any treatment just told me to go to the hospital and collect $$. I'm going back to Total Access Urgent Care -- at least they DO SOMETHING! Edit: I went to Total Access Urgent immediately afterwards and all i can say is WOW! The quality of service, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were just incredible! The hooked me up with an IV, gave me some medication that made my stomach feel better, and then did a CT scan to look at my stomach for any problems. They took my urine and blood to do analysis. They gave me medication to make me feel and get better. They told me to call immediately if i start feeling worse. This place actually cares about its patients.

Woke up feeling terrible and decided I needed to see a doctor. I checked in for my appointment and…read morewas able to get in within about an hour and a half of waking up. There were some issues with my insurance, but the front desk staff helped resolve everything quickly. Dr. Glaser was great and very efficient. She assessed me right away and got me the help I needed. They even provided on-the-spot medicine for all of my issues.

Once I completed the paperwork, I was seen and released within 30 minutes. Great medical care and customer service. The facility was clean. Hopefully, I won't hurt myself again, but if I do, I'll go to Total Access Urgent Care!

There is absolutely nothing Urgent about this Care…read more I have been to this location multiple times for varying reasons, I stopped coming here because spending 3-4 hours at an urgent care is absurd and besides the point of going to one in my opinion. I started going to another one down the street for the last few years. Today someone convinced me to come here again, they raved about it. So I got in the online que at 12:15 as 5th in line, by 1:30 they told me I was 2nd in line and should check in. They finally walked me back into a room at 2:10pm and here it is over an hour later and I'm still sitting here waiting. I likely need to be tested and that's going to be another 30 min to 1 hour to go AFTER they finally come back. If you're on this long of a wait, communicate! I will never be back here.
