This place is ridiculous. Everytime we've ever called here there's a problem, or the owner is an arrogant dickbag about something on the phone. Tonight I call with 2 delivery orders, a pie to deliver to mother in law on way to deliver our order. Pretty easy right? Nope! Some nasty little ball bag, probably owners son gets on the phone and tells me he will deliver mother in laws pizza, but won't drive the extra 3-4 miles to my house?! WTF? I ask why, he says "I'm not doing it because it's crazy here". Their website boasts "15 years in business", but yet you can't seem to negotiate or anticipate your weekend crowd by now??!!. Never again. I'll go to the better places in town. Not sure how they do business in Albania, but these assholes need to get a lesson on how to do it here! I have been going here for a long time because the location is so convenient when I am running around with my kids. However, I am officially done. The past few experiences there have been terrible- food, service, all of it. The owner is rude, although I tried to look past that, but now it's not worth it. If you are looking for a fancy restaurant - this is not the place for you but if you are looking for great food in huge portions, and with reasonable prices- you would love this place. We were a party of 7 ( 4 adults and 3 children) from CT and stopped there for a meal after apple picking. OMG the food is delicious and the service was great. Every single one of us was happy with the order - absolutely delicious. FYI They do not serve alcohol beverages but there is a fridge that you can pick your cold drink. The only thing we wished was to have a larger variety of drinks. Otherwise, we were very happy with the food taste and sizes and we would definitely go back there. read more

I found Tosi's Pizza while searching Yelp for pizza delivery in Marlboro. I ordered a large plain pie for myself and a few friends for delivery to my marina. I was watching for the delivery person, but they arrived sooner than I thought and he called me from the marina gate. With that said, the delivery service was fast and the pizza was hot out of the oven when it arrived. The pizza was cooked just right and it tasted better than many places I've eaten from. The price was respectable and right on average - $13 for a large pie. While I was at the marina, another boater was bringing their empty box to the dumpster. They told me they had ordered from Tosi's an hour earlier and they got a 3 foot pizza for around $35. They were comparing sizes and prices with me. I'll definitely order from Tosi's again. read more

We used to love Tosi's but tonight was terrible. The slices were not fully cooked, cheese not even melted. Then they overcharged us! I questioned it because it was conveniently $20 on the dot and was told it was correct. Odd, because it's never been that expensive. After leaving we called, placed the same exact order and asked for a total...big surprise, we were given a different (cheaper) total. So disappointed. We've supported them since they opened. This place is great, the staff is so nice and the food is so delicious. My mom fell in love with a burger here and is still talking about it. They give you soooooo much food and it's always fresh. SIMPLY THE BEST specialty slices around, massive and fresh, each slice is probably equivalent to 2 regular slices!! They have 24-inch pies. Seriously. Sorry, Tried this once and I would not go back. It is hard to find good Italian pizza in ulster county in general but this place has very low quality pizza. The crust is generic crust and sauce has no flavor. We ordered meatballs on our pizza and they ended up as crusty dried slices, probably from a package. The olives were definitely from a can and were flavorless. I plan to find a good local pizza place and I plan on being very vocal about crappy low grade pizza, especially if the reviews are positive because of friends or family. read more

I just returned from picking up a cheese pizza from TOSI and to my surprise, the pizza was extremely cold, dry, and seemed to be sitting in the restaurant for some time. I called to informed them of the issue and I was transferred to the owner (male) who refused to take responsibility and insinuated that it was my fault that the pizza was cold. The customer service at TOSI from the owner was unacceptable and unprofessional. He was extremely rude! I refuse to go back to this establishment with the way I was treated! Based on the slice I had it was super good. Nice thin crust with the right amount of sag but still a little snap. The cheese and sauce were great, the staff was very friendly and hospitable. I will be back to pick up a pie for the family on the next pizza night. read more

Moved to Marlboro 6 months ago and order from Tosi's often . I really like their garlic knots . The pizza is good too . The wait time for a delivery is a problem . Always told 40 minutes and it's deliver an hour and a half later . I have gotten the pizza lukewarm at times because of this . I've called a couple of times asking if the driver was on his way (was not even a weekend night) and the owner who is quite rude always stated yes but that's not true . Decided pizza would be nice... called and ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and Anchovy pizza: well done and not sliced ... 35 min wait...arrived and owner and staff a.m. was pleasant. Unfortunately got home to find anchovy pizza was not correct: was given pepperoni which was greasy and not well done. Hawaiian wasn't well done and over flowing with Ricotta cheese??? ordered by phone one snowy evening. We got a large pie with half hawaiian and half chicken bacon ranch, dozen wings and dozen garlic knots. the order came up to $30 which is a bit steep for me. the chicken bacon ranch was excellent. right amount of each topping. the hawaiian is also good but the hubby didnt like the globs of mozzarella cheese. a bit too much. however, something seemed missing. THERE WAS NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA!! pizza was dry. Not sure if this was an error or they really dont put sauce but that wouldve made me give them 5 stars. the garlic knots are the second best ive had and probably the best in the local area. the wings were crispy like we requested it. very good. only comment is I wish they gave more sauce. Good Prices. Ask for every sauce on everything though or it might be a tad dry. They are light on the sauce and that's just not for me so I always ask for extra. Good always fresh and they deliver. The delivery is always fast. They have great pasta dishes. Eggplant Parm is the best! read more

The best pizza in the Marlboro area! I'm from northern NJ originally and am really picky with what I think good pizza is. I have family that lives up in the Marlboro area, so I come and visit quite often. Ever since Tosi's first opened I loved them! They were the first in the area to actually do deliveries, which was something that hit close to home (home meaning NJ haha) and their individual slices are HUGE and their prices are g-r-e-a-t! Every time I come up to Marlboro, I always stop by to get some. The business is family operated and they always have someone from the family on site. Mr. Tosi is the nicest guy around :) I love how family oriented they are they have a plaque with his grandfather right over the register which is so cool! All in all, I love Tosi's! Horrible service. I've been there three times and every single time these people charge me different prices when I get the same thing. The pizza was super dry and they don't use gloves and look very unsanitary. My advice is to go to pizza town which is two seconds away. OH and I love the whole Italian flag and everything when you have Russians making it. read more

Expensive pies! Buy it by the slice its cheaper and you get a big slice. I do not care for the cheese they put on their pies. Pizza towns is way better. Staff is friendly! Nice people. But if you order a lg pie with toppings on it, it will cost you a $20 bill. Not woth it! read more
