Visited this place on Friday. We requested outside seating because it was a nice breezy evening and it was so beautiful. It reminded me of the islands. The waiter was very nice but very busy because she had to take orders and check on patrons on one whole side is the area due to a shortage of staff that evening. Needless to say, whatever I asked for she made sure that I received it. The food, however, was okay. The chicken parm was decent but the sauce was light on flavor, color and consistency. The pasta was decent and the grilled vegetables were also decent. I would go back for the view. read more

A long wait for average food and slow service. The service here is extremely slow. It took an hour to get our mains. The ambiance is casual Italian (without any Italian music). I got the Chicken Martini which was small and underwhelming. I asked for no breading because I'm on keto and they brought me potato's (facepalm). This place is not keto friendly (they don't know what it is). An underwhelming experience. They never refilled my tables water glass until the end of our meal. The new ownership of Toscana in Eastchester has really turned things around. Tonight they hosted a Five-Course Wine night and it was absolutely delicious. Five courses each paired with a different wine. Food: Between the two of us we tried everything offered. Our faves were the Polenta and Sausage and Veal Sorrentio. But honestly everything was delicious! Drinks: My husband enjoyed the 5 wine pairings with each meal. He normally doesn't care for two of the wines they offered but to his surprise he thoroughly enjoyed the Pinot Grigio from northern Italy and the Pinot Nior. Best part was they prepared in advance for me to have a different mocktail for every course as well. I haven't gotten that anywhere in lower central Westchester. Mad props. This place was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a shrimp scampi pasta for pick up, spend $30 and I promise you it was nasty. Every shrimp that was in the dish tasted extremely old and had that nasty after taste from spoiled shrimp. When you spend $30 on a pasta dish, you expect the food to be at least average or better. Don't waste your money, goto Serafina or Tutta Bella down the road... they are 100x better. read more

As soon as we sat down, the waiter brought over butter with the bread basket as the bus boy filled our water glasses. We were asked for a drink order as they brought our menus. I started out with Straciatelli soup and my daughter and her husband had a salad that had pear and apple slices with gorgonzola cheese. for my entrée, I ordered the Osso Buco with mashed potatoes. my daughter ordered mahi Mediterráneo, which she raved about. My son-in-law ordered Bronzino Mediterraneo, which included all kinds of seafood over angel hair pasta. He really enjoyed that. My osso bucco came with that little tiny, fork that I used to get the bone marrow out of the center of the bone. It was so tender that it just peeled off the bone. It was a very large portion of meat with mashed potatoes. We were all so full, but there was no room for dessert. I would've ordered the tartufo, that I usually get. Someone recommended this restaurant and it was a lovely experience. I stopped by for lunch and was fortunate to have been there on a warm fall day and got to be seated outdoors which was very pleasant. The server was attentive and the food and drinks were brought out quickly but at a nice pace, sometimes I find the main course served too quickly after appetizers. The food was excellent and the menu was diverse and reasonably priced. My group came here on a Sunday and sat outside. It was a beautiful day and the servers were fabulous! Constantly (but not annoyingly) coming up to us asking if we need anything and we're very attentive. The drinks were great, the menu was good and they had a handful of speciality cocktails. The food was delicious and tasted very fresh! In the fish dish (I forgot what it's called - might have been a special) there was plenty of fish and it tasted so fresh. I highly recommend coming here! Ordered take out from Toscana the other day and it was great! Happy to see a baked eggplant instead when everyone fries everything! It was delicious. Also had the pomodori burata soup. It was great. I rarely write reviews but I have to warn others about Toscana. My wife and I went tonight and the food was terrible. We started with fried zucchini that was more breading than zucchini. My wife had chicken martini that tasted like it was coated with cheese and threw up the second we got home. I had a special - flet migon and it was one of the worst steaks I've ever had. We had chocolate cake for dessert that was overpriced and not good. Overall this was one of the worst dining experience I have had in over a decade and I wouldn't come back if you paid me. Wasn't overly crowded but must have been short staffed as we had to keep asking for service, Drinks, Bread and to order. Visited Toscana recently for a celebration dinner. A great choice. Started with cocktails which were perfectly crafted and generous in size. For appetizers we each had salads - the tricolor for me, the montebianco for the honey. Fresh ingredients, well dressed, delicious both. The main dishes were equally impressive. Went to dinner here 9/12/21 with a friend of mine who owns 3 restaurants in Ct. but I live in Yonkers. The food was amazing. My friend was so impressed, she took food home for her husband. The seafood was very fresh, the zucchini pasta with shrimp was excellent and their tartuffo ice cream was a perfect ending to a perfect dinner. The patio is beautiful and the weather cooperated too. Very nice restaurant in Tuckahoe but overpriced. I received a gift card for this restaurant so we decided to check it out. It's located in a very quiet, very residential area. The setting is quite pretty and it seemed rather popular as they were busier than I expected considering it was early in the week. The service was meticulous and everything was on point. We shared an appetizer of burrata with prosciutto and figs and each had pasta as entrees. Both the tortellini and ravioli were quite good and even my boyfriend who is not a huge pasta person enjoyed his dish. Over all though all the dishes weren't particularly a standout, in the sense that I can easily make them at home myself. So for the price, I don't think it's worth it. Hence the 3 stars. read more
