I referred 3 close family members to open consignment accounts, and each account was set up with…read morethe direct, in-person assistance of one of the store's luxury managers, who visited our home to help with setup and was present for the consignment intake on every account. Everything was done transparently and never against any policy we were told about at the time. Despite this, all 4 of our accounts were closed without explanation. We have total $850 site credits across all 4 accounts which are unused and now lost. When I raised the issue with the employee who helped set everything up and with the store manager, both told me they would help to try to get the accounts reactivated. Instead, the only response I ever received was a corporate email stating my account was closed, that I no longer had access to any services, and that I was not permitted to contact any employees or visit any store, consignment office, or pop-up location. Outrageous. To make matters worse, when my consigned shoes were returned to me, the original shoe box was badly damaged -- which affects the resale value of the item. I have before and after pictures with timestamps as proof. Luckily I also saved the message history, documenting the account setups and consignments, facilitated by their own staff. To be treated this way and to have my item's box damaged on top of it -- is unacceptable. I'd think twice before trusting this company with consigned items or referral programs.

It's disappointing because the store itself is beautiful and has such a great selection, but the way we were treated made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tory Burch store at NorthPark Mall. I went in to ask for help with a pair of Tory Burch earrings I received as a gift. The clasp was no longer working, and I wanted to see if they could be repaired or exchanged. The store manager, Sam, refused to assist me in the store and instead told me to call a 1-800 customer service number and speak to a representative because she "couldn't help me." She wrote down her name, the store number, and the 1-800 number for me. This was said while I was physically present in the store, while other customers were being assisted. The way the situation was handled made me feel dismissed and discriminated against because of my race. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I called the customer service number and the representative said that the manager has the authority to help me in store with my issue! This experience does not reflect the level of service or professionalism expected from a luxury brand like Tory Burch. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses how customers are treated in their stores. read more

After passing my principal certification exam, I wanted to splurge a bit and buy myself a new bag so I dropped in Kate Spade to check out the selection. I found a couple of bags that caught my eye and settled on a nice handbag that was classic, understated, and had a matching wallet. The price was fantastic and allowed me to grab a few wallets in addition to the handbag without feeling guilty. Although the store is often busy, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The deals are definitely worth the wait in line and I think that Kate Spade has replaced the Michael Kors outlet just across the way as my favorite store in the Grand Prairie Premium Outlet for handbags and wallets.

Even if this is right way to do it and the other stores have been doing it wrong, there's no need to be rude. The shorts I tried on were too big so I went to return them, when I got out of the changing room, all the employees left and I stood at the check out line for like 10 minutes before looking for someone. I get if you're having a rough day but don't take it out on people just trying to go about their lives, please. There's no need to ruin others days too.
