I brought my sister by for some birthday shopping, and Gage was AWESOME! He didn't push or annoy us, which is what most salespeople do, and it drives us crazy. He let us be, answered our questions, gave us his honest opinion, and we were in and out with shoes and a new bag in 30 minutes. The store is small and bright. The clothes are beautiful and they are laid out wonderfully. The sales clerks aren't overly friendly but that happens a lot with the stores at North Park. I like Tory Sport anyway. If you're out shopping I recommend popping in. You'll be glad that you did. read more

Tory Burch has been one of my absolute favs for the longest!!! I came in after work not looking best yet k knew I was going to spend some money butting sisters and mothers Christmas gift.. there were 3 people by the front entrance I walked in no one bothered to welcome me when I Walked in i walked and looked around for a good 10 min. Before finally jesslyn Tapia came and asked if I needed help if wasn't for her I would have walked out and made a purchase somewhere else!!! One of the worst place to go and buy bags. The customer service was by far the most disgusting I have ever faced. Bag was defective, in a sense that its leather on the strap, snapped in few places. My wife had barely used it couple of times. So I tried to replace it then they replaced it with more than 25% price decreased on its receipt which I didn't notice at first. I felt like cheated because I paid a lot more than that. So I went for a full return thats when I had to face few thugs who had not respect and I can tell by the way that I did not fell under their category of customer. Tiny shop but good selections. I was in purse heaven. So many items to choose from in a variety of colors. I agree on the customer service. It could be a million times better. Lots of sales folks just moseying around looking lost. I had one nice guy that kept checking on me though. I have my eye on a camel colored tote for next time. Very cute shoes too...lots of work friendly options. Good quality stuff here...add friendly employees and it would be a fabulous store. I mostly love the accessories but they also have clothes too. Recently, I tried to place an order in my home location: Houston (galleria TB). However, after being rudely told they do not carry it, I remembered the North Park location had a TB! Upon being answered, Claudia did everything in her will to help me find my items! A+. I was getting worried since she couldn't find it at first but she insisted to stay in hold since she had a feeling they had it in stock. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. By far one of the rudest stores I've ever been in. No one greeted me or acknowledged me the entire time I was there. Most of the associates were busy standing around talking to each other. They only seem to care about you if they think you're trying to buy something. I went in to Tory Burch knowing what I wanted already. The girls did greet me as I walked in. But that was it. The girl that actually was on the floor who semi helped me was very young. Definitely not as personable. But she tried to help me as much as she could when I asked her for her opinions on the clutches. When I was ready to check out and decided on which clutch I wanted, she asked if I was paying cash or credit. She did not tell me my total but ask for my card so she can take it and charge it. This isn't a bad place. But I do think there could be better customer service for the price that we are spending. Other then that I'm happy with my selection.. Avoid this store at all costs!!! If you want to buy this brand, get it from Nordstrom's!!!! My husband bought me a pair of black flats for my birthday. I wore them once around the house and they killed my feet. Being pregnant, this was a deal breaker. When I went to return them, I was told since the number on the clear sticker on the bottom of the shoe was worn off, they would not accept them for a return. These shoes cost a lot of money, and for such an expensive product, it's extremely disappointing they do not care about customer satisfaction!!! AGAIN, AVOID THIS PLACE!!! read more

Avoid shopping at this store whatever you do! The employees here do not know how to do their job well. Last week my sister and I walked into the store and not ONE employee attended us. I'm guessing because we're Hispanic and weren't dressed very high end. That day they lost two paying costumers. I just checked out the new Tory Burch store at northpark and was blown away! The store is gorgeous and the handbags are stunning, but best of all was my sales person Alyssa. Worst experience ever! I felt as if I was living in the 1800s I was discriminated as if racism still existed now in 2015 ! However I was discriminated by one of my own although he wasn't the only one which made it more sad. I went in there knowing I was going to purchase a purse for my younger sister as her " go away present" ( she leaves to college station this month) so this was a special gift for one of my loved one. As I found the purse I wanted w out anyone's help there (no one took the time to ask if they could help or state an opinion. I guess they assumed I had no intention to purchase anything. I finally decided to asked for a model I saw online and waited I see an American couple walk in they were greeted and full attention was on them as I'm sitting patiently waiting as they are being helped they asked for a size on one of their flats as they were ready to go grab their indicated shoe I hear " Eduardo " offer a cold drink water etc....... At this point I'm pulling out my credit card about to pay for two purses one for my sister and one for myself I decided to splurge plus I deserve it so at this point I myself am a customer who is about to waste about 1,000 and I haven't been helped one but if it was for their customer service I would never waste my hard working money their but I decide to just go one and do it for my little sister. To end my horrifying experience the " American couple " who was treated w great service and kindness walked out w out purchasing one single thing this is to prove to the world no matter how much more money you have if your Hispanic you will never get the same service at a store like this. I was crazy over this brand by after this I realize it's not worth my humiliation just to wear one of their items.
