My daughter and I were shopping (mostly window) one day and went inside the Fendi store. We were greeted with a beverage and the most pleasant and welcoming person: Matthew. He is also clairvoyant because he knew when to let us look and what we'd like to see more of. Matthew guided us gently to the beautiful items we wanted to try on and gauged our fit with a well-trained eye. His knowledge of the designs is impeccable, as is his taste and style. Now... we are not regular purveyors of designer clothing and to be able to purchase a few pieces is a treat for my daughter and I (sometimes requiring clearance from dad/husband). Matthew treated us with the same care and enthusiasm as if we bought things from him all the time. His attention to and care of his customers is unbiased, unwavering and sincere. Everyone is important and you are elevated to a level of special that makes you feel fabulous. The Fendi clothes and accessories are wonderful by themselves but when you acquire them with Matthew advising you, you feel beyond amazing. And that feeling follows you out the door and doesn't go away. Service after you leave continues. I had wanted (coveted is a better word) a gorgeous coat but the store didn't have my size. Since it was a rare item the prospects of finding it were slim. But Matthew wasn't going to give up. He pulled out the stops and looked for my coat as well as alternative items and found me beautiful coats; stunning, but just not quite right. Then one day, the stars aligned and Matthew's determination and perseverance paid off, and "my" coat was located. I don't live in Dallas so Matthew shipped me the item. I never knew clothes could bring so much joy but they can! Now I have a "forever" piece I love and will treasure. And Matthew made it happen. I found a couple of bags that caught my eye and settled on a nice handbag that was classic, understated, and had a matching wallet. The price was fantastic and allowed me to grab a few wallets in addition to the handbag without feeling guilty. Although the store is often busy, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The deals are definitely worth the wait in line and I think that Kate Spade has replaced the Michael Kors outlet just across the way as my favorite store in the Grand Prairie Premium Outlet for handbags and wallets.

Steven Nguyen was the client advisor that helped me. I told him that I was there to get my bag repaired as the print was rubbing off. He asked me how long I had the bag and I replied that I had it a little over a year. He got my info and pulled up my account on his iPad. He had to take the bag into the back to do an ink test. I guess that meant an authenticity test? Everything checked out. I turned in my old bag. He had me fill out a few forms and said that a new bag would be sent to me in about two weeks, since I only had the bag a little over a year. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. There are only six Goyard stores in the US, which makes it hard to take your bag into the store to get it looked at. I really wasn't sure what kind of response I was going to get or if they would stand behind their product. I was a little nervous walking into the store. Steven was so professional and totally calmed my nerves. Sure enough I received my new bag yesterday, a little under the two weeks that he said. It was packed immaculately. They even sent a dust bag and paper bag, so it was the whole set. I really appreciate that. I wasn't sure if I was going to purchase any more Goyard items after that defect with the bag.
