I had a very unpleasant experience at Tory Burch, Prudential Center, Boston. I purchased a pair of brown suede pumps less than a week ago from another location. I was told it was the last pair. When I tried to return them at the Prudential Center, the store manager - Despina, after a mere glance coldly confronted me "These were worn". I gasped as this was quite an accusation and absolutely not true. No reasoning worked and the store manager exhibited such a disdain "No Tory Burch store would sale a shoe in this condition" - I left the store feeling humiliated and hurt. Her associate tried to cover for the poor and rude attitude and was apologetic and kind. After calling the store where I purchased the shoes originally, they asked me to send pictures of the shoes and took them back without any trouble. It was quite far of a drive. Prudential Center is a central and significant Tory Burch location. How disappointing to encounter such low level of customer care! read more

I was walking by Tory Burch today and although I told myself not to come in, my feet took me in anyway. :-) I was greeted by Sonya, who is just the sweetest, most gracious salesperson ever! She is also very, very good at her job. Based on my style and what I said I was looking for, she picked out the perfect pair of shoes for me! I had been looking for a versatile pair of flats and she showed me some with a little low heel in a perfect color that I just love, the Dust Storm Chelsea Ballet Flat! I will never go back to this Tory Burch. I was not greeted when I walked in and no one offered help or even came up to me. I love shopping at Tory Burch and at every other store the staff is lovely. This location did not match that. I was so disappointed and upset at how rude the staff was. They didn't even look at me!! Not giving this location my business EVER! read more

This was a great store! The selection of merchandise is terrific. The customer service is great. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and couldn't be happier with them. The staff was especially friendly to my young daughter. They gave her a iPad to play with while I shopped. I would definitely recommend! read more

I have had an abundance of experiences here with the rude staff who are always laughing and giggling behind customers backs. I visited a couple of months ago and was not happy with the service that was given. An unfriendly manager (she was quite young, did not catch names but she had short bob cut) who was outright rude to me when I asked a couple of simple questions and experienced return complications for "final sale items" that were not listed as final sale on my receipt?? Terrible customer service, Management assured that I could return the items given for Christmas gifts. Upon returning one of the many gifts the manager would not refund as promised. I will absolutely never purchase a Tory Burch product ever!! Manager should be excused from her position for putting sales over customer care and just plane out lying upon our purchase. read more

I was looking forward to shopping here, but it turned out to be a sour experience and I think I will just stick with Neiman Marcus from here on out. I wanted to purchase a new bag to schlep my laptop and iPad to and from work amongst folders and notebooks and fell in love with a bag in the store. I had to practically chase down a staff member to purchase and then for them to "prep" the bag. It was like the department store scene from "Love, Actually" with Alan Rickman's character buying the jewelry for his mistress. Anyway, $300+ later, and I was on my way or so I thought. I actually left the store to run an errand and came back and the bag still wasn't ready close to closing time. Later that night, I received a generated email survey in regards to the store experience. I filled it out honestly - good selection, but I had to practically chase someone to give them money for a bag. I received a rather curt email from the assistant manager in response to my survey. So you know what? I returned the bag. Each time I looked at the bag still "prepped" and with the tags on it, it really pissed me off. Here's the deal - Neiman Marcus carries MOST of the Tory Burch products in the store, plus or minus some special or limited items. And if they don't have it in store, they can probably order it for you. Neimans is less than 50 yards away and offers a competitive rewards program for purchases along with incentive programs on handbags. And the service is second to none. I "re"purchased the original bag and another handbag at Neimans later that week. Better service. Tory Burch often has a Friends & Family 25% off. Buy online instead. read more

I was helped by Melissa on 3/23 in the evening for a repair of shoes that needed the heal done. She was great, very helpful, and with no charge in 2 weeks my shoes will be totally repaired to their third party vendor in New Jersey. I am not sure why everyone hates this place, I had a great experience and was given water right away when I sat down and they were all very kind and explained everything. My g/f and I came in here to exchange a purse for something that ended up costing less. It was a bit complicated since I didn't have the original credit card with me and wanted to refund the difference back on it. The general manager, Katie, was very helpful and offered several options to me. Everything worked out in the end and nothing but compliments to the rest of the sales staff. The drink offers while we waited to get the purchase packaged was a plus, too! Lastly, to put the store in somewhat of a perspective, my g/f said the Tory Burch store in Honolulu, HI had a bigger selection, but she still ended up with something. read more
