I went in wanting to buy some designer glasses and another customer was already running around the store trying to get someone to open the cases to try on some glasses. Once she found help for us, I asked if I could try a couple on too. I was told by the sales associate that only one person at a time can be helped. Fine. I waited for another 10 minutes for the other client to choose which glasses she would buy. The sales associate then told me she had to go help them at the register and needed to find the cases for the glasses too. Another 15 minutes went by. At that point I just left. They're clearly not interested in making a sale. Such a shame because before this lock up situation, I used to buy all my glasses from this location. Looks like I'll need to find another store.

Customer since 2000, and I think I'm done…read more Sales staff is useless (at best) and rude (at worst). They'll watch you struggle to find sizes and colors among the stacks and offer no assistance. When you ask a question, they do the minimum possible to check the box. You feel their annoyance; it's palpable. While last shopping there, I overheard a male staff member taking customers' phone calls. Abrasive and curt on every single one ...mental note to never call this store. I like to support local, brick and mortar shops, but when the inventory is lacking and the service is nonexistent-to-rude, what's the point? Beyond that, the physical space is 50% the size needed to support the amount of inventory they have. Perhaps the cramped quarters contribute to the simmering hostility. Overall, just a very unpleasant place to shop. 2 stars for the well curated selection of brands/styles.
