However, I observed an older white woman walk in and then one of the older associates proceeded to say excuse me to me and then greet the lady and ask if she needed help. It was almost as if I didn't exist. My question is why work in customer service if you dislike interacting with different types of people? That makes no sense to me. I've reported this issue to customer service and hope they train their employees to be more culturally responsive and accepting.

After waiting and expecting the items to arrive, I was informed that the order never even made it to the warehouse for fulfillment. How does an order get accepted, payment processed, and then somehow never reach the warehouse? This is a basic failure of order management and customer service. The most frustrating part isn't even the delay--it's the lack of communication. I had to find out after the fact that the order was essentially lost within their system. If I hadn't followed up, who knows how long I would have been waiting. A company that charges premium prices should have reliable fulfillment processes and proactive communication when something goes wrong. Missing a Father's Day gift because an order never made it to the warehouse is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I can trust Duluth Trading Company with future orders.

We've also ordered several pieces online to be delivered at home as well. The staff are amazing here. The manager knows us on sight now and treats us like returning Royalty each time she sees us, and it's not just because of the amount of money we spend here either. She genuinely cares and enjoys her job. We had a small - I mean very small issue - with the earrings; she took my cell number, called the manufacturer, worked out a solution and called me back the next day! Now that's service! This location is clean, and racks are always in order. They always seem to have full size runs and plenty of the seasons colors in stock. Most of the stores have a very small guys section in general, but i think the company is getting a little better on that.
