Then I went to the Market Street location in Lynnfield to get a work sweatshirt for my husband and a salesperson, who I think was also manager named Anthony helped me. I never write reviews, but he was really fantastic and deserves a shoutout! First, the way he was dressed was so fashionable and cool. And he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't ever associated Carhartt with being anything else but workman kind of clothing, but after Anthony helped me find an item for my husband, he sucked me right in and showed me clothing that would work for me! He put together a few cute outfits and demonstrated how to make them stylish. The best part is they are super comfortable. I ended up spending way more than I intended, but the clothing is very well made and I think will be long-lasting. Anthony told me the process of how they make everything and it was really impressive, also the quality is obvious. I know this from my husband, that's why he wears it for work, but I never thought I would wear the clothing as part of my daily outfits and I am grateful for Anthony's assistance. Went to Indochino for my wedding suit for our wedding day. We selected a suit color from a…read moreselection of swatches we were shown. When the suit was received, the suit DID NOT match the color fabric we chose. We were told the color was a certain color scheme but the associate got this completely incorrect. We then went to the Boston location to try on the the suit. The suit, shirts, and vest were all so horribly measured that everything was unwearable. I couldn't put the jacket on, the jacket itself was the completely wrong cut, shirts were so badly measured they were unsalvageable, and the vest had the same issues. We were told everything would need to be remade, yet the Boston store could not get in contact with the Lynnfield store to get the correct color. They've kept the original suit and refused to issue a refund. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and messages, no one ever responds. When we visited the Lynnfield store for help, the staff wouldn't even acknowledge us. This is extremely disappointing customer service for what I would expect from this company. This entire experience has caused an incredible amount of stress during the lead up to the most important day of our lives.
