Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The employees closely followed us throughout the store and made us feel as though we were being watched because they assumed we might steal something. The treatment we received felt like racial profiling, and it was both embarrassing and hurtful. Rather than feeling like valued customers, we felt judged and singled out. Despite the uncomfortable atmosphere, I still made a purchase and bought a pair of earrings. However, that purchase was only a fraction of what I intended to spend. I came into the store fully prepared to buy multiple items and would have gladly spent considerably more. Instead, the employees' behavior completely discouraged me from continuing to shop. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the store lost out on a much larger sale because of the way my daughters and I were treated. Customers should feel welcomed, appreciated, and respected--not scrutinized and judged. Had we been treated with kindness and professionalism, I likely would have purchased several additional items and returned in the future. I also noticed several other potential customers walk into the store and quickly leave without making a purchase. Customer service plays a huge role in whether people choose to shop and spend money, and unfortunately, that was severely lacking during my visit. I have never felt so profiled while shopping before, and it was a deeply upsetting experience. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable because of their appearance, race, or background. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. Sadly, what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience turned into one that left me feeling unwelcome, disappointed, and unlikely to return

I cannot get over some of the designer items I have found here at outrageous prices. I feel like I'm a winner every time I come here because I get beautiful pieces as such great prices. THE NOT SO GREAT: Selling. Their process must be working because their inventory is outstanding. But it's not great to sell here. They take little and the money they give you doesn't cover the gas cost to get there. A waste. Bring your stuff across the street to Uptown Cheapskate (who's shopping experience is...gritty, not in a good way) or up to Crossroads Culver City (the best of the best, in my opinion). Pants. How are the pants and denim organized? Un-discernable. Any method other than organizing by size is laughable. I don't even look at pants here ever because who has time to search for the size tags? Request to management: organize by size and watch how much quicker you move pants!

This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12. I recommend for shopping NOT selling.

As someone who grew up shopping at Windsor for my own formal events, I was excited to share this tradition with her. The store was busy with other young ladies shopping for dresses, and only two associates were assisting customers with fitting rooms and questions. My daughter fell in love with a dress displayed on the mannequin at the front of the store. We tried a medium from the rack, but it was too big. When I asked if the small from the mannequin was available, the associate, Judith, told me it couldn't be sold until the next day when the display was changed. I asked if this was company policy, and rather than providing clarification, Judith became irritated and said I was being "difficult" and "combative." She eventually said she could ask a manager, but insisted it would be better if I just came back the next day. I explained several times that I only wanted to understand the policy, since there were other sizes of the same dress available to replace the mannequin. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. Later, when I asked for the associate's name at checkout, Desiree (the cashier) said she couldn't share it and that I would need to ask directly. When I asked Judith, she responded sarcastically, "Didn't the girl up front already tell you my name?" Both associates seemed overwhelmed by the crowd, but the service felt indifferent and unprofessional. Instead of creating a special, memorable experience for my daughter--something I had been looking forward to--it felt like we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, when the dress was eventually taken off the mannequin, it had a hole in it, which made me feel like the situation was handled carelessly. Overall, I was very disappointed. Windsor has always been a go-to store for formal wear, and I expected better. During homecoming season especially, customers should feel supported and excited, not dismissed or disrespected. I truly hope the store can improve its customer service so that other young girls looking forward to their big moments don't leave with the same negative experience we had.

I was immediately greeted by Daisy, to whom I confessed I'd never before stepped into any Chico's. She explained their method of sizes: 0, 1, 1.5, 2, etc. 1.5 is equivalent to 10-12, I think, can't remember. 1 is 8-10 (?). Turns out I'm a size 1, according to Chico's. I've never been a size one in my life, so that made my day. I found a pair of shorts *cough*size ONE*cough* hugely on sale, that fit perfectly.
