I usually do order online, pickup in store but everyone is always friendly, love the manager, have never caught her name but she's usually who helps me and has always makes me feel comfortable and like a valued custome. They will help you open your online order and you can try on, right then if you want, they're great with making suggestions if you're looking for something else to go with what you ordered. They will do returns with no guilt involved if it's not working for you. I'm saying all this because the store and the people there are great, i find Torrid as a brand to be hit or miss usually a miss so to still enjoy the store experience is saying something. read more

It's been a grip since I've been to a "mall" or even a smaller store like this where others are tasked with the customer service experience. I spent literally 4 hours in this store & am thrilled I walked away with SO much better than anticipated. I believe Mishka was who helped me for the most part (if the register receipt is correct) and she was fantastic!!! There was also a lovely blonde who ran her butt off with my abundance of selections back & forth from the dressing room- also offering such flattering comments & wonderful advice I could relate to. There was a third young lady who helped a little, but she wasn't nearly as concerned with fitting me correctly & didn't shine like the other two. But overall- the customer service here is outstanding! I chatted with the ladies a bit about what I was looking for in particular. Trying different sizes was easy enough if they are in stock. That was the biggest downfall is there were some cute items I'd have loved... just not in stock in my size. However, I walked away with WAY more than anticipated & it was so refreshing to find clothing that fits, flatters & the bit of confidence from the lovely ladies on shift offering their honest opinion + better suggestions. They'll offer to start you a fitting room so no need to cart a heavy load while browsing- cute they have white boards to write your name on the doors. What I also found brilliant: they have fans installed on the ceiling in each fitting room! You can turn them on or off as necessary... but sooo nice in the middle of summer! The 3-way "runway" mirrors right outside the dressing rooms are great! I suggest utilizing because it gives a totally different angle from just the mirror in the small room. But added bonus for mirror lighting. The store itself is very clean & well organized. They have some great deals & I was just blown away they also offered bra fittings! I was pretty hesitant to shop in person because of health struggles & everywhere else I go is a huge disappointment, so being accommodated, welcomed & well taken care of here made a huge difference. I was able to find more than I needed, especially for some upcoming events. I'll gladly return & bring my business to this store. From someone who used to work retail at a clothing store in Fashion Square years ago- they're doing it right at Torrid and it was by far better than I expected. We called ahead with a wedding emergency and MARABEL was an angel! She had dresses per our specification ready to go when I got there and was SOOOOOOOO helpful! I was able to get from the venue, to the store, try on and buy the dress (which was PERFECT, by the way) and back to the venue in 30 minutes. I had about 5 min to finish getting ready and BOOM we were walking down the isle. Now THAT'S service!! read more

I could just rave about the people who work here. They are always friendly and always greet me when I walk in. They even help me pick out outfits because I'm not a person who just likes looking through racks. I normally know what I want and they help me get the outfit together. The only thing is I am giving this place 4 star not because its their fault I think its the malls fault because they have this weird Oder coming from inside there store so, I hope this review helps them show the mall that it needs to get fixed because It does make you lose business. Also I am a regular customer and I wish their prices were a bit lower. Even with special discounts I feel like I'm paying full price.Over all the staff is amazing and I couldn't be more pleased!! read more

I went to this Torrid for the first time yesterday and I had an awesome experience. I was really beyond surprised by the selection they had in this store! It was unbelievable the items they had in stock. They had items that had sold out online months ago and that I haven't been able to find at the usual Torrid I visit. Their shoe selection in particular was incredible. I was really excited by the fact they had the cowboy boots I really wanted in both colors and in my size! Add on top of that the $25 off every $50 deal and it was worth it to nab the cowboy boots in both colors. I also found a Mickey Mouse sweater that wasn't in stock online as well. Overall, I got an awesome deal and the woman that grabbed the boots for me in my size (as well as checked me out) was the sweetest! I'll definitely be back to shop again very soon!! read more

I wish I would have confirmed her name, but it was either McKenna or McKenzie. Either way she's been SO amazing to me my last two visits and even interacts with my 4 yr old son (who might have a little crush on her after she showed interest in his Star Wars ipad game lol.) Both encounters she's been quick to greet me, set up my dressing room, help me find sizes in things I want to try and she gives me major confidence when I come out of the dressing room unsure about an outfit and she compliments me. This location use to be so amazing! I went in a few weeks ago and was so disappointed. The store was a mess and this was early in the day! I had never seen such a sloppy mess of a store. I found a few things I liked but refused to purchase because the lady helping me was just flat out rude and nasty. I can't remember the lady's name she was short, I believe she was the manager but she was speaking so ill of her employees on the PHONE infront of me and other shoppers. I'm extremely disappointed by this experience and will not be returning to this location. Torrid do better. read more
