Sighs... the ladies in the store are nice and very helpful, HOWEVER, there is a male (dark hair) that was working on 1/29/21 that was very impersonal, a bit rude, and I felt very rushed when I was trying to ask him questions about my purchase and points. I've never had this type of experience at an Express location. Typically I will respond to such behavior but it honestly caught me off guard and I wasn't ready. Because of this experience I do not recommend this location. I shop a lot (so my husband tells me) especially with Express, but I will not Spend 'MY' money where it's not valued and/or appreciated.
