They have a dedicated nursing station for moms inside the fitting room area, and I love that they clearly post a sign about it in the women's restroom at the front of the store. It's such a thoughtful and supportive touch for parents. It really took me back to my early days as a new mom, when I often felt like I had to rush home just to pump. Back then, even stores like Babies "R" Us didn't offer spaces like this. So seeing this kind of accommodation now feels like a big step forward. Even though my babies are grown, it genuinely makes me happy to see other moms being supported in this way. It's small details like this that make a big difference. I got 4 dress, most expensive $30 which was dkny, and I loved the shoes (wish I had more time to look but had to run). They have a great baby selection too and great baby accessories (like useful stuff). Their cosmetics/beauty section was great and I got some organizers. I was soooo pleased with quality, selection and prices here. They only had 2 dressing rooms (main dressing room shut) but luckily store wasn't crowded so I could use one of the two upfront. I ended up leaving w 4 dresses, 1 pair of shoes, some baby accessories, and 3 makeup organizers for slightly under $150!?!? Soooo glad I stopped here!!

J.Crew always has such great sales and deals, so I knew it was worth checking out! I found the cutest pair of pajama shorts for a friend, but I needed some help with sizing, and Mickey was so incredibly helpful and kind. She also showed me some of the cardigan sweaters I've always loved, including the classic button down cotton cardigans that came in multiple colors and were 50% off! They always have such great deals, but Mickey's kindness, energy, and willingness to help truly made my shopping day. I would definitely recommend stopping by the J.Crew Outlet in Aurora, and especially seeing Mickey! She made the experience so enjoyable and was absolutely wonderful to work with.

She put me on hold to verify that the item was in the store and returned to my call very quickly. She explained that she would hold it at the counter. She also explained how to access their store, since I had never been to the mall and it was in the newer section accessible by Bilter Road. To my surprised, I arrived after my visit about two hours before closing. I walked straight to the counter and asked the only female her name and explained that I called and spoke with her about the sweater. It was there! I felt compelled to explain my attitude about shopping, which I thought was apparent in how I was dressed, (not trendy - almost aged). The young lady was pleasant, professional and very helpful and I am very pleased to say despite my appearance.

NOT an easy fit. If you're short like me, check out not only the denim labelled short, but also the ankle and crop pants in regular sizes. I prefer an inseam of 29" or 30" which does not seem too difficult to find at this Lucky outlet. Different styles/cuts have different inseams and you may find something that fits just right. I do find the waist on Lucky Jeans to be a bit gap-y in the back, but this is not unusual in my experience with (especially) five-pocket jeans.
