This boutique store is the only one in Spring Valley and offers a lot better deals than what you can find at other boutique stores in the area. Christine, the owner, and her other employees are amazing! They are very responsive to calls, emails and giving personalized attention in the store! Christine provides many opportunities for deals, especially with the Amia reward card! With every $20.00 spent, you can get a punch and after a certain amount you can receive money off your next purchase! Seriously!! Awesome! Plus!! There is such a wide selection of clothing, styles and SIZES! For this being a small boutique shop... I'm shocked at how well they keep many styles stocked! One week there were over 40 new outfits! Also, Im amazed that they will always be willing to reserve clothing for those who ask for certain items to be held! They even offer a plus sized section and a cute little girls section for clothing, shoes and accessories! I was shocked when I looked at Yelp and this business was not listed!! I've never left disappointed and I always find something to take home and treasure! I encourage any local or those that are "passing through" to come take a look!!

Great service on a busy weekend day, and prompt email response even afterhours…read more I was pleasantly surprised when I came here for a holiday event. I had struck out at just about every high-end department store you can think of, and couldn't even find a decent to try on anywhere I had gone. Gipper Prom has a large selection, with most inventory displayed on mannequins instead of just on hangers. There's no lugging around 10lb dresses, you just write the style number and color up on a slip they give you when you first walk in, and when you're done, they bring it to your dressing room. And it IS a room, with a locking door, so no worrying about that big dress leaving you exposed as you turn around. They had several associates at the dressing room, ready to help zip, clasp or adjust when needed, and they make sure the walkway is clear for you to move about. Since most people do not go dress shopping alone, they thoughtfully have ample seating and complimentary water for the poor soul you may have dragged along with you. Seating is arranged several feet behind a wall lined with mirrors, each section accompanied by a platform and appropriate lighting. The platform is likely useful for any tailoring needed, but I just used it to make my significant other nervously rate me in each of the 10 or so dresses I tried on. The staff didn't pressure you to buy, nor did anyone look at my long list of dresses like I was wasting their time or making their life terrible for no reason. The people working were friendly, and the other customers and their guests were also all cheery. Dress shopping can be a nightmare - hot, cramped, nothing fitting the way you hope, sizing not available, etc. But not the case here - and the other women shopping seemed to feel the same as me. Customers were openly complimenting each other, and the entire atmosphere was very warm. I can't rate their ability to modify or make minor fixes to beading, etc. The dress I purchased was perfect without anything needed. Overall, I was more than impressed. If you're an adult, well - clearly we aren't going to the prom, but this is a great store for many other events including pageants, galas, black tie or formal parties, or any time you can get away with being a little "extra," or are in need of a good selection of floor-length, high-quality formalwear. I will definitely be coming back!

They even told me they were taking it in the back and checking the beading and we waited a few minutes to get it. Take your business elsewhere or check the dress carefully yourself before leaving. They were very dishonest with me!

As I run my own resale shop in Rolling Meadows (Annie's Resale for the World), I know firsthand how frustrating that can be. Their associate Lynn then reached out to me the next day, processed the sale over the phone and mailed me these two items, which I just received. I was so touched by Lynn's quick response and the fact that she went the extra step to get the items to me. This level of customer care is what makes boutiques and businesses stand out from the rest. Thank you so much for ensuring that I was able to get these items from your lovely shop. With gratitude, Annie Farrell, Streamwood, IL

This being my kids first trip up here we decided to grab pizza. I was playing and dancing to the live music with MY 1 YEAR OLD daughter. I was rudely and obtusely interrupted by a villainous voice Telling me to "take the baby and go back to the pizza place" (twice). First of all you may have private parking signs but however no private property signs that are clearly visiblE. I am not from Wisconsin but well versed in law. Per Wisconsin law there is nothing stating in the statutes for pedestrians or private property of the like that prohibits pedestrians from walking through a parking lot. Also at the time there was a Fontana Police Officer that was sitting not 50 yards from us in plain sight. Please next time you decide to try to "flex" whatever privilege you think you have and think twice from insulting a 1 year old and her father. This has significantly changed my thoughts of this place and thank you for being the voice and representative of this community and single handedly ruining it. I urge no one to attend or do any business with this business. Remember a sharp tongue is no indication of a keen mind.

Here you will find casual and dressy casual wear, super cute, unique items for kids, and many accessories. If you are looking for something for you or your child that is different than a department store find, stop by and see what the shop offers. Prices are spot on. It's important to remember that boutique clothing provide an opportunity to obtain unique pieces that not everyone in town wi be wearing. This means you might expect to pay a little more. With that said, I thought the prices were extremely reasonable- $28-$60 or so per piece. I noted some necklaces and other accessories for $12. It's worth noting how extremely friendly the owner is. He was super sweet to my girls. His two dogs were in the shop, and he even brought one to my toddler so she could pet her. These are the types of small businesses to support.
