It's located downtown rockford, the do have street parking available, as well as some reserved spots to the left of the building. All the trinkets and furniture is from the rockford rescue mission thrift store and is refurbished by the Women's life Recovery program and some local 815 artists. The best part? 100% of the proceeds go to the Rockford Rescue Mission. The furniture that i saw today was SO nicely done, and honestly a fraction of the price of most places I've been in the area. There's picture frame, kitchen utensils, pillows, jewelry, baskets, something for everyone's taste and it's all hand remade! I LOVE the concept, the staff was SO friendly and eager to explain everything to us. They are currently working on a couple more tables and other furniture pieces i cannot wait to see what they put out next. If you love refurbished items and your not a DIY type person this is your place ! Check it out.

So not only did I lose my gift card, that basically means they stole that $60. I should have tried to keep the actual card and gone to BBB but they took it away from me. This is a combination antique store and coffee shop. Since I don't do coffee, I had a good Root Beer Float. Very tasty! Lots of things to see - make sure you check out the basement as well, where more antiques and merchandise is hidden away. Take a moment to look at the window mouldings - they are impressive with crown, dental and other accents from the original church. As far as I know, this is the ONLY place to get an Astra Latte in Ogle County. If you love good coffee, you have to try this place.
