Have to go down two sets of steps to get to the door, then back up stairs to the main level... overall I think we climbed up and down six sets of stairs, and we didn't even go to the highest level of the building! And this is using a cane: I think if you had a wheelchair you'd be out of luck, unless there is a hidden elevator somewhere. Their stock really hasn't changed much in a long time, so I guess between that and the fact that I can't get around the shop easily this just isn't the place for me.

I put a down payment on a sectional and when I went to pay the remaining balance the sectional significantly dropped in price. Dan Michaels basically refused to honor the new price. He treated me like I was lying about the clearly marked sale price. After he argued with me about the price until I showed him a picture of the tag on my phone. He then walked over to verify the price, then proceeded to triple check on the computer!!!!!!! I have never been treated so horribly over paying the cost of an item clearly priced in a store. As I was leaving I took a picture and a short video of the price tag and Dan threatened to call the police on me and said he would be canceling my order if I posted a bad review! My order was cancelled prior to this review being posted.

His wood was crawling with bugs. Adam kiln dries his wood to ensure that all bugs are removed and the wood is ready for use. I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for... His wood is beautiful and he goes out of his way to get you whatever you need. He will also make furniture or whatever you'd like and has a great eye for design.
