Their outstanding customer service, selection and knowledge can't be beat!!! We just picked up our swivel rocker chair we had ordered and noticed a "In Stock" clearance sale sign on the door. Decided today we'd go and see what they had as we also needed a new office chair. Found a perfect sized chair, matches our decor perfect and at quite a savings, plus 30% off! \o/ Kate, Carol, Sean and the rest of the crew, great job, we're happy to support a local store like yours!

Have to go down two sets of steps to get to the door, then back up stairs to the main level... overall I think we climbed up and down six sets of stairs, and we didn't even go to the highest level of the building! And this is using a cane: I think if you had a wheelchair you'd be out of luck, unless there is a hidden elevator somewhere. Their stock really hasn't changed much in a long time, so I guess between that and the fact that I can't get around the shop easily this just isn't the place for me.

They met with her on an afternoon in March and Shilpa was so patient and professional as they tried to decide what they wanted. She let them have space to talk, she helped them measure, she showed them many options. She even stayed past her time to go home to make sure they felt comfortable in their decision making process. In the end they couldn't make a decision that night and Shilpa was so understanding and made them feel like they could call her with questions. Thank you again Barb VenHorst

An older Indian gentleman came up to us as we were sitting on one of the beds and asked us to leave "because we aren't going to buy anything." We were in the store for less than 5 minutes. Quietly looking together. I'd suggest you take your business elsewhere if you're looking for furniture.

They took the time to walk me through the store, show me the different pieces they had, and learn what I was looking for. They even went into the back to pull out some specific items they thought I might like. It was clear that they really cared about helping me find the right gift rather than simply making a sale. The selection is fantastic, but the customer service is what really stood out to me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend Circa Vintage Gallery to anyone looking for unique antiques, gifts, or just a great place to browse!
