OMG! I hate shopping and I hate returning things. I was just browsing in the men's wear department. I was surprised to see so many things I wanted or needed. When I got up to the register there was a woman making the clerk scan every item before she decided to purchase the item. As I was getting a bit frustrated waiting in line, no fault of the clerk, I noticed how warm and helpful the clerk was being. When it was my turn I noticed she had the same thoughtful dispassion with me and my purchase. I told her I'd never met a more thoughtful person in the retail environment.
