We walked up to the register at 9:50 on a Tuesday night - normally all the employees would be anxious to go home. Denise was very kind and patient with my not-so-tech-savvy mother. Our total was around $120, and not only did my mother use her Kohls Cash, but also Denise explained to her how to download the app despite the time at night (in order to get a further discount). My mom would have needed to register, which would have taken too long, so Denise added on the 20% coupon regardless! Our total was around $70 at the end of the night. My experience here was not great. Bad customer service. I've been to a lot better kohls stores

Usually I've never had issues here because well I never needed help up until recently. They were the only ones who had this item in stock so I had no choice. Well this short girl is standing by the cashiers asking people if they needed help. I waved her down and she's like What? What do you want?! , I'm like wow I want to buy something duh! So she freaking flags someone else down and she's like she wants something. Here comes another rude kid with another bad attitude and rolling his eyes to no end!! He then calls another person! Beware of Yazmina! She came up to me while I was looking at the fashion jewelry. She didn't ask if I had questions or if I was finding everything ok, she wanted to know if she could open a Kohls credit card for me. She was very pushy and kept peeking into my cart to see how much I was planning on spending. I told her I was still shopping and that I wasn't planning on opening a charge card but she wouldn't leave me alone. She found me again in another department and asked me again if I wanted a charge card and after I got away from her again I noticed that she was following me through out the store! Everytime I would turn around she was there watching me! I went to check out and as soon as I started my approach she popped out of nowhere and I had to hide behind a rack to get her off my trail! She finally was paged over head and I quickly went to another register to check out. She made me feel so uncomfortable and if I didn't need what I was buying I would've walked out without buying anything! I understand that they have credit card goals that they have to make but her approach is highly inappropriate and borderline harrassment. There are many Kohls around and I will take the time to shop at a different location just to avoid Yazmina. Otherwise the store and fitting rooms were very clean and easy to shop. read more

This store shocked me, because I'm usually not a fan of khol's but this place over succeeded in my expectations. They had amazing pairs of jeans, that fit me perfectly (which is really hard for me to find good jeans) so naturally I got a few of them. The discount was also great and I got Kohl's cash back. Leslie checked me out and she was so nice, polite, and welcoming. Perfect example of great customer service. I will definitely be back to this location is when I'm in the area I will definitely be back . UPDATE: I knocked down one star because Angie isn't the greatest at customer service. She fumbled on her words a ton and then got upset and impatient with me because SHE wasn't explaining herself clearly. I'm not sure if there is something wrong with her or not but it made me uncomfortable. Not only was I in a rush but I had to change into my outfit. Real annoying when I go to dressing room and there are still sensors on my clothes. I run back out and ask if she can remove my sensor that I'm in a rush (nicely) and she rudely tell me to "hold on ma'am!" As I'm leaving out the store she's also rudely talking to an old couple. This prompted me to update my review right here in the parking lot even when I am rushing in hopes that a manager will have a talk with her. She seems like the personality type that would do well in tech or the back room, maybe re-stocking? Because the cashier isn't the right position for her and she gets impatient very quickly at simple easily explained answers. The ONLY REASON I didn't put it down to 3 stars is because I overall like the store and most importantly LESLIE who has still left an impression on me. Great place to buy clothes for men, women, kids, and babies. The best time to buy is when they have 30-50% off. Right now they have 50% about 1/2 of the store! Great buys this week! read more

I like Kohl's prices and sales, but that enthusiasm is diminished a bit when they are constantly out of stock of the sizes I want. Thankfully they have kiosks in the store where I can place my order and get free shipping and still get the sales prices. read more

Me and my daughter went shopping and ROOHI was the ultimate cashier rep you have!! Enthusiastic, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable!! Made us feel good and as I signed up for a Kohl's card again, I told her I doubt I will get it .....sure enough after she said "It's your day!" I was approved!!! Bought the jacket to go on my blind date and had a blast!! Need more Roohi's at Kohl's!!! read more

By far the worst run Kohls I have stepped foot in. I was here over the weekend with my boyfriend and not only did we have horrible customer service from the assistant manager of the store herself but we felt pushed to open a Kohls charge by numerous associates. I remember the girl checking us out having an issue with her computer and she paged the manager, when the assistant manager arrived she was inappropriately rude and I confronted her nicely about her approach to this situation. Her response was very uncomfortable and almost as if she was talking down to the associate and my boyfriend. I was at this location a few weeks ago and they left the sensors on track suites I purchased. I was not only upset because I was in a rush on this occasion but ultimately dumbfounded as to how you could miss the sensors on 6 items ! Ultimately I will drive 10 extra miles to avoid this location or shop online. read more
