Sarah always asks if there are any particular areas of my body that need attention and typically it's my neck and shoulders from sitting at a desk all day. After a massage from Sarah, I feel like a new person! Sarah is also sensitive to my lower back issues and ensures I'm comfortable at all times making sure she is not using too much pressure. Sarah is always professional and easy to talk to. She keeps up to date with new massage techniques and shares her vast knowledge of overall wellness. However, Ivanna at the deli counter is by far the best I have encountered since the store opened. I believe that employees should be recognized for exceptional service when it is deserved. Ivanna always greets customers with a smile and is eager to assist them. I hope management acknowledges her efforts and recognizes her outstanding service. Great employees are hard to find and retain. Rosa in the bakery department is unfortunately at the other end of the spectrum. Rosa is so rude and unhelpful that my wife avoids the bakery department completely! I, on the other hand, will not let one rude and unprofessional employee keep me from any department in that store. I have asked Rosa time and time again for assistance in getting fresh bread, only to be told that there is none available to bake (even though I can see there is in the background) or that they first have to sell what is in the baskets. Both are incorrect answers to a customer. I run my own business, and my employees know that the customer is always right. I only hope that management corrects this problem promptly, because one toxic employee can ruin the rest of the team.
