After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Mitch checked out our original carpet, plus the rest of our house, and made suggestions to compliment future updates. So, this week we commenced/completed these updates after 30yrs, re-carpeting all upstairs bedrooms, the landing, the stairs and our downstair formal living room/dining room area. Installer Nick (and some assistance from his son Justin!) diligently cut out all the pieces, making sure "they flowed together" working with us to do 2 bedrooms at a time, with us shuffling furniture and storage boxes back and forth in the evenings.
