To be fair, I actually did not deal with them, but my husband did, and he absolutely loved how nice and caring they were... Such a nice difference from most auto places! He told us the cost up front (which btw we thought was extremely reasonable) and the next morning he towed our car straight to The Car Doc in a very timely manner. Hopefully we will never need to use them again because that would mean our car is dying on us, but when the inevitable does happen, i am very excited to have found a towing service I can trust!
