best pizza everrrrr my favorite it was so good so fresh and got here so fast i was amazed

Terrible. First of all the pizza is hard, almost like they reheated frozen pizza, I could've ignored that if it wasn't for how long I waited for the delivery. I ordered the pies to come at 8:30, they came at 8:45 not only that but when I didn't answer the call for the delivery, the driver did not think to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. There were several cars in the driveway, the lights were on and for some reason the delivery driver thought to leave instead of knock on the door. Called back and asked them to come back with the pizzas, restaurant said 10-15 minutes. it was 9:30 by the time we finally got the pies we ordered. Don't order ahead for delivery unless youre willing to wait an hour for your pizza, and keep your phone near or they'll leave without knocking on the door. read more

The ppl they work there completely rude and the pizza overcooked and dry Absolutely not going there again read more

Food is very good. I order from there often. My family also enjoys his wraps. You need to try if for yourself.

I order from Torino's at least once a week. On Staten Island, we certainly have our selection of pizza places and I have tried a lot of them, but will come back to Torino's time and time again. The food is delicious and the prices are super fair, even when most other places make it impossible to order out with inflated prices and delivery fees. I don't know the owners, but I can tell they are good people. The people that work there are happy, kind, and seem to like their jobs. read more

Torinos is for the community ! Best customer service and let's not forget how great the pizza is !

They have amazing pizza and if you like tortellini,it's delicious too I tried it with grilled chicken and it tasted really yummy

Food is usually amazing. However it has been a bit inconsistent past few months in terms of the sauce flavoring. Not sure if they changed ingrediant or if another person is working read more

Well what a great place this is. Walked in one night with my wife and had pan vodka slice with chicken and it was delicious ! My wife decided last minute to have penne Vodka. It came out super fast and piping hot. So now this is our go to place for Italian take out. I have since tried the baked Ziti and it was very good and a huge order. read more

Placed an order at 6pm for delivery specifically for 8pm to SIUH North. Received a text saying order was out for delivery at 6:17pm. I called the restaurant making sure my order would arrive at 8pm as break times in my department are very exact. Was told by an employee yes it was just saying its out for delivery to clear the list and make room for other orders. At 6:55pm I was called and said my order is delivered and being left with security. I called the restaurant back and was told "you can't just heat it up anywhere" I said that's not the point. The food will be cold when it's time for my break. Was then told after being placed on hold "there's nothing I can do". I hung up. read more

I've only had the pepperoni pizza delivered, however I really enjoyed it. Thin crust and a sweet sauce, made this enjoyable. Delivery came on time, with no issues. Will order again read more

They make the best chicken ceaser pie! Food is great and never had a problem with delivery!

This place will consistently get your order wrong. They are the only place that will send you a burnt and cold pizza. It takes a special place to get it wrong so many times. read more

Food is always good. Yesterday I had a disappointing delivery to my work place. The driver left my food unattended in a busy heavily trafficked public lobby and didn't even notified me before he left. I found it with my name on the pizza boxes after ten minutes. I called the restaurant and they seemed disinterested. The driver sent me a text from his phone with a curt message chastising me for not being in the lobby waiting for him. read more

I had thought that Lee's Tavern had cornered the market on delicious pizza in Dongan Hills, but it turns out that there's another entrant in this contest. Not quite as good as Lee's, but any pizzeria that can make me appreciate a slice of pepperoni-probably my least favorite (popular) pizza topping-is worth a visit. read more

Every single time i order something and request plates, they never listen. I even call and complain and they hang up on me and say i have to pay extra even though i requested it with my order. They always have so stupid excuse to say. I do not recommend this place read more

Let me first say that the food here is pretty good but the service after today was beyond horrendous. I called to order a grilled chicken caesar salad and a square slice. When I opened up the package I immediately saw tomatoes so with my fork I moved the chicken over just to double check. Nope, it was a reg salad. I called to inform them that the wrong salad was sent. The individual over the phone was so rude and nasty. First, telling me that he knows what he heard; that regular is regular and caesar is caesar as if I am not fluent in English!! After some more words he said he'll send another salad but still insisted that he knew what he heard. Then asked if the salad was "untouched". I told him it was opened. I can now only make the assumption or guess that he was probably considering eating it himself or reselling it. GROSS!! So taking into consideration this mans nasty attitude and not wanting to deal with his business today. I was starving and decided to make lunch and home and called to just cancel the order. I call back and said in a respectful way that we should just cancel the order and have the delivery man return the cash when he gets a chance. One word response: NO! I was taken aback by his lack of customer service. He then begins to explain to me that he isn"t going to lose money on 2 salads and throw them both in the garbage. That he will send the other salad but he will not give back the money. I told him he will return the money that I no longer want their service or food. He repeats himself about hearing "correctly" about what salad was ordered. Then finally agreed that he will return the money. Then very nastily and rudely told me to do him a favor and never call there again. Gladly! I will be happy to order from any of the dozens of pizza places near my house. read more

The food is ok, however they have a very hard time getting orders right. Today was the last chance for them. I was ordering 2 or 3 times a week for a few weeks and they just can't seem to get things right. You ask for a slight change or a cup of sauce for a chicken roll or and they just can't get it right. And the funny thing is that they send you the order form that clearly shows what I asked for. Decent food, terrible service. I'll go to Prime, or Primo, or Dough or any of the other 20 places within 1 mile of my house. read more

The food here is good, it's just the staff.. I always feel so uncomfortable coming in here because the ppl working creep me out. But, if you're in the area and need a bite to eat; the vodka pizza and penne vodka is pretty good! (Maybe just have your boyfriend run in to pick it up instead lol) read more

rating for their takeout: Food came quick and was piping hot!!! Absolutely blows when you find a spot where you genuinely enjoy the food, rave about the place to your friends , order from regularly , and then get horrible customer service in return. So rude , very disappointed. read more

This has become our "go to" place for take out pizza. Our favorites include the vodka chicken, the Philly cheesesteak, the broccoli and chicken, and ... well they are all good. Do you like to make your own? They will sell you some dough to make a DIY pie. Do yourself a favor... give 'em a try. read more

I was skeptical about ordering from here after seeing a negative review, but my friend had recently told me how good their food is so I decided to see for myself rather than listen to what truthfully sounded like a bitter review from months ago. I ordered a personal vodka pie, pasta fagioli and fried ravioli. I had ZERO complaints, all my food got to me still hot (and I'm not very close to their location) and everything was so good. Hands down, my new favorite pizzeria on the island. And the pasta fagioli is the best I've had in a very long time. They make it with broken spaghetti which has always been a favorite so that was a plus for me. So happy with my experience and will most definitely be ordering regularly. read more

I've recently moved to Staten Island from Brooklyn and now more we need good pizza places to be open during quarantine. I've ordered pasta and a chicken roll and let me tell you about how un cooked my meal was. The chicken roll without a doubt was barley cooked and the sauce and ingredients didn't help . The pasta was okay but I never judge but my only problem was my food being well under cooked and the dough from my chicken roll was still wet and gooey. read more

Pizza is good, no doubt. But the real knockout here is their grilled chicken with penne and vodka sauce. It's absolutely delicious. Never loved leftovers this much!!! Sauce is so amazing. I can say with experience that their penne vodka is a hundred times better than the penne vodka I ordered from the much much pricier Marina Cafe. Also I'm convinced they have some elves in the back or something because they deliver FAST. Even pickup is ready in like 5 mins!! (Yup I am eating their penne vodka right now lol ) read more

I called to complain that 1 of my pies arrived BURNT, the owner was put on the phone and said " he cooked them himself " I explained to him that nobody could eat it he didn't care I then told him I would never order from him again he said. " that's fine" read more

First time ever writing a review for ANYTHiNG but the customer service that I DIDNT receive compelled me to write this one. Ordered a Torino burger to be delivered " medium well " , it was delivered rare. I called to explain what happened and was met with the worst attitude from a man who claimed to be the owner. After I explained that I took a bite and discovered the rare purple inside of the burger, the owner mentioned " what do you want me to do about it " and then" I can't help you because you bit it" shortly after. When I explained they would not be getting my business anymore they seemed perfectly fine that. Eat there at your own risk. read more
