The sushi was incredibly fresh, and I loved sitting at the sushi bar watching the chefs work. We started with a complimentary little fish dish that was perfectly crusted and served over a fresh bed of greens - I loved this. I also had a mango mojito made extra sweet that was delicious and the lightest fried calamari that was crisp & wasn't oily at all. For sushi, we had the TikTok Roll which had coconut shrimp, pineapple, and crab meat inside, topped with salmon and avocado, mango sauce, and coconut flakes. I would come back just for this roll alone - all the flavors of the different ingredients made this taste INSANE. We also had the shrimp tempura, salmon avocado, and spicy tuna rolls - these were just perfect. This was such a great meal overall and loved the vibes inside. I also saw they have a great happy hour on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4-9pm! We'll have to come back to try it! Safe to say we'll definitely be back!

The place is cute, simply decorated with fake plants but it is clean & sparse. I would definitely go back & would recommend this restaurant.

Sakura Sushi has a large menu, including a kids menu. There is something for everyone. I ordered their Sushi Dinner- 10 pieces of various sushi, and a Spicy Tuna Roll. It came with Miso Soup, and Green Salad with Ginger Dressing. I also ordered their Valentine Roll-Spicy Tuna, Crunch, Avocado inside,Spicy Tuna Outside. Everything I ordered was delicious. The Miso soup had seaweed and tofu in it. It was warm and comforting. The Green Salad was fresh and crisp not watery like some other places, and oh that Ginger Dressing made the salad. Then on to my sushi. It was beautifully displayed and had fresh wasabi and pickled ginger and a separate container of soy sauce for dipping. Every piece was fresh, including my Valentine Roll. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. My boyfriend ordered Steamed Pork Gyoza for an appetizer. They were good. For his entree he chose their Beef Teriyaki Dinner. I'm not sure what it is about hibachi restaurants, but finding the perfect blend of showmanship and…read moretasty food is harder than it should be. For my daughter's birthday, we tried Koto (hibachi is one of her favorites) and we really had a wonderful experience. I had made a reservation as we were looking to go on a Friday evening with six people, and were seated right away when we arrived. The decor is appropriate and the tepanyaki tables are as you'd expect. The menu is vast, we ordered a few appetizers (YUMMY Gyoza), and various hibachi combos. The portion sizes are what you'd expect (maybe on the larger side), the fried rice is extra, and worth it, though next time I'd order one per every two people (just too much food for us). Every bite was just right, especially the scallops. The flavors, cooked perfectly and overall well timed. The show was good, not great, but again, the food was very tasty. We have definitely found our new hibachi place.

Initial walk in- typical hibachi place, but a little dark for my taste. The hibachi tables were set up a little differently than what I'm used to (Kiku) where it's a large space with individual hibachi tables. These hibachi tables had two chefs back to back facing one direction and around the hibachi table sat 18-20 people (9-10 on each side). Our hibachi chef was alright. Didn't really do anything extravagant which sucked because we had 3 toddlers that was excited to see the volcano. The "volcano" he made only had 2 onion rings and the fire was out almost immediately. He's lucky the kids got entertained by the smoke once the fire went out. Food was WAY too overly seasoned with teriyaki sauce. I ordered the filet mignon and salmon- filet mignon was surprisingly pretty good and the salmon was a little too thin and overly drenched in terkiyaki sauce, make the final product to be SUPER salty. I'm not sure if it was cuz of the chef that was eh, but this is not a hibachi place I would recommend
