online orders are often stolen

The service here blows it's like they phone it in. not real hard to bring food to the table instead of just placing it at the end of the bat and making the customer walk over to pick it up

The Bonfire Bowl menu pic. There's at least twice as much meat in the menu pic that what I received!

Let me start by saying I love torchy's, but I was so disappointed this trip. I ordered a bowl, and what I received was nothing like the photo! The menu pic had at least twice as much meat as what I received. I'm on a high protein diet & thought this would be a good choice. Wrong! Service was good as usual, but they really need to not be skimpy on the meat at that price point!

I LOVE Torchy's and the fact that I can get breakfast tacos all day. My go to remains Migas tacos. They are always yummy. The staff are pleasant. The location clean. It's a go to spot for me.

Hillbilly Queso

Great location. Solid Torchy's; consistent. I typically go for the crossroads (brisket and jalapeños) and/or the brush fire (jerk chicken w/mango). Also some hillbilly queso. Order at the counter, they bring the food to your table. Fill your own soft drink, with the small ice. There's a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and several TVs.

New Location !!! Near the HEB.

Update - Haven't dined in lately, but have ordered on-line numerous times. Recently I went in to pick up my on-line order. I waited 10 minutes past the "ready for pick up time" then asked about my order. I was told it was made and picked up !!! Come to find out, people are walking in, grabbing (stealing) an order, and walking out as they don't check or verify who you are !!! FREE MEALS !!! So I had to wait for them to remake my order. You'd think they'd credit me or offer me something !!! So now when I order on-line, I show up well before the ready time which isn't always convenient.

Decided to try out the new location nearby. The decoration is nice and bigger than the one in cedar park which is great. Service was nice and friendly. Was able to get the WIFI password from one of the waitress. Note that there is barely any cell service inside this restaurant On to the food, it seems like the portion got smaller to me. My girlfriend and I were able to finish the basket of chips and queso all in one sitting. Usually there is a bit of it left for us to take home. The Raj and the Trailer park both had fried chicken but for some reason The Raj taco fried chicken was like twice as big than the Trailer Park one which was odd to me. Overall it was decent, wouldn't say it is the best taco but if you are craving tacos and aren't looking for the authentic kind m, this place might do for ya.

Green chile queso and chips!

Fantastic service and very tasty food! They had jerk chicken tacos ( The Brushfire) for my wife. She loves those! The hatch green chile queso was out of this world amazing! They are pretty easy going about giving you more chips so you can scoop out and enjoy every ounce of the queso. Sometimes I just lick it out of the bowl, but my wife glares at me when I do that. The tacos are a little pricy, but they stuff them full of ingredients and that most important ingredient of them all, vitamin taste. The food came out pretty quick and fresh. Service was polite, professional and efficient. They have a nice outdoor sitting area which i would love to enjoy, but my allergies prevent that. Please enjoy it in my stead! Recently, they added cherry coke to the soda dispenser. It's like Torchy's is in my head! Cherry coke is definitely one of my love languages Thank you, Torchys! We'll see you again soon.

Queso and chips

The service is still on point everyone was friendly and welcoming. The foods quality though has diminished. The tacos were Luke warm and my corn tortilla not warm at all. Our side of corn was burned and the cheese and guac were the stars but no the chips. The chips were not warm but cold....all in all we may not return for quit a bit as this definitely wasn't the best experience quality wise

Chips and queso

A welcome addition to the restaurant scene in this area. My family has already added this new Torchy's as one of our "go-to" spots for a quick dinner. Food has always come out quickly for us. I love the queso and margaritas. The tacos are huge with plenty of variety on the menu. Nothing fancy but overall a nice spot for families.

Went for the anniversary for the first time since it been on my list of places to try and man, it…read moredidn't not disappoint. I got half a pound of the Cabeza de Res( beef head) to start. Never had it before but it did not disappoint. The cut is fatty since it's the head but the meat was tender and delicious. Paired with the homemade tortillas and salsa it was a 10 outta 10. The staff was so kinda and I was able to tour where they cook all the meat. The time and effort that is put into making the food is a true work of art. The TENDERISM was so real . I will be back again to try the other cuts since it was so good . I believe they do tend to sell out so the earlier the better .

Great experience and very authentic barbacoa…read more This isn't a typical restaurant setting. It's more of an outdoor, picnic-style setup that honestly feels like you're at a family barbecue, which made the experience even better. The food was excellent. The birria and barbacoa were rich, tender, and full of flavor. You can tell the meat is cooked the traditional way. They also offer traditional cuts like cabeza and lengua. I tried them even though they're not really my personal preference, but I appreciated that they offer those authentic options. What really stood out was the hospitality. The gentleman working there was awesome. He showed us the barbecue pit and even gave me a taste of fresh lamb barbacoa straight from the pit, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. At the end they were already cleaning up and closing, but I asked for a jamaica and he still brought it over and didn't even charge me for it. Great food, authentic cooking, and genuinely friendly people. It felt more like a family cookout than a restaurant, and I'd definitely come back.
