I've been a patron here since they opened many years ago in our small little mill town. I've always enjoyed the food prepared here. Plus, the portions are generous! Big fan of steamed dumplings & the egg rolls that are never greasy!! Love these folks & will always support them. read more

Chicken curry is the best I have ever had from a Chinese restaurant teast just like Thai Curry!!! Will be my new go two!!

Fast friendly service and good food! Everything was so fresh and well seasoned. We had the Egg Foo Yung and Szechuan bean curd.

Have yet to find a better local Chinese place. Has been an all time favorite for many years

Everything is pretty good here, especially the steamed dumplings, chicken and beef teriyaki. We have been coming here for years. Everyone is super nice. They are really fast too. read more

Top's China Restaurant - Updated menu - Chinese Near Me - West Point, Virginia

See all

Top's China is a go-to for our crew lately. My co-workers have liked everything they get here. I finally tried the veg fried rice. It was ready in no time, piping hot and hit the spot. The girl working was friendly and sweet. I'm excited to expand my review by ordering more items next time around. read more

Top's China Restaurant - Vegetable fried rice - Chinese Near Me - West Point, Virginia

We've been stopping by most sundays to pick up dinner on our way home. My called in order is always ready- I call about 15 minutes away and it's always ready Friendly people and I feel welcome. Good portions so that my wife and I can share read more

I really wated to like it. They are getting top dollar for the food they are selling. The problem is they are selling old food. I had fried rice that had to have been in their refrigerator for at least a week. I should have asked them to try it themselves. It was inedible and disgusting. read more

The dumplings are awesome & the dumpling sauce is even better! Always fresh and delicious! Friendly family and talented chef! Chinese donuts are a yummy treat. read more

The food was over cooked and cold. I've been to many Chinese places... this is just about the worst one I've ever been to.

Staff and food are consistently good. They're friendly, the food is always ready on time, and it's good. We usually get the lo mein, general Tso's chicken, and chicken and broccoli, and soups, dumplings, and egg rolls. Everything we've tried has been good. We've been eating at Top's China for four years now and will continue to do so. read more

I've always had friendly service and great meals. We've ordered take out many times over the last two years.

Everything is yummy. They have really improved on quality & tastes. Give Toos China another chance if you haven't been in a couple years. You'll see the difference! read more

Chicken and broccoli is pretty good as is the cashew chicken and wonton soup. Stay away from the beef dishes as the beef is very fatty. Service is good and fast. Best (only) Chinese place in West Point. read more

I will NEVER go to this restaurant ever again in life and I have been a faithful customer pretty much since they opened but after the behavior and fearing that the guy was about to put his hands on me over some STUPID VEGETABLES they have TRULY lost a customer. I called in an order of general toes combo NO Vegetables like I always do and the heavy set guy with glasses took my order n called it back to me not once but twice only for me to get there, he say may I help u and I say I'm here to pick up my order of general toes no vegetables. He rolls his eyes n says no u did not say no vegetables, I say yes I did n u repeated my order twice. He continues to say no u did not say no vegetables as the young lady comes up to see what the problem was and he begins to tell her in their language, she tells me it's no problem she will fix it for me, I say thank you n he continues to go off on me, so the more he goes off they r fussing at him, I tell him what he is doing is not good customer service n dnt even worry bout it I have nothing else to say to him, she says she will fix my order n she is the only one i have anything else to say to. By this point i guess he is pissed because they r willing to fix my order n he is wrong so he tells me no u get the fuck out n get out now, this is my restaurant n I want you out now. I say I have been coming here pretty much since they have opened n have never been talked to like that, he then proceeds to NOW come around the counter at me n is almost in my face like he is going to put his hands on me. I told him if he even tried to put his hands on me he will regret it, he shoos me n tells me I didnt say no vegetables and he wanted me out his store now n never come back. All in all ALL this drama n I now feel threatened n made a call to the police who informed me that since he did not put his hands on me it was nothing I could do but place this on here n social media as well as contact the better business bureau (which I will be doing tomorrow) I just can not believe this happened in lil ol west point but they have really lost a faithful customer. read more

Horrible... I can without a doubt say no other Chinese restaurant has ever rated this low on my scale... I live 5 minutes from this restaurant but my husband and I drive 35 minutes to get Chinese when we want it. The chicken is very poor quality and forget the buffet I don't think its ever fresh. read more

Hi everyone! We have been eating at this place and ordering take outs ever since this restaurant first opened many moons ago. The food for the most part in our opinion, is quite delicious and inexpensively priced with the portions being also generous. The best place for take outs in and around the tri-county area. read more

I think that the people are friendly and the food is good just your typical take out Chinese restaurant. Good value for your money and if you don't feel like cooking stop by this place. Never had a bad meal and I maybe order 4 times a year from here. read more

Have been here for lunch almost every other week since I worked nearby for 2 years . Food is okay but have tasted better. One hidden item on the menu was the french fries. TC has large crinkle fries that are very good. They also have a new eat-in buffet that looks good for business. read more

Best Chinese food in the West Point area. Okay, so it's the ONLY Chinese restaurant in the area. Not bad, the take-out is better than the buffet, but if the items on the buffet are fresh, then they are pretty good and a good deal. read more

Great service if you're a regular they'll know your order and talk and joke with you when you pick up, also I love Chinese so I go to Chinese restaurants every where I go and no other Chinese place has been better than this one read more

I think Heather is on to something here. This was the very worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. The sweet and sour pork was rock hard and tasteless and the pork fried rice was equally as bad. I'd have rather eaten at Mc Donalds ( I loathe Mc Donalds ) Even the fortune cookie was stale :( read more

This is the most disgusting Chinese restaurant I've been to. The food is not only subpar next to other Chinese restaurant ( extremely poor quality meat even for this type of Chinese restaurant, plenty of chewy bits ) I have found hair, bones and to top it off tonight I've found little flea-like bugs in my chicken and broccoli. I urge you to not eat nor spend your money at this restaurant. The only reason I give it one star is because I have to in order to post this review. Sincerely, one disgusted customer. read more

We love this location. Fast fresh and friendly a great combo. We have had both the buffet and take out, You can't go wrong with either choice. read more
