The Egg Fu yung wasnt scorched at all, and full of veggies, with a nice, thick flavorful gravy. Dumplings had a nice mix of meat inside, although the dough itself was a tad too thick, but good overall. Sweet and sour chicken was on point, as were the bbq beef on sticks and the Lo mein. Service was quick, and near our resort. They didn't forget a single thing, which happens often. My family liked the place. The menus posted online are old, with old prices. Grab a bowl, fill it with whatever you want from the noodles, veggies, and meats. Then slide around to the mix-your-own sauce section, and scoop whatever combo of flavors you might want (use more than you think, don't skimp!). Hand it off to the grillmaster, they'll cook it all up real quickly, and off you go with screaming hot and fresh saute. We're partial to lots of garlic and ginger water, a little bit of Mongolian sauce, and the spicy herb, but all up to you! For the rest of the buffet, I mean, it's an all-you-can-eat buffet in a smallish town. A lot depends on how busy it happens to be, and how quickly the food in the chafing pans is turning over. If it's slow and stuff sits, meh. If it's busier and/or you pick from the items that are fresher, pretty decent. Seriously though, the Mongolian grill section alone is worth the price of admission.
