Came here on a Saturday night at 9pm, their prime time. Expected there to be a wait and of course there was, we were told 1 hr so we chilled downstairs. This is a newer facility than the I10 one so we're glad we came here. Free pool and Wii games, pretty awesome downstairs. There are also lots of comfy couches for you to hang out at before your bay is ready. Within half an hr, we for a message saying our bay is ready. We were estastic. So you're wondering why we are giving them a 3 stars instead of 5? Well, let's say we were pretty much forced out of our bay when our time was up. It wasn't our fault that the waitress took forever to come and get our drink orders and then took forever for it to be served to us. We wanted to hang out at the bay longer because by the time our time was up, we still have 70% of our drinks left. It was very unprofessional and very uncool. read more

From company parties to professional golfers to the novice golfer there is no judgement here. Decent drink selections and outdoor fans to keep you cool are a huge plus. This is a welcome entertainment addition to the Webster/Clear Lake/Bay Area. Having seen the huge facility in Katy, I had always wondered what it was all about. It's mostly about fun and friends, and a little about golf. My first complaint (I don't like to start off with complaints, but in this case it's warranted) is the parking. Upon a visit at admittedly a busy time of the week (Saturday evening), several cars circling and circling with not a spot in sight. Finally found one in a corner, but if I were this business owner, I would make sure that the bottle neck to customers wasn't that they couldn't find a parking spot. Okay, with that out of my system, upon walking in the door (maybe even outside), an employee greets and helps direct you. First timers need to get a TopGolf card (small expense, easy to do). Others walking up may be joining a private event which the person can help direct you. Check in is easy and you can reserve a golf bay with little wait. And there's a nice bar with lots of TVs while you wait. The bar had seats (maybe because too many people were circling the parking lot). The golfing aspect is a standard, cookie cutter, TopGolf playbook. There's a server who helps you get started with the games (you pick whether you want short game, long game, variety, what ever suits). They help you figure out how to pay (you can divide up with multiple credit cards). It's by the hour, so more people equals less activity per person, but it's more about the social than the golf for most people. Sound golf equipment is provided (or you bring your own). Couches or high tables to sit while you golf/socialize, somewhat climate controlled (it is outside, but under cover with fans or heaters). A very comfortable experience. You can play as long as you like and keep paying and the servers come by frequently. The bar/table service inside (not at the bay) was a bit more uneven. Hard to find the server sometimes, drinks took a bit longer than one would expect others. The servers were busy, so I figure it could have just been a bit short staffed that night. The server was friendly and trying and accommodating. They were very nice about letting us push together tables, settling the check quickly when our bay became available, etc. This is great for groups or private events or a date night or just to practice golf. If you don't want to play the golf, just come for the social hour, you won't feel left out. TopGolf has a great corner on this market. The only think keeping it from 5 stars is probably the parking and service not quite perfected. Otherwise, this is a great time! read more

Fairly frequent visitor to this Top Golf location over the last year. I was very impressed early last year when I first visited, but it appears to have gone downward in terms of food quality and service. The golf is the golf- unique concept, fairly high price per hour. Love the music and overall ambience. Food quality this visit stunk- not fresh and service was horribly slow. I'm used to a wait especially on a Saturday night, but after sitting in the bar area for 30 minutes with nary a server to be found, we went and ordered directly from the bartender, who appeared to be put out that he actually had to deal with customers. I'll be back for the atmosphere, but certainly would not recommend anyone to eat here or hit the bar area. Big disappointment this to round. read more

Top golf is one of the best stress relievers which can be done almost at any hour of the day. We usually only get appetizers but our usual order (cheese fries) are typically always done right, the service staff has also been consistently on top of our needs Back on March 7th 1999 my mother made cheese fries. They were excellent. The cheese fries I had today brought be back to 1999! Regarding the golf, would recommend coming at night to beat the Texas heat during the summer, weekends are busy but there is a special if you are an ATT customer where an extra hour is free when you open the "ATT Thanks" app on Sundays until the end of June 2018 read more

We've been here a few times and it's always a family favorite. The staff is always helpful and friendly. However, our experience yesterday warrants a review and a shout out to two of the management team. Our waiter was called to fill in as the bartender and was being overwhelmed with orders, so Derek filled in as our bay server. He took our orders quickly, gave a few food recommendations, checked up on us often and took care of everything we needed. He was great and his up beat, friendly attitude was a highlight of our visit. On our way out, Avery walked by and mentioned the NYE party being held on Tuesday, answered all of our questions and even made a few phone calls to make sure we could get a VIP spot as they were filling up, we booked it right then and there! Waiter was rude. Argumentative about bar moving card on file to the bay. Bragging about having one hour left to leave. Charged our cards before even giving receipts/slips bc he said we ok'd him to use the card on file. Our bills were wrong. "Hospitality manager" said it was corrected but it was not. While trying to explain to him he wouldn't let us finish talking and interrupting our sentences. Told my friend she was hostile. So we left with 2 charges on our cards. One will be returned in 1-3 days. Well what if people can't wait And need that money? $100! Not ok. The best service was the bus boys so nice and sweet. They actually put our drinks on our table. Attempted to have some fun here, but they said the wait was an hour and a half (even though the place and parking lot were EMPTY). They were short staffed on servers they said. I was more than willing to go a bay without a server since there were so many of those open but they said we couldn't. We've done that on a previous visit with no issues. Came for a birthday party, we had never been here before. I don't know what their protocol is for parties, but it seemed pretty disorganized. Most places have a "party host" who explains the rules of whatever you are doing, makes sure everyone is fed, cuts and passes out the cake. To my knowledge this did not happen here. That may not be their thing, but as a parent, you pay the money to have someone else do these things so you can actually enjoy your kid's party. The poor parents at this party were left doling out food and passing out cake and shuffling from one bay to the next helping the children. As an afternoon activity, this place is great. No one in our family golfs but we all got to try it and it was fun. It was cold out but the heaters kept the couch areas warm and they were a comfortable place to park while you were waiting your turn although I am not a fan of the coffee table eating arrangement. If there were dining tables, I did not see them. Imagine many children trying to eat in those couches, leaning over to get the food from the faraway table. The couch was pretty disgusting by the end of the party. Makes me understand why the bowling alley keeps their hard plastic chairs. As an adult, I had a choice: lean over and look like a weirdo, bring my plate to my face, pick up one piece of messy food and drop it on the long way to my mouth. I eventually gave up. The food was not good anyway and pretty pricy for the portion sizes. Our server was friendly but she took my drink order at the beginning of the party and I never did receive it. I watched her add it to the parents tab so they paid for it anyway. When our family started our own tab I ordered another drink then and it was twenty minutes before it came. I know the kids waited a while for their drinks as well. They were just sodas, no mixing involved so I don't know what the hold up there was. I think if the service were better this place could be really awesome. I would go here again ONLY to play golf. I will bring my own drinks because I sure was thirsty while I was there. Before you continue reading this review, please know that I am not an avid golfer. As a matter of fact, I quit playing golf approximately 10 years ago. I suck at it. I finally accepted the fact that I was not any good, not getting any better, tired of spending the money to play, and tired of wasting my weekends on the course. I will be happy to sell you my 20-year-old set of golf clubs if you want them. They are taking up space in my garage. With all that worthless information, here is why I give Top Golf 3 stars: it can get expensive really quickly and the food simply isn't that good. Admittedly, I came here only because of a corporate event. It was not my choosing. I did not even pay for it. That does not mean I do not have an opinion. Our particular corporate event decided to cater the fajitas. Compared to all the fajitas I have had in Houston, these rank near the bottom. I noticed people in our party waiting 15 minutes for drinks. Based on other reviews I have seen, 15 minutes is pretty quick. I ordered an iced tea. It was, after all, the middle of the day. There was very little ice in my iced tea. It was unsweetened tea and no sweeteners were offered. I did not dare ask for any as the three cubes of ice I did have would have melted before it would have gotten back to me. I realize that most people I was with were drinking alcohol and we're getting happier and happier. The 15 minute wait did not seem to bother them. Enough about the drinks. Back to the fajitas. Did I mention they were sub-par? In all fairness, I have been to another Top Golf in Allen, Texas. At that particular event, there was a wider range of food served and I found it to be much better than the fajitas. I did not have the opportunity here at this location to have other food. I did see and smell the food from other booths. I must admit, it looked better than the fajitas. With that being said, I doubt if I return anytime soon. And then there was a Topgolf in the Bay area! Our prayers have been answered...AMEN! Came here with my gangstah squad for a lovely Monday afternoon missing the early bird by a hair strand but did that affect us? NOPE! We bought our three memberships and an hour worth of play. Once we were taken to our lounge/golfing area we began ordering food from their menu which coincidentally we all decided to order burgers, I went with their BBQ burger and the rest of the squad went with the mac and cheese burger with fries. Our server was on top of us and also conversating with us as well since it was a bit slow, our drinks were being refilled and area being cleaned off once we were done eating. The only issue I have for this place is that I don't think it is the safest for small children which to be honest with you why would you take your toddler in the first place? We just moved from NC and we are trying to find good places to eat and drink... ) Had a date here with my fiance, began around 5pm, took 10 minutes to get a waiter, management had to call for someone, served our drinks in un-chilled glasses, food was ok nothing to compliment our service, one drink we shared was something terrible and requested to get rid of it, uuugh. I'm an ex bartender, current manager with customer service experience of over 10 yrs. I know wht it takes to provide great customer service and receive amazing gestures(tips). My fiance and I usually spend $60+ minimum on a date(s) or and this date was no exception, but we will not be returning to this location. Usually we seek to make a place a regular spot to visit throughout a year, even seek memberships to help accommodate our friends and family, but this TG has lost our business. Mother in law falling a sleep and everyone else complaining and ready to leave. The staff was friendly but very unorganized. This is our second visit with the same outcome. First of all the food, I think my favorite thing on their menu is the mushi (Mexican sushi)! It marinated chicken, cheese, beans, and cilantro rice wrapped in a tortilla and sliced like sushi. If you don't like spicy foods you can easily scrape off the avocado/sriracha(?) topping. The street tacos have amazing fried shells that won't disappoint. Save room for desert and try the donut holes, they come with filling you can inject with a syringe. Secondly the golfing, you rent a "bay" and take turns similar to a bowling alley. There are several games to play and you can practice before you start keeping score. Even if you aren't a golfer there are lots of targets (even very close ones), so you can still get points and it's fun to play. I prefer the 3rd or 2nd level because I think the ball travels farther? It gets CROWDED on weekends/nights so get there early! Lastly the service, I've always had attentive servers and excellent service. I ordered queso dip once and the food runner (not may server) notices the skillet with the dip wasn't all the way full so he took it back and got me more....without be asking/commenting. read more

There was just one time when my waitress was not good but I think it was because she was so young and inexperienced. However every other time has been great! You get exactly what you expect from Top Golf. It's fairly expensive but you can go in the mornings to cut down on the cost. The balls are tracked so you can see how you're doing or compete against your friends in several types of games. It was fun. The food is fine but the service was excellent. For the amount of money I spent I wish they didn't stick me to a entry level bay all the way at the end. The kids barley got any hits. If you book a party please ask where the bay location will be. Awesome location! Came on opening day and this place was very busy but TONS of friendly staff to ensure things went smoothly. I've previously been to the Topgolf in Katy and the one in Webster has all the same things you'd expect: great food, fast courteous service, and a full bar so everyone has a good time. Went at 10am on Sunday. There were six in our group. This was the first time for nearly everyone, so it did take some time to get everyone registered. Once that was done, we were escorted to our bay, and they explained how everything worked. While outside, the bay was covered and fans helped keep the temperature comfortable. Our server, Alexandra, showed up and took our orders. Our drinks and snacks were delivered reasonably quickly, and she checked on us several times to see if we needed anything else. We didn't order any meals, just chips and dip snacks. I'm not really much into golf, but this was a pleasant, affordable activity for the family. We spent a couple of hours before heading out. The atmosphere is great especially when it's a nice day. We went on a Thursday after noon. Wasnt busy at all. Food sucks and it's very expensive. Our tab was $195 including alcohol. Chips came out cold. Salsa tasted like it was out of a jar. Flat bread pizza was cold and not toasted. Our cheese was cold and lumpy. The wings were fatty and still had feathers on them. I just don't believe they have chefs. Refills too forever. Alcohol drinks were bland. 9.50 for alcohol drinks only 10oz. Great experience but next time we are going to go out to eat before we come and just drink water. I don't mind spending money but I want my food to be up to par. If you are going to change me 9 bucks for a drink give me a little bigger glass. read more
