Overall, a mixed experience. I arrived at 12:00 and wasn't able to golf until 1:00. We were initially told the wait for a bay would be about an hour and a half, but when I mentioned we were fine with a bottom floor, it suddenly dropped to around 30 minutes--which was confusing and a bit frustrating. I also expected to pay the before-2:00 PM rate of $20/hour, but that wasn't the case and wasn't clearly communicated. The highlight of our visit was Myla, our bay host. She mentioned she doesn't usually work Saturdays, but she was fantastic--super attentive, friendly, and great at making small talk. She really made the experience much better. The boneless buffalo chicken wings were fantastic. The drink prices were a little high having mix drinks around $13. Good vibes and fun patio too! Myla was still the highlight of our visit.

It is always a good time here!! The food and drinks are great and so is the service. My son cut himself golfing and the server brought him a band aid and an antiseptic towelette. Also I love the music they play here!

I arrived around 8:30pm on a Monday with my sons while visiting the area. We got to the bay and set up around 8:35pm. The Waitress, Riah, came and took drink order. We got waters and the pretzel bites as an app. The pretzel bites came at 8:43pm. I ordered hot coco a couple minutes later. They were PIPPING hot when we got them. We ordered food at 8:56pm. Order was: the kids cheeseburger and fries and the fried chicken heat which for my kids. I got a strawberry top golf margarita to drink, which came at 9pm. It was tasty. The food came at 9:13pm. My teen son said his chicken sandwich wasn't spicy at all and the sauce was very minimal. He also stated that his hot coco wasn't stirred or mixed correctly, which gave it a watery taste. This was true as I could see the buildup at the bottom on the cup. (The hot coco was $4.29 each). My other son enjoyed his cheeseburger and fries with no complaints. The game play was fun! We played for 1 hr and 45 minutes. My youngest son is left handed and they had left handed clubs available, which is a bonus.

So first time coming to this location, and first time at any Top Golf and I must say it's super fun. Given this is dead of winter, the bay has heaters and they keep you warm. The service was fantastic, no issues there. The pricing wasn't too bad, $13 for the burger, but not sure how much the shots were. It's a really nice place and I hope it stays around for a long while bc the city needs things like this

I love Topgolf, it's always a good time. Went with my husband on Sunday. We did the hour and a half and played about 5 different games. I reserved a bay the day before, so when we arrived there was a bay ready and waiting for us. It was a humid and hot day so the place was not overly packed but we had some people around us. The music was at a good level. The only issue we had was with the wait staff. I waited about half an hour and then decided to go up to the bar and get drinks myself. It was only after that that a server came up to us. Since I had already gotten drinks, we did not get anything even though I had considered an appetizer. Bill came about 10-15 mins prior to us being done. I had a gift card but because she didn't come back, we ended up paying online. Not sure the gift cards are worth it as this is the 2nd time I have had issues using it. I love Topgolf. Service is hit or miss, so while I will go back, I will make sure I eat before I go!

This was my first time at this location for Topgolf. It was a nice summer night, so we didn't have to deal with any rain or coldness. We did, however, have a giant fan blowing on us that wasn't so obvious until the food came because the fan began to blow some of the chips away. Nonetheless, the staff who was attending to us helped with the fan by turning it down. We ordered some drinks, the hummus w/ veggies, and guacamole w/ chips. There were two of us, and we couldn't completely finish everything. With that being said, the portion sizes (for what we ordered) are pretty decent. The drinks were good as well. When we finished with the bay, we decided to stay and chat for a little while. We went to the outside lounge that's by the bar (pictured). The atmosphere is very family-friendly, date-night friendly, and solo-friendly. Everyone's invited, basically.

I always have such a great experience here. The food and mocktails are delicious. It's always clean and it's conveniently located. The best part? The staff are amazing. Everyone is incredibly nice. I love coming here so much that I joined a league - highly recommend it! It's a great bang for your buck and it brings me joy to see certain staff members week after week!

My first and definitely not my last time at Top Golf, the food was good I ordered chicken tacos and it came with 3 and that was plenty enough for me. I did also order a peach pina colada and it was very good and refreshing on a hot day. The service was great, the waitress came by many times to make sure our party needed or wanted for anything. The ambiance was such a vibe, there's 3 levels that you can play golf on my group was on the ground level, I would have preferred a higher level but I definitely still had a good time on the ground level, some areas have high top tables and some areas have couches, music is playing while you are enjoying your food and golf.

This was my first time at a top golf and I'm glad I picked this location as it was closer to me. Came here around 5:30pm on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded which was a plus. When we walked in we were greeted and let them know it was our first time coming. The young lady at the front desk explained to us all the details. Our waiter Christian was a really nice guy and explained everything in detail when we finally got to the bay. We had a coupon for 30 minutes free gameplay and it came in handy at the end of checkout. The process of getting everything set up can take a few minutes depending on how many people are in your party. So glad this place has heaters! It kept us warm. We ordered chicken nachos, fries and a burger. It was typical bar food but it wasn't bad at all. All the staff are super friendly and we left they all said bye. Good atompshere and you don't have to be a pro at golfing. I was surprised I hit the balls so well. As always until next time folks...

Just went here this weekend and had a bunch of fun with the family. Let's talk about golf! From a golfers perspective, this isn't the place you go to practice lol. I think, or at least hope, everyone already gathered this. As far as fun goes, I have a good time. I'm not blown away but it's fun. They have plenty of games to play, and digital courses you can play if you feel up to it. There are now kid friendly games like "Sonic" "Angry Birds", and "Captain America". These games are fun but the captain america and sonic game TAKE FOREVER to play. Felt like we stood around more than we played. The Angry Birds game was decent paced the kids absolute loved it. As I said, there is a decent lineup of games, but I felt like there could have been more creative ones for adults too. All in all it was a really good time. As far as service goes, the workers were amazing. They came around to check on us often but weren't "in the way". They were very polite and easy to work with. It was an enjoyable experience. The prices of food are a bit steep, but the food was pretty good. Nothing to write home about, but I didn't have any complaints either. They had some injectable churro ball things (I didn't order them) that I was able to try and booooooooooy were they delicious! The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and you can take your own clubs in if you want. There are debates between golfers on whether it's "lame" or not to take your clubs in. I DO NOT CARE. If I'm paying that much to hit balls, you better believe I'll be using the expensive clubs I forked out for. I'm there to have fun, but it's also practice. That's just me. To each their own. I say this, if you want to bring your clubs, bring them! Who cares what other people do. I enjoy hitting MY clubs and I don't want to use the ones they have. My only complaint......the tees are like 1/2 inch tall . I get it...it keep people from skying them and hitting the ceiling and whatever, but a half inch is excessive lol. At least have interchangeable ones. I've also been to the Chesterfield location, and as far as I can tell, there aren't many differences. I think Chesterfield is a bit bigger with more bays, and I remember the hitting area being larger. This wasn't a problem, but it was disappointing to not have more targets further away. For most, this isn't going to be an issue. All in all, I definitely recommend this place!!!!

Went for a work party, had a good time overall. The food and drinks were decent and they had a good selection of games to choose from. I also appreciated their mocktail menu which surprised me. The prices are more on the expensive side but nothing disappointed in taste. My only complaint is that it was so hot even with all of the fans they had, so maybe go on a cooler day to get the most out of the experience.

Top Golf in Midtown St. Louis is pure, chaotic joy. My leadership class and I went this past weekend and had an absolute ball, literally. The Angry Birds game is my personal favorite. Smashing virtual buildings and killing pigs with bird golf ball? Yes, please. It's like stress relief disguised as a sport. And the Nacho Your Average Nachos were ridiculously good. Cheesy, crispy, and perfectly over-the-top, basically a personality. Midtown seriously lucked out with this one. Catch me there weekly, pretending I'm a serious athlete.

My guy is an avid golfer so I surprised him with a birthday outing. Side note: I know nothing about golf. I was afraid with him being an expert that he would find it boring. Surprisingly he found the different game options challenging and fun. Obvi his scores left me in the dust. Not knowing how the process of registration worked, I only scheduled a one-hour game play. The table wide screens allow players to select from a variety of games and levels of challenge. We also ordered food from the extensive menu. Being a weeknight we opted for no alcoholic beverages. Since it was his birthday the staff comes out to sing and offered the birthday person with donut holes fresh out of the fryer, along with injectors of chocolate and vanilla crème. It's pretty pricey- I paid over $100 for food and the hour of play. If there's a group it would've been less expensive because you split the price of everything. Even at the price it is good fun and we will go back.

The appetizers, artichokes, zucchini fries and Burratta were amazing and the whole party enjoyed them. This was a birthday dinner for me so I was excited when I got there (my former review was about our amazing lunch there so I expected so much more). My mother ordered the pork chop which she enjoyed, she said it wasn't special but it was a good pork chop. My brother ordered the crab enchiladas which he hated. He did admit that it could be a taste thing as he expected sauce and there was bone, just cheese and noodles and crab and not enough cheese. My daughter and I both ordered filet and lobster with scalloped potatoes. I overlooked that it was served with sauce, which had it been flavorful sauce would have been okay but it was as if they took milk... just milk and poured it over each plate. The steaks were not medium as expected... more like a medium well and the lobster... well it is weirdly shredded partially with a bit left in the tail... my daughter complained hers was chewy and mine was ungodly nasty fishy. I even gave my daughter a piece of mine which she said tasted nothing like hers and she couldn't even swallow it. I am not a person to eat a significant portion of a meal and complain so we just ate what we wanted but it didn't take a lot to eat a significant portion because there wasn't much there. For 75 a plate I expected at least quality food and what I received was not quality food. The potato was not bad to me but everything on the table was served tepid and not at all hot. However there were some things warmer than others... my steak was warm, my daughters was cold, her lobster was warm and mine was not. The pork chop was just tepid and the potatoes were just cold. The same went with appetizers, fried artichokes were cold but zucchini was so hot I burned my mouth.... It was much busier when we went last night than when we went for dinner and i left feeling as if they either need more cooks or one that can handle a busy restaurant because the food was just not good. A big disappointment as it was my birthday dinner and one I had really looked forward to. If I were to go back it would be for the lobster roll which was the amazing lunch I had some time back or for an appetizer and a drink and that simply because the staff really are great and the little store out front so cute and J love Italian Grocers... If you go here I recommend asking questions and taking a look at reviews of what you would like to order. Again, I recognize everyone has different tastes and this review speaks to my thoughts on the food last night not on the restaurant as a whole which I feel tries very hard to be a good experience for customers.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. The service was truly abysmal. If I hadn't made such an effort to be here I would have walked out. When I walked in at 2 pm there were only a few occupied tables. One person was waiting to be seated. When the employee took that person to a table she said she would be right back. Nearly every table in the restaurant was empty but she took me to the very back table, which was facing a stack of upside down chairs, a 5 gallon bucket, and other assorted storage items. She asked if I knew what I wanted but I needed to look at the menu since it was my first visit. That was my first mistake because she disappeared for quite some time before returning. When she finally returned I said I'd like the side of fries with 5 ranch flight. She slapped a paper on the table and told me to mark the ranch flavors I wanted, then she disappeared again. I marked them and waited.....and waited.....and finally she came back to my table and asked, "What was it that you ordered?" I said I hadn't ordered yet then she said, "Oh, right, you wanted a side of fries" and then she walked away as I was attempting to tell her I wanted to order a sandwich too. But she had disappeared. I was talking to her back because she walked away so quickly. It took more than half an hour before she brought my side of fries and ranch out, she laid them on the table and started to walk away and I had to tell her quickly that I wanted to order a sandwich too. I ordered the grilled cheese, thinking it would be quick, as I had already been in the restaurant for nearly an hour. I had wanted to order a side of slaw too but she walked away quickly. I waited another 45 minutes, during which time I kept looking around the restaurant but all the employees seemed to have disappeared. Occasionally I would see an employee briefly appear but no one came near my table. I saw three different employees at different times but after brief appearances they each disappeared. If I had seen my server again I would have asked her to cancel my sandwich order as I couldn't wait any longer but I never saw her. After 45 minutes I was going to leave money on the table and walk out but just then she appeared with my sandwich. I asked for a box as I said I had to leave and she brought the box. No apology for the wait, or thanking me for coming in. This was such a disappointment! Two hours for fries and a grilled cheese sandwich. There were at most four tables with customers in the restaurant and at least three employees so they definitely weren't busy at midafternoon. The fries were good except they weren't hot, just lukewarm. But they would have been excellent if they had been served hot. The seasoning was very good and I enjoyed the 5 ranch flight. Three stars for food, zero for service. Ambiance would have been good if I hadn't been seated at the last table facing storage items. No pictures of my food because I had waited so long that my phone was dead. I noticed that several of the recent reviews are one and two star and mentioned poor service. So maybe this service issue is recent and hopefully will improve in the future.

I love the concept of ordering via QR code, but some of the codes are worn and difficult to pick up with a phone camera.

The cocktail list is solid, and the beer selection is seriously impressive, packed with a great mix of local breweries and unique options. There's also a nice outdoor seating area, but honestly, the magic of this spot is at the bar. The atmosphere there really brings everything together. One of the coolest touches is the large display of vinyl records, it adds a ton of character and gives the whole place a unique, almost nostalgic energy. We didn't try the food this time since we just stopped in for drinks, but it's definitely on the list for next visit. Looking forward to coming back and spending more time enjoying this gem of a spot.

I was in need of killing time before a crochet lesson down the street and I thought enjoying a cocktail was a good idea. I was able to get a seat at the bar and immediately starting reading the menu of their signature cocktails. I went with, Sign Painter. It was served in a fluted glass and was made with rye whiskey. I'm a big fan of rye and I found this drink very refreshing. I am a cocktail snob, I enjoy a well made cocktail. Being a snob, I want a mixologist that prepares a masterful cocktail. Enjoying my cocktail and watching the gentleman working behind the bar, I can honestly say, he is a masterful bartender. This visit, I did not order any food items. However, seeing the food severed around me, I'll definitely be back to enjoy to enjoy some Crab Stuffed Mushrooms or a Crab Cake Sandwich. The inside of the bar is compact. In addition to the bar sitting, there's a row of booths along the wall. Beyond the barroom, is a backroom that's is pretty comfy and classy, too. In front of the building is a welcoming patio, that I'll be back to check out in better weather. After just one visit, I know I'll be back. If I still lived in STL, I'd probably be a regular. When: January 21, 2026 Why: Killing time with a cocktail.
