They "lost our ticket" and tried to tell us to pay someone else's ticket because they "accidentally charged" the other people our ticket and spent 20 minutes trying to convince us that the neighboring party should have paid $75 less than us (4 adults) we had 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Anyway; finally, after waiting 45 minutes clearly after bedtime waiting on toddlers who were screaming, we received a "generated" ticket with what they thought we had... which wasn't correct but I paid it anyway because I wanted to get out of there. If I could give a 0 I would. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this location. My friends and I have been here 7 times just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but we have not gotten a decent waiter or experience. Only one time we got a good experience and it was because of a waiter named Herbert. We got to our bay and waited 30 minutes (half of our playing time) to even be greeted. We didn't end up getting our drinks or food until our playing time had ended. The food was decent but the customer service? Absolutely not. Will NEVER be coming here again. read more

We came here for a work event with a big group of men and women. The golfers went wild trying to see how far they could hit a driver and if they could sink one in the scoring rings. Even non golfers got a few balls for fun. The bays have comfortable couches good for chilaxing in with a beverage. We had a buffet with decent chips, salsa, and fajitas. Their website says "climate-controlled" bays. That's funny! A fan apparently is the climate control. I'm okay with that, but find the description misleading. read more

Hard to complain about this place. If you like golf then there is really not an issue here. Everyone is friendly and it has always been clean. I gave four stars because I always enjoy myself when I go but I do see room for improvement. My latest trip here was on a national holiday, Presidents Day. I was taking my six-year-old son there because I got him clubs for Christmas and the bays have shade and it is a great place for anyone to practice. I was a little perturbed by the fact that it was lunch time and there were a ton of open bays and they told me there was a 10 person wait in front of me. I understand that they do have payroll they need to watch hours and the reason that I wasn't able to go right to a bay was they didn't have service to accommodate just putting people that walked in into bays. My wait was about 25 minutes. I will say though that it was about half full and it was a holiday so maybe there staffing planner dropped the ball on that. Also adding time to your game sometimes is a little confusing using the system I always have to ask for help so perhaps they could do something with their programming to make it a little easier. Other than that no real complaints even for people who don't like to play golf it is still a fun place to go even for drinks or just to hang out with friends. read more

I am absolutely appalled by the service of the employees at TopGolf Spring. My friends and I traveled an hour to TopGolf for a birthday party to which we were greeted with complete disrespect. We originally walked in at 9:01, our oldest being a year short of 21, with no 21+ year old to supervise us, so we were politely denied a bay. We all walked away with no comment, at the very most a sigh of disappointment for our wasted trip, so a 21+ couple kindly offered to play with us. We revisited the premises, and were immediately confronted with fraudulent claims. An employee at this location claimed that racial slurs were directed toward them when in fact no comments came from our guests. I do not appreciate or take lightly the throwing around of claims such as these. We were denied access over inaccurate accusations and were forced to make a fuming hour long travel home empty handed. I have never been to a business so persistent on denying access to young guests that they should make up racial allegations. I would strongly advise against this location after a trip as outrageous as this. read more

We drove 30 minutes to arrive at 9:02 PM just to find that we would be refused service due to the lack of presence of a 21 year old to monitor us past the hour of 9. I am offended that my peers and I are not seen as mature and did not give any reason as to why we shouldn't be allowed to golf. Cleanliness 3/5 This was probably the cleanest TopGolf location we have ever visited... Directly comparing to Alpharetta (Atlanta) and Addison (North Dallas). The interior was immaculate--nearly sparkling, however the bathrooms were horribly dirty and the Bays on Floor 3 (Audi Lounge) weren't overly presentable; most notably finding sticky residue all over the table, menus and even some of the clubs. EEEEECK! Food/Beverages 2/5 The menu is a real disappointment from a price standpoint. Sure, the quality of food is slightly better that Buffalo Wild Wings, IMO, however I would say in three visits it is nothing worth waiting on or paying for. During our Spring visit, we decided to eat Hibachi prior to arriving and apparently that was a splendid idea because the Bay directly next to us (326) was given free food vouchers for the poor quality of their food orders and overall dissatisfaction. The drink menu, while inventive, is extremely overpriced and the drinks were FAR TOO watered-down and sugary. My sister and girlfriend shared the Pineapple Express for 2 and each had a Old Fashion. After one sip both girls went "Woah! Too sugary and watery!" Oh, and the bucket of six beers is $28.00... Ummm seriously? Anyone could buy a 24-pack of whatever domestic for less than $25.00. What a joke! Digital TopGolf Interface 3/5 The Houston area has been hammered with torrential rains and flooding, which, as you can imagine, messed up the net sensors for keeping one's score in any of the game modes. I literally lost count at the number of times (over two dozen) the scores had to be added manually. This took a lot of the seamless design TopGolf is known for, and made the experience choppy and somewhat annoying. Service 4/5 Really, I can't complain here other than being owed some vouchers for our experiences in the other areas. The associates and managers inside were helpful and attentive. Our waitress checked on us 7-8 times in our two and a half hours, however, my brother in-law issued a direct complaint about the overall poor experience to a manager on the third floor, who gave us ONLY a fifteen minute credit? Considering our drinks and game time combined was $160, we were owed much more than a measly time credit. COME ON TopGolf!!!! Step it up. I know you can. read more

Some of the Front Desk staff seriously need customer service training. My wife had paid $25 for a 3PM "reservation". We arrived at 3:08 and the young lady working the Front Desk (didn't get her name) told my wife the reservation had been cancelled because "you failed to reply when we contacted you". When we asked what contacts, she said they had sent a text and called. My wife looked at her phone, the text was at 2:49 (while we were driving) and the call was at 3:05 (as we were walking in). When my wife pointed out the times, the young lady simply said "That's the policy, you'll need to be on a list and wait." No "I'm sorry" or "I'll see what I can do", just "That's the policy, you can wait in the bar area". We requested to see a Manager, explained the situation, and he placed us on something called "expedited wait" (or something like that). After a short 20 minute wait a location opened up for us. With a little training, the young lady could have said almost anything other than "That's the policy". On a positive note, the waitstaff are prompt, courteous, and hard working. On a negative note, the men's restroom on our level was out of paper towels for at least the last hour we were there. read more

I had my first Topgolf experience and it's a cool place. We started off top golfing which is different from anything I've ever done. I'm not big on golf, I'd prefer bowling, but I see the appeal. After topgolfing, we made our way to their bar for dinner and drinks. I shared a version of a fish bowl which comes in a plastic golf bag-shaped mug with golf club straws. It lights up too. Super cute! I also tried their brisket grilled cheese which comes with an aioli dipping sauce and fries or tots. We went with tots. The food was better than expected. The service was fine for me but really bad for some of the other people at our table. They also close earlier than I expected on a Saturday night. read more

They have fun theme events where guests can dress up and participate like a Suits and Boots event in the winter where you can dress in beach attire and your show boots! Topgolf is like a bowling alley-style driving range. We took family there while they were in town for Thanksgiving. On Tuesdays it's half price until 5pm, which is a great deal! We ordered a bucket of beer to start and some apps. The wings and fax and chips were great to share. The server never refilled our waters nor cleared anything from our table the entire two hours we were there. Overall, we had a great time, but the service could be improved. read more

We reserved a teen party with food, setup/service, and unlimited drinks included in the package and I put down 50% deposit. Let me be clear first we ended up with Andre and he was great! They set us up with our 3 pods 20 mins late, then moved us so the 2 hours of golf ended up being about 1.5 hours! They brought me my total which was more left due than the subtotal before my $210 deposit. I asked for explanation and the manager lady left and said she would be back, she didn't come back Ramon did and he was a NIGHTMARE I have never felt more disrespected he approached me like I should listen to what he said and should agree because he was a man and I was a woman. He then said I will go find your contract and came back with no contract and was still "explaining" to me why I was wrong but that sales wouldn't be in until Monday I said okay I would settle up on Monday, he said no you have to close out today I responded I would not. Another manager walked up to tell me that we had been a headache since the beginning I responded you are right I shouldn't have a headache simply trying to celebrate my daughter's birthday! She said well you got an email explain right, I said no! She said well they called you ahead of time, which I answered no! At the end of it all they still couldn't explain to me why they were charging me over $200 in "fees" for items intended to be included in the package. Great fun for both of us! My husband has played golf for years, but I'm very much a beginner, and we still managed to have an equally good time. Played for an hour and a half in the morning and it was good drinks (spicy Bloody Mary), good weather, and cheap at $20/hour. Saw a special for weekday lunch specials that include 30 min free or a 10 credit towards your next visit. We are only 3 miles up the road, and will def. take advantage of that one. Minus: The players cards are $5 a piece (one time) but you have to have them to play. Seems like a bit of a money grab to me.
