I have been a few times and generally it is very good. Last time my brother and I went, we were early, but we were told that we could begin playing right away. About 45 minutes into our game, the 15 minute warning screen came up and the golf balls stopped coming out. We just wanted to finish our hole -- we had agreed to pay for an hour and it had only been 45 minutes. When we asked for an attendant, he just kept asking if we wanted to extend. I tried to explain that I just wanted to play for the hour we had agreed to, but he would not let us continue without extending another 15 minutes. Although this isn't the type of place I would frequent in the evenings for entertainment, TopGolf seems to have something for everyone. I go in the mornings when it isn't crowded, to actually practice my game. The heated bays are great during cooler weather, and every staff member I came in contact with was very nice. I like the fact that it is welcoming to everyone, regardless of familiarity with the game, and was glad to see a number of children there. Great little place to relieve stress! I did a few games here and had a bunch of fun trying to get those targets. This place is huge, and has some great deals on games certain days of the week. The one thing I didn't like was the excessive number of visits from several staff asking if we were okay, then are you still okay, do you need anything, are you still okay... etc... not just our server, but 3 different people came by all asking the same things repeatedly in our hour and a half... having good customer service is important but over-doing it can be intrusive too and super annoying) There seemed to be at least 5 too many workers on our floor for the middle of the day. They looked bored and were just standing around huddled up talking. I imagine this is why we had so many visits. The menu: I ordered fries and spinach artichoke dip & chips. The dip n chips were good, a lil pricey- but atleast good and the fries were way overpriced... . It was $4 for what would equal a medium fry at any random fast food place. I had been excited for weeks about the prospect of going to Top Golf. Unfortunately I didn't have nearly enough friends to fill up a bay so when my wife and 2 of her friends made plans to go, I decided to tag along. Unfortunately, by the end of the night I wish I had stayed home and not exclusively due to the company. I got in there and it was a 30 min wait for the bay to be ready. I took that time to explore and grab a drink from the bar. I was underwhelmed by the drink selection and overwhelmed by the prices. Even a domestic beer was $5! When we finally got to the bay we sat down at the table and my wife put her purse down. We shortly noticed that the table hadn't been wiped down properly and she put her purse in a big pile of barbecue sauce. The guy who showed us how to work the games and sign up was less than kind and seemed impatient to get out of there. He did a poor job of explaining and answering questions. We ordered food and similarly to the drinks it was underwhelming and overpriced. My wife ordered a side of fries that came out 15 minutes after the rest of the food. Finally when it came time to pay one person in our party was overcharged. We were waiting for her tog eat her card back when one of the staff came over and tried to kick us out of the table. We politely explained that we were waiting for a refund but it seemed like she could not understand that. We came here the day after Christmas around 4:30pm. Moderate crowd. Not really busy. The service was absolutely atrocious. Ordered 2 glasses of wine ($17.25 & $12.75)and it took almost 20 minutes to get them because the 3rd floor bar doesn't stock wine. They had to go downstairs to the 1st floor to get wine. Photo included is 3rd floor bar. We put our name in for a bay upon arrival for one on the 2nd or 3rd level as we were given that as an option. After waiting 45 min we received a text saying our 1st floor bay was ready. Hmmm...after being asked by the attendant, Do you want a 2nd or 3rd floor bay? Followed by us confirming yes, not sure why they assigned us a 1st floor bay. We let our server know, she addressed it and got a manager. Which was great. 15 min later we got a bay on the 2nd floor. To golf each player needs to buy a $5 membership on top of the bay rental. The food was good. Standard bar food at reasonable prices. When all said and done with tip it cost us $154 for a 5 drinks, 2 flatbread pizzas, 1 burger & 1 hr of golf. Not sure it was worth the price tag. Underwhelmed, unfortunately. The gaming experience was nice after our bay was acquired. We arrived at 11am and waited 35min for a bay to be available to us. As first timers we were briefed of how everything at Top Golf worked, and it was perfectly clear. Was unaware of the $5 mandatory membership fee. While thats not a significant amount, it is an unpleasant charge to add on top of an already pricey round. Wait staff was regular, attentive and friendly. Nicole, our waitress was very nice but overcharged us on our tab. I offered a $25 gift card along with a $10 card and only the $25 was applied. She was nowhere to be found when we discovered this as we were on a time crunch and had to go. Over all, the game play itself was great, but I felt cheated out of a gift card usage. I don't mean to harp over $10 but it's already a pricey venture. I think I'll drive the extra 10-15min to Drive Shack next time to try them out even though I live 1 mile from Top Golf. We came here for a friendly outing and it was our first experience here. Overall it is a place I would come to again, but only on Tuesdays and with a group of people. Half priced Tuesday is fully worth it and the amount of games is something that changes it up. You can choose from a bunch of games that challenge different skills. The food is not something I would ever get. The nachos were like 10 chips with some toppings, the flatbread was about the size of a slice of pizza, and it was not cheap. If you plan to come here it is best to reserve a bay, but not necessarily always needed. Drink and eat before hand and just come for the golf. Do not be afraid to bring your own clubs. They have clubs but they don't have the same feel as your own. Overall the missing star is becuase of the price of food and lack of food you receive. read more

We got a bay on the first floor instantly however could have waited 30 minutes to get either the second or third levels. The weather was a little chilly but they have great heaters that keep the bays open. Fast service with drinks and food. Overall, a great experience. First time here today and it was great. We did the mini golf and the staff was very friendly. You Che drink beer and cider while you play and they sell them right there for only $5-$6. Looking at the main golf course while you play is fun and looking at the golf ball collecting machine car is also fun. The building looked nice and new and it has 3 levels. I was going stir crazy, so I decided to come to Topgolf for a socially distanced outing today. I received a lot of emails from them about how they are tackling COVID, so I assumed it would be as safe as possible. Masks are required in common spaces, which is good. I was shocked when I got to the bay and discovered the third floor was packed. There was not a lot of distance between groups (like filling every other bay). We were basically sharing a table with another group with a sheet of plastic separating us. I expressed my concern and was kind of just blown off. I was told there were plastic partitions, which were really just plastic shower curtains. How is that going to mitigate the spread of an airborne virus? If they utilized the other floors, it would be much easier to have space between groups then just throwing everyone on the 3rd level. I had wonderful waitresses and the young lady who set up our game was great. I feel really bad for the employees having to wear masks, considering there were a ton of groups not wearing them. I honestly felt uneasy during my visit and we ended up leaving early. I hope Topgolf reconsiders their COVID 19 mitigation strategies to protect their patrons and their employees. read more

Lots of fun, cool space, great service, but definitely pricey. Came to TopGolf on a Sunday morning (it was my first time ever!) and right off the bat I was amazed at what a cool space it was. The overall design is very thoughtful; lots of indoor bar space, outdoor space heaters, big tables, lots of cool technology. As a novice golfer, I was worried but I still found playing really fun. The holes are definitely designed for people of all skill levels. Also, the service was overall fantastic. We had multiple people checking up on us, offering refills, and even turning on a heater in the neighboring lane so we wouldn't be cold. The only limiting factor for me is that Topgolf is super pricey. Your first time you play there is a $5 membership fee, and then each bay can be $20-40 per hour depending on what time you go. If you want to reserve a bay ahead of time online, it is an extra fee. read more

I've never described a pizza as smooth, but think right amount of ingredients and no flavors are over bearing. The asian sesame wings were good too. Cooked to perfection and seasoned equally. Drinks all the drinks were good. The highlighted ones were the golf bags they have a berry one(the best), the pineapple one (has a minty flavor so if you like mint/mojitos go for it) and the citrus(had a very sweet flavor almost like syrup). I came to Top Golf for my first time ever and, as a very novice golfer, was very nervous about golfing in front of other people. Turns out, Top Golf is wildly fun and I had nothing to be nervous about. From a golf perspective, the technology was remarkable at giving instant feedback and allowing even my amateur self to reach attainable holes. I was really impressed by the customer service - for such a large venue with so many moving parts and pieces, our bay server (Kellie, I believe - with blonde hair) was so welcoming, encouraging and prompt to help meet our every need. She gave us space to play but was always accessible and available when we needed her. The food was delicious and, even if golf isn't your thing, the bar areas and balcony spaces alone are enough reason to come hang out. Especially on a fall night, the fire pits outdoors were cozy. :) I recommend the nachos and warm pretzel bites. One final thought - they told us when we checked in that the wait was 1hr 15min. Turns out if you're willing to play on the 1st floor rather than the 3rd, the wait is only about 5 minutes. read more

The service and flow of operations seemed to be struggling this evening when a large group of us went for the first time. First our server Owen couldn't get the computer registration info correct in our bay, so we weren't able to get started, play, or order drinks until he could figure out how to fix the problem (which he seemed to be really struggling with). So while he's running around looking for help, and tending to other tables, we were stuck just hanging around in our bay for about 15 mins doing nothing--they wouldn't even let us order drinks or food. Finally one of us flagged down a supervisor (guys in red jackets) to help us out, since our server Owen had gone MIA. Thankfully that guy finally got us up and running, AND finally explained to us how things work (gave us a "bay tour") Then when we were finally able to order drinks, my friend tried on 3 separate occasions to order SOME sort of white wine, "oh sorry we're all out of pinot grigio." Then ten mins later "sorry we're all out of that chardonnay" then another ten to fifteen mins later "sorry we're out of that one wine too" Like, why can't the servers see in real time on their ipads, whats in stock at the bar and what's out?? Why did it take 30 mins of back and forth between the bar and table for my friend to get refused 3 times on her drink order, when they should've just been able to tell her tableside what was available?? And more importantly, why are they running out of basic white wines, at 630pm on a Tuesday??? Simple business operations seem to be off here...
