I came in for my fiancé work party event, and the staff did an amazing job taking care of us making sure we were fed, and have plenty of drinks. They most definitely were on top of the service that we had received. Excellent service over all for the whole entire staff at our holiday party. I wanted to be sure to mention & send a special shout out to Oscar, Matt & Mateo that helped us in bay 34 all the way at the end. To over exceeding our expectations with service, They were extremely friendly, attentive, made sure we received everything we ordered. I was super appreciate to know that they cared and helped with any questions to help us have a great time. Definitely will be back in the future to ask for them all again. Fun games, hit and miss food, terrible drinks. We had tons of fun playing several different games during our time here on half price Tuesday. The place is clean, and staff was right there to help get us started. We ordered dinner, tres steak tacos and the smokehouse burger, as well as a few drinks. I ordered the bourbon mule, and am 95% certain there wasn't any alcohol. I would have asked for a new one, but unfortunitly didn't see our server for quite some time so I just drank my ginger soda. The burger and fries were delicious, but the the tacos were about as flavorful as a cardboard box and after waiting for some time to see our server I decided to just eat it. I think our experience would have been better with our server more present and I could have let them know some of the issues with the food and drinks. read more

Topgolf is topnotch ! Booked 2 bays for our large group of teenage volleyball players. Parents hung out in the bar area. Reservations was easy and affordable. We opted to book the playtime and have the girls order food separate. Our host and waiter made the whole experience run smoothly and our group had a blast ! Highly recommend, esp. for larger groups. read more

I came here with a large group for a party thrown by one of our vendors. It had a buffet and drinks included. We had a great time! Great location of Top golf. Everything golf related worked perfect. I'm so glad this place is still open at full capacity. I can always plan on having an amazing time when I come here. It is so lively, and fun. Even if you're not good, or just don't know how to golf, you can't-not have a good time. It's literally impossible. This place is great for everyone of all ages. The separated bays, comfortable couches, delicious food, drinks delivered to your bay, great music, TV's at each station, and up to six people per bay, it feels like a party. Thank you Brian for taking great care of me, and my family. Your services were impeccable. read more

My family really wanted to go to Top Golf so we came to this one while they were in town. We made the mistake of not making a reservation ahead of time so the wait time to play golf was 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend placing a reservation. This location seems to be more crowded with visitors then the Lake Mary location. While we waited, we ate dinner in the restaurant and watched the football games. I tried the Cherry Lime Sparkler drink which was pretty good. I also got the Farmhouse Flatbread pizza which was delicious and gluten free. I would get the pizza again. Once we played golf, it took a little time to get my family registered but it was fun. They enjoyed it! read more

I attended a company event at Topgolf, my first time there. For events, there is a catering menu that is provided as a buffet at the back of your reserved bays. For this reason, most of the event reserved bays are at the end of the row where there are couches instead of high top bar chairs, and there is an extra high top table behind the bay with a couple of chairs. We checked in at the Concierge desk and then were shown to our bays. We had three bays in a row which was nice to spread out in. The staff member went over the safety rules, said the buffet was coming in a few minutes, along with a staff member to take our drink orders and then left. Since most of us hadn't been here before, I thought the staff member should have told us how the displays and games worked. He did explain about waving your club over an indicator to get the next golf ball out but that was it. Half of us weren't even golfers so weren't sure what to do. We played the first target game which seemed pretty easy to understand -- hits the balls to try and get them into the large netted targets. However, unlike bowling, the monitor never told us how many balls we should hit at at time and when it was the next person's turn. We just came up with a number and then had to remember to switch it to the next person's name. I don't know if there is an automatic way to do this. Another group in our event told us to play the Angry Birds game instead so we tried that for one round but half of us couldn't hit the ball hard enough for the game to even register it so we went back to the target game. All in all, we had fun, just wished it had been explained better. I will say it was MUCH easier to see all the colors of the targets at night. There are fans as well as heaters by each bay, so it is somewhat climate controlled even though the bay is essentially outside. The food, as I said, was a catered buffet, with mostly bar food such as boneless wings, shredded beef sliders, dips, chips, and a charcuterie board. It was just okay. Nothing was replenished but I don't know what the contract signed said. The servers were nice and got the drinks out quickly. If invited, I'd probably go back but since I'm not a golfer I probably wouldn't suggest going here myself. read more

Let's start with the obvious food, television, and golf. Need I go any further? I am no Tiger Woods but I have had the privilege of playing on many driving ranges and none compare to the overall experience of Topgolf. They have different games available with one of my favorites being Angry Birds golf. Where you have to get a ball in each color starting with red. Every guest gets their own bay which makes the experience intimate and personal. Food is ordered at your table and each bay has a TV playing major sports games. The staff is extremely friendly and is typically on top of the beat! I just wish I had more of a passion for golf but personally it just seems like a boring game. On the other hand Topgolf's approach actually makes it fun. Every ball is tracked so you can actually get better. Once the ball leaves the bay a computer analyzes your swing. Letting you know your trajectory, wind speeds, and where it landed. That part is impressive even when we are on golf courses how pros can see where there ball landed. No need to have the gift of gad because Topgolf has your back! read more

What a fun venue. 5 stars as a place for something to do. Who knew that hitting balls could be so much fun? Unlike a normal driving range, there are actual targets and strategies that make it less boring than just hitting a ball and watching it fly. A friend of mine has a pass where he can bring anyone in before 3 on a weekday, so it wasn't pricey for me. However, the prices did seem a little high for a "bay", but I guess if you split it up between people, it wouldn't be bad. There were different games and the computer is pretty neat where it tells you how far your ball went, where it hit on a target, and when you missed everything (which it told me quite often). It gave it a sense of purpose and fun. Food wise, chips and guac were about the only Vegan thing on the menu, so be aware if you're dining here. And that would be OK, but the container of guac was pathetic in size. Makes the $2.25 at Chipotle seem like a bargain. I was eating a LOT of plain chips, even after finishing the salsa as well. The service was ok. Nothing spectacular for it being non-busy on a weekday afternoon. He brought refills out rather quickly and kept the waters full too. I would go back as it was pretty fun to spend a few hours there, but it's a shame to have to eat elsewhere. I understand it's a sports bar vibe, but it's also 2020 (ugh, sorry to remind everyone). read more

A great atmosphere to socialize while being active! Amazing service by Kim and delicious food and drinks! Love the chicken tacos!!!

this was one of the worse experiences i've ever had at a topgolf before check in was easy and fast and my bay 306 was ready to go has i walked in i got there with 2 of my close buddies and we was having a great time until we ordered some food we ordered some appetizers like wings nachos and the took over an hour to get to us and once it did my buddie was about to take a bite out of his food until he found hair on it once we seen that we took a closer look at out food and also found hair and on top of that food was cold once i asked for a refund for the food they threw me and my buddies out so please if you want a fun experience do not come here read more

A group of my friends and I went to Topgolf, we got in pretty quick because we made reservations. I went to Topgolf with a coworker of mine while at a conference in Orlando. We went with a group of 6 to have some fun, food and drinks. The others were with a another company, one of them was the person I was giving a presentation with while at the conference. I will state, this was the first time I have ever been to Topgolf. Heck, i have never ever picked up a golf club to play at all. Yes, i have never golfed or even mini-golfed. So it was a new experience for me. Funny enough, I didn't do so bad. I got second place on the first game with my group. Then did middle of the pack after. May not sound impressive, but considering how unfamiliar I am with a golf club I am happy with how I did. I will admit, i totally missed the ball the first time I went to hit it. Hey you gotta laugh at yourself sometimes. The course is a lot of fun, and of course the cold beers the waitress kept bringing made the good times roll. The food was also surprisingly good. The pizza was delicious, and the wings were flavorful. The nachos though... lord were they amazing! Some of the best I have ever had! We all remarked on how good they were! Loved coming here! Definitely would go to this or any other Topgolf again. read more

A fun place for absolutely everyone, 5 without a doubt!‍ Topgolf is something absolutely everyone of all age and ability can enjoy. You do NOT have to be "good" at golf, or have ever even picked up a golf club before! If you ask, they 100% WILL help you with how to swing, BUT it's also so fun to just figure it out on your own! Think of it like going bowling. Same concept all around! The golf clubs are provided, both men's & women's - take your pick. You wave your club in front of the sensor and a ball dispenses for you to either tee up or hit it right off your mini green. *Cool tid bit - the golf balls have little chips in them so the game knows which one is yours! The technology is called TopTracer, which is actually used on TV when broadcasting PGA tournaments - and you can watch the trajectory of your ball live on the screen in your bay! They have all sorts of little games affiliated - including a new one, The Angry Birds themed! This one is so cute - just like the Angry Birds game concept on the phone apps, you see a tower on your screen and you're trying to launch the golf balls toward it to knock it down! There are targets on the range, color-coated based on distance. If you're aiming for the middle for example, you're trying to get your ball into the green target straight ahead! Toptracer will show you where your ball is going, even right down to WHERE in the target it falls! ALSO fun fact - Not many people know this but if you get a hole in one as a Platinum member here, you can get $1,000. However, the chances are so unlikely it's insane Still cool!! THE FOOD Topgolf has a scratch kitchen. I have tried everything on this menu, and I'm being dead serious! It is AMAZING. Every dish is slightly different than your run of the mill as well - for example, the nachos - you'd immediately imagine a massive mound of sloppy chips with toppings where the bottom has nothing on them and the top gets soggy etc... but no. Topgolf nachos have individual nachos each topped themselves strategically to ensure no chip is left behind. The Buffalo Chicken Dip is also unique compared to others, it comes in a little skillet topped with Panko seasoning!! Side note - GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS FOR MY FRIENDS It's not cheap to come here.. by any means. BUT each bay can fit 6 people and if you get there before 12:00 noon it's the best time / most affordable. Game play is for the whole bay, not per person - $15 for 30 minutes, $30 for an hour! GO EARLY & SAVE! (so you can spend more on food) The cocktails are incredible - favorites to note, the Paloma & Bloody Maria. But if you're into mimosas, you can build that too! I love this place. Date night, family night, flying solo - doesn't matter! You'll definitely want to keep coming back! read more

Came here on Tuesday where it's half priced, I love Topgolf. This is one of those things where you do not have to be good at golf or even like golf to enjoy yourself, like bowling, just an excuse to get together with a group to come out to eat, drink, and have a damn good time. It's a lively thing to do outdoors, it's even more popping once it starts to get dark with the neon lights coming and club music coming on. You can book online to secure a spot if you are wanting to reserve it for a specific time, otherwise you can walk in and be put on a waiting list. I'm sure you can bring your own clubs, but they do provide you with clubs and balls. Food is going to be your typical bar food, nothing mind blowing that is going to knock your socks off, but glad to see there's options if you get hungry. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:) read more

We enjoyed celebrating a birthday recently at this location. We had two side by side bays which was helpful to have plenty of time for our group to golf. I was a little nervous with children at the level, but we were vigilant about watching them so all was well but it would not be my first choice with families , rather save this for an adult activity. We ordered so many food and drink items on the menu and everything from the burgers to the boneless chicken nuggets were very good. The breakfast burrito was especially tasty. I've been to this location several times, but this latest visit was during COVID-19. Topgolf took a lot of precautions and I felt really safe during my visit. We reserved our bay ahead of time which made it super seamless once we got there. There was a greeter stationed outside who asked for our name. She then told us which bay would be ours and we made our way there. Once we got there, there was another associate there who got us checked in and started the game. Our server came by not too long after to take our order. Every associate was wearing a mask. There was a clear plastic sheet between each bay, so it provided some additional protection. During our visit, the bay next to us was done and left so we were able to see first hand all of the enhanced cleaning protocols. They cleaned and wiped down the screen, tables, and all of the clubs. I was really impressed by how thorough it was. Overall, I've had really great experiences at this location in the past and I was really happy to see how they've responded to COVID so guests and their employees stay safe and healthy. read more

This was my first time ever going to any Top Golf and I was very happy with our choice for that evening. The atmosphere was energetic but laid back at the same time. The food was delicious (didn't get any photos, sorry); we had wings, queso dip, margherita pizza and some drinks and they did not disappoint! There is also a large variety of game options and thankfully they allow for different skill levels. We went on a Saturday evening and made the wise decision to reserve a bay (which just bumps you to the top of the wait list) but it became pretty busy and I imagine the wait must have been over an hour for those that didn't make a reservation. I will definitely be trying other locations closer to home but I do recommend this as a good evening option, even while on vacation like us. read more

Arrived on a Tuesday around 6pm with two other friends. Tuesday's is half price bay rental so it's a fun time for $25 (1-6 people) vs the normal $50 after 5pm. We made reservations ahead of time which I highly recommend. My friends had gotten there before I did and had already checked in as they waited for the bay to be ready they played other games until I arrived. We received a text message letting us know that our bay was ready and we can proceed directly to that bay. We got checked in and the bay assistant walked us through the various games and how to play. Our server Bri, was amazing! Answered a lot of questions for us as we were definitely novices but also had great suggestions for items on the menu. There are multiple games that you can play at multiple levels including beginner, intermediate, expert. We opted for a couple of easy rounds and opted for another easy round of Angry Birds. While we didn't score a lot of points we had a great time. The food was good! I ordered the bone in Asian sesame chicken wings. They were very crunchy and the sauce was perfect with a little bit of sweet and a little bit of heat. My other friend got the boneless chicken wings in the same flavoring and said they were good. Other friends ordered the Cobb salad, and the margarita flatbread. My friend who got the margarita flatbread said the spices and the fresh basil were perfect! Overall, we had a great time and look forward to returning. There is ample parking and it does get busy. Again, highly suggest making reservations prior to going. This can be done online. read more

My second experience at a Topgolf and I am still sooooooo unexcited. I want to love it so badly because it's outdoors, it's mega cool, and it's theoretically a great way to spend time with a group. But I just really feel womp womp about it. I learned my lesson the first time about the food, and so I definitely didn't order anything to eat, knowing that it's really underwhelming. The people I went with the second time still ordered a bunch of different items. The flatbread, the queso, a sandwich, fries. They didn't like it either. And they especially didn't like the cost/value (This is why we listen to Ginger, folks.) Anyway, even if the food was maybe a lil better the service is still kind of slow... This location was IMMACULATE, however. And that impressed me greatly. Every time I saw a staff member they were wiping or sanitizing something. If we could just order a pizza from Papa Johns, and walk up to a bar to order a beer (instead of having a server) while playing golf this would be a perfect experience. read more

Topgolf is one of those places that I should be very "meh" about. I'm not a golfer and have actually disliked real golf the few times I have tried it. That being said, I had a *ton* of fun here each time I have been and the food is actually really great. The first thing to know is you can go here just for food - and I would actually recommend it. The charcuterie plate with the giant pretzel is amazing. The injectable donut holes for desert are sublime, and everything inbetween is amazing as well. Service is also great, which is something that can be a bit lacking in the International Drive area. The golf part? SO much fun! You don't have to take it seriously... or you can! It really depends on your group, but it's easy enough that newbies can have a good time. The only bummer is how expensive the golf portion is - food is reasonable for the area and quality. I can't wait to come back!! read more

I took my family here yesterday for another go around and I must say the experience was night and day compared to the last time. First, we got a different seating arrangement which was an L-shaped couch area. That was perfect since my daughter was there in a stroller and eye level. The table top options are nice but not baby friendly for me. I was concerned with the weather being too cold to enjoy the experience, but Top Golf had it covered. Right on the bay area were heaters on the ceiling that made you feel comfortable and required less bundling up. You could play outside and feel toasty while you wait your turn. As for our server, her name was Mackenzie and she was phenomenal. She answered all our questions, was sweet and super attentive. You can tell she really wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The food was good and I did get the Mac & Cheese bites this time. Those were great!! It is a seasonal item and does sell out due to its popularity which I totally get now.
