My husband and I attended a company function here recently. It was our first time. Masks are still required walking in the hallways etc. Each area is separated from the next so you have your own space. I'm not a golfer but those in our group seemed to enjoy the experience. We had a wide variety of food since it was a catered style event. The food was what you would expect at this type of business. Everything tasted good but you aren't going to come here special for the food. My husband said his drink had a good amount of alcohol. They had some good choices of beer on tap. This place totally brings out my uncoordinated side. Saturday night was my second visit to Topgolf. My birthday was last month (January) and due to an unforeseen health issue, I wasn't able to plan a fun night out with my friends until just recently. If you don't know, when you subscribe to Topgolf e-mails, you'll get a $10 credit to use during your birthday month. SO, I had this credit I wanted to use, but the soonest I could get to the establishment would be February 2nd...just outside the month. I initially tried to inquire about using my credit as an exception (outside the stated month) using an online method via their website. I figured, why not ask, right? I did get a pretty fast automated response stating they received my message. Shortly after that, "Brittany" responded to my inquiry and said she would escalate this question to Topgolf Orlando and someone would be getting in touch with me. -no one reached out. Saturday morning I received an email asking how my experience was. Well, I had to tell them the truth- my issue/question was not addressed. I ended up calling Topgolf and after connecting with someone and asking my simple question, a manager came on the phone and said they would gladly let me use my credit! Awesome! They said they put my name down so when I arrived, there would be no issues. My family and friends met up with me at Topgolf Saturday night. I arrived first and checked in (we did not make reservations). I was able to reserve an "extended bay" which would fit 8 people. It was 3:45 pm at this point. The lady at the check-in quoted me a 30-45 minute wait. Alright- cool! Not bad for a Saturday afternoon. I asked her to check if my name was noted about my credit--she disregarded my question and just said my bay attendant would take care of it all. Okee dokee- no prob! 30 minutes went by, 40 minutes went by..an hour and 20 minutes rolled by. FINALLY, the text came stating that our bay was ready. YASS! We walk to our space and the party that was there...was...STILL there. We had to wait for the party to leave and for the table to be cleared of half eaten food. I forgot to add, while we were waiting for our bay, we grabbed a table by the bar. It was a large high-top table that seated all 8 of us. No one came and acknowledged our presence. After minutes passed, my friend's husband had to grab a waiter so we could place our order. In regards to the actual game play. It was tons of fun!!! The bay area was pretty clean and well-kept. The kids in our party got junior sized clubs for their use. As the sun set, it was fun to see the targets out on the course light up in vibrant colors. I suggest going at night for a cool experience. My friend ordered the Jumbo Pretzel Board. This was amazing- a perfect selection for a big group to share. It had genoa salami, jalapeno sausage, prsciutto, a selection of a couple cheese, apples, grapes, berries, nuts and two dipping options, a Dijon mustard and a cheese sauce. 10/10 At the end of our game play, the attendant came and asked if we'd like to extend our game. After declining, I reminded her about my 10 dollar credit. The checks game...and the credit was not applied, so she went back and FINALLY...the ten dollar discount appeared. Finally. I'm shocked that I ended up writing this mini novel, but my experience had to be shared. If it weren't for the frustrating moments of the day and the couple days leading up, this would easily be 5/5 stars. read more

Right across the parking lot from Andretti's is Topgolf, and I found myself there after spending time at Andretti's. Topgolf is fantastic if you are in need of an outdoor group activity but also want food and drinks. This Topgolf, being right on International Drive, is perpetually packed. But because we went in the early afternoon, we were able to get a bay on the bottom level. It might not be optimal for driving balls down the range, but perfect for practicing your chipping and short range game. The servers were all super attentive and kept our water glasses and drinks filled on a very hot summer day. Overall, fantastic time spent with friends here :) read more

Going to give it a 3.5 We had a work event and I had never been here before. It's a really large area where you swing golf balls into nets and there's an Angry Birds game where depending on where the ball hits you earn points. They initially put us on the 3rd floor but with my fear of heights, they graciously moved us to the 2nd floor. Still scary but a lot less fear of falling and killing myself. Yes, there is a small netting area right next to the green if you fall but let's be real.. a good trip or stumble and oops there you go. We ordered some appetizers: pretzels, cheesy mac bites, queso blanco and chips plus thr guacamole and chips. Did not try the pretzels but both dips and the cheesy macaroni bites rocked. As a meal I got their chicken sandwich with tater tots. The fried chicken came with two slices of bread and the sauce to dip it into. That was it. Very bland fried chicken but the sauce was decent. My boss ordered the veggie burger and it was accidentally mixed up with a regular burger one of the other guys got who took a bite and hated it. Service was good, event was fun. It was fun, there are a lot of clubs you can choose from to do your hits. there are targets on the field for you to aim at and get points to compete with your friends. Environment Pretty cool, it is a opened building with a lot of little rooms that that hit golf balls out into the field. Though some rooms may be better than some, it is pretty fun if you aren't a golfer like me. But if you are, you may have a preference as to the good spots. Went to Topgolf Orlando with 12 buddies. It was amazing. The service over the phone was stellar. Every person I spoke with to book my party was phenomenal. When we arrived at this giant facility a golf cart pulled up by the van to pick us up and take us to the door. They offer this cool pickup service. Once we got inside I was impressed with the décor and layout of the building. They have 3 different levels with many different bays for golfing. They also have a sweet check in system where they text message you once your lane is ready. The cost is decent. We paid about $45 for a lane. The cool thing about Topgolf is they let you split the cost up into separate checks SO it was literally around $6 bucks per guy and we played for an hour! On top of that they have a full-service bar with loads of sweet treats and foods to nibble on. The objective of the game is awesome. Fun place, food and drinks are good. I do wish you could stay at the bay longer if you get food as you use your paid for golfing time if you eat. They do have a restaurant part though, so you can go before or after. We did this for brunch but I will say it took a really long time to get our food, which limited our $30 hour time at the bay. Top golf is a great place for date night or a group of friends. The restaurant is pretty good for arcade food and I highly recommend their cocktails because they do a fantastic job masking the taste of alcohol. Games are paid per hour so you get the best bang for your buck when all players pay attention and don't hold the line up. Similar to bowling, you go in order. Unlike bowling, you may skip around so if your friend runs to the restroom you can continue hitting golf balls under your name! The staff was very attentive on drinks and refreshments as needed. 5 stars for an awesome experience for our midday date! We drove to Top Golf on a whim, as my fiance had never been, and I'd only visited the Las Vegas location. We were greeted while parking our car by a girl driving-you guessed it- a golf cart. She was super friendly and made small talk during the short ride. I gave her a tip based on that alone, and because it was crazy hot and she was driving all over. Once inside, you're immediately immersed in a Day club type atmosphere. Music pumping, pretty people everywhere, and children running around. Directly in front of the door is the golf merch. We're novices, so we kept walking. To the left, the bar. To the right, the check in area. The only con is the check in, I hate that you have to purchase a "membership". I get it, it's supposed to feel like an exclusive golf club, but as someone who doesn't really play, I probably won't be back as I'm barely a golf enthusiast. But I digress, we signed up for accounts & were asked if the first available area would work. I replied yes, and we were directed downstairs. Now, having been to top golf before, the best experience is from one of the upper levels, so I requested to be moved up. We were immediately moved to level 3, which I knew Shawn would get a kick out of. Once your area is available, you receive a text that you must respond to, then you have about 5 minutes to get to your bay. If you've never been to Top Golf, this can be a bit confusing and anxiety inducing as you weave your way through the crowds to your bay. Once there, we were greeted by 2 folks, one to set up the area, one to explain the game. Once that was figured out, we ordered steak nachos from the menu & 2 waters. The nachos were A-1, the smear of sour cream was a little depressing lol. We played 2 games of golf, 20 balls a piece, and of course I lost. Bill came out to about $70 including tip. I heard mixed reviews but It would be something different, fun, with good food and drinks. I heard they play good music (that's wasn't the case but we will get to that later) Since it was a Saturday night, I paid $50 to reserve a spot and "Skip The Line" bc I didn't want to take the chance and have to wait 2 hours on my bday. The reservation process was easy and done online. I recommend doing it the day it opens up bc the time slots go quickly. They open them up 7 days in advance. Day of was smooth sailing, they texted me a reminder and close to the time of the reservation I was text another update which asked if I was on time or needed more time. We were running late so I requested more time. A few minutes before that time the system texted me the bay number. I made my way up to the bay but they had changed the name on my bay but I was there before the other party so I insisted on keeping that bay bc I didn't like the new bay location. The hostess called the manager who made it happen! Cool! They go through your safety instructions and u determine how much time you spend there. $50/hr. We had fun but it started raining but the way it's setup we didn't get wet but it affected the balls when we hit them. We ordered the golf bag but for the price and size it was really just juice. We ordered a few other drinks but a lot the same. We ordered nachos,pizza, quesadillas, & wings. All of it was good except my friend didn't like her burger it was burnt. Pros: Fun, Different, Good Vibes, Good Food, Potentially Good Drinks, and the Two Waitresses (Knotty & Chastity) that was just passing by my table to get their tables but provided Awesome customer service and made my bday celebration fun and memorable!! Cons: We spent well over $300 for 2.5 hours so I feel like I should have left feeling like I had a 5 Star Experience! I've been to a few Topgolfs but this one in particular was super high energy - maybe because it was Orlando? Came here for a work event with my team and we had the last two sections with a nice buffet and drink tickets. The appetizers we added were really solid and I was pleasantly surprised. This is a fun spot whether you've ever held a golf club or not. Three floors of driving bays are set up sort of like a bowling alley, and you can just hit balls, or aim for the giant lighted holes while playing a variety of games. The food and drink are quite good. In addition to small plates, they catered an entire dinner buffet for our office group, and everyone really liked it. There are also several bars if you just want to sit and relax and enjoy a game on TV, or watch people hitting balls out onto the field. read more

This was so much fun! I love the concept - You rent a lane, drive chipped balls as far as you can into specified targets, and compete with your friends. We were fortunate to be on he 3rd level as the higher you are, the better. I'd only give 3.5 stars if I could but I'll round up. I'm withholding a star because these folks are price gaugers! It's $10-50 to reserve a lane online (depends on the day/time you want ), it's either $40 or $50 an hour for the lane once you get there (again depends on the time of day) and then each person has to buy a $5 membership card (which gives you nothing other than allowing you in the door). That is insane. The food we had was mediocre. I'd heard t was all good but we were all disappointed. The pretzel bites were hard, the boneless wings came out ice cold, the grilled wings were rubbery, and the celery/carrots were old and bendy. The drinks were good though. Im sure I'll be back because it was super fun, but my visits will be few and far between due to the price. read more

A friend told me I should go to Topgolf-Orlando and so glad we did today. As a family we had a blast. Plus the food was excellent too. I would definitely recommend it. Andy T. our server was outstanding and being first timers was super patience explaining everything. The only issue that you should be aware of is the cost. It cost us $40 per hour for the use of the golfing bay in the afternoon. It cost $30 before 12p & $50 from 5p to close. Plus every golfer has to pay a $5 membership fee. Total cost for the 3 of us was $137.00..... plus a tip.... $157. That included 2 beers for me and 2 margaritas for my wife. In terms of the food; My Sunrise Burger was really tasty. My son's Brisket Grill Cheese was outstanding and my wife loved truly enjoyed her Avacado Turkey wrap. I'd go back.... wish it was available in New England. read more

An absolute blast! Whether you're a pro or a rookie, Topgolf is such a fun time and excellent for groups. Five of us went to Topgolf Saturday night and were really worried that we would be so cold. They have large heaters over the seats AND at the tee. Perfect for the winter time! The beers were reasonably priced ($6 of orange blossom Pilsner -- a local favorite -- on draught). An hour at night is $50 and an hour and a half is $75. I highly recommend that you make reservations for a bay. A bay fits up to 6 people. You'll have to purchase a membership ($5) and don't lose the card!! We ordered about four appetizers from our bay -- which is awesome because there's never a need to leave. We had the beer queso, Topgolf wings, chili and chips, and pretzels bites. The appetizers are okay but it's an attraction so keep that in mind. I had such a great time! It's similar to bowling, each person goes up, one swing at a time. I may have lost but I enjoyed doing it :) I'm already looking forward to it return trip. read more

I was not expecting this to be so fun! We went here on a Work retreat with a group of 15. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and told to check in to start. The attendants were quick to sign us up for our lifetime memberships ($5) and helpful in letting us know how everything worked. We had a few who decided not to play but wanted to watch and the set up is perfect for that since there are high-top tables and chairs for the spectators. Our waitress brought out waters for everyone, even those not playing. We had just eaten a big lunch so we did not order any food, but after reading reviews I would love to try some of their menu options! As soon as we were set up, we began our hour long session! There are all types of clubs to choose from (men's and women's) as well as left handers. You can go in any order once your names are plugged in and hit as many balls as you'd like which is so nice if someone runs to the restroom or is ordering food or drinks. The hour went by pretty quickly so I would definitely recommend doing more than one if you have a larger group! I am most definitely going to come back to Topgolf and I would recommend you try it out too! read more

Having been to this Orlando location and previously the Tampa location. It seems you'll get a similar experience at any location. For anyone that doesn't know what Topgolf is, it's an indoor/outdoor golf slash hip hang out spot with bar and restaurant style food. For golfing you choose a game and you have to get it in colored goals on the field. The only way to golf is to show up on a day and wait in line to put your name down. If you go on a Friday - Sunday it's hit or miss if it'll take you 30 min to get a spot or 4+ hours. I've been on the receiving end of both of those times. If you don't have a card already it's 5$ to get a golfing card. Then you pay per hour and prices vary by what time you're in. The later the more expensive. My issue with this place is that after having an appetizer and a round of golf I've never spent under 40$ at this establishment. :-( I'm all for doing a once in a while fun event here but I wouldn't come too often only because you end up spending a million bucks. Would highly recommend for an event for a group of people. Really fun and entertaining. I believe they have group pricing. If you haven't gone, you must check this place out. I've always wanted to try Topgolf for some time after hearing some fairly good reviews from people. I decided to take some European friends visiting Florida for a pleasant evening to hit some balls. Without my knowledge, my friends went onto the website and booked ahead to make sure we'd have a bay when we got there. Setup was easy enough. But the $25 non refundable fee to rent a bay in NON busy times seemed like a "gotcha" type fee you encounter at simply TOO MANY businesses. Admittedly, my friends were a bit careless not to read the fine print, to know that it wasn't money applied to the bill, but solely a fee to get on a priority list for an available bay. Maybe a smart system should be in place to show the availability on the same screen so customers can judge for themselves if it makes any sense to pay $25 just to get there and find numerous open bays at an uncrowded Topgolf. It's not about the money, but it certainly left a bitter taste in the mouths of my friends we felt it to be a bit unethical. Their analogy was perfect; it felt like getting told by promoters outside of a night club that the venue is packed with people, then paying a cover fee, only to enter to find a sparsely filled club. read more

I have to say, they gave us a royal experience to golfing, especially for your 21st. The host and staff was very sweet to us in celebrating my 21st with ice cream. If you do want to try the specialty drinks, go for the citrus cabana golfbag for $16 (you get to keep the cute little souvenir) Getting a bay is more expensive at night since the experience is better at night but I think it's worth it.especially if you get a bay on the third floor. Each person would also need to pay $5 for a membership card unless they've got themselves one before so the tap definitely adds up! But you could always share a membership card if you're not competitive and won't be coming back. One thing I recommend and highly advise: check your credit card statement afterwards,especially if you tip on there. My card was overcharged due to the host misreading how much I wanted to tip him so he tipped himself an extra $10 even though I wrote the correct amount after tip in the total slot. I had a few hours in Orlando between when disembarking from my cruise ship till my flight home so decided to try TopGolf with my family. Overall it was great. Very efficiently run and nice polite people. Service was good too. Food and drink lives were a little high but the food was pretty tasty. Had a bunch of sliders. Can't give it a five star because they put us on the far right side which kind of sucks, especially if you're not a good golfer. There were a lot of open bays in the middle. Should've asked to move but by the time I really thought about it, it wasn't worth it. Anyway, I'd do it again. read more

First time visiting any Topgolf location and had a great time. Bowling meets golf driving range. Friendly staff, easy to navigate the app and painless to order extra time and beverages. Restaurant food was decent quality and again great service. Would go again. read more

I have to say that I have been continually impressed with this facility. While it may not be as grand as the one in Vegas, it is nonetheless the best sporting entertainment venue in central Florida. The staff were courteous, helpful, and very engaging. And the food was so much better than I thought it could be at a place like this. My only complaint would be that the men's room was a bit of a mess. The spicy steak flatbread was so good that I had to share, and the fish tacos were the best I've had in Orlando. You just don't expect this quality of food from a sporting venue, but I won't underestimate them again. It is a fun and stylish atmosphere with a great bar scene and plenty to do. read more
