Loved top golf. My new favorite place to hang out in a group. I've always wanted to play golf and this game lets you easily feel like you know what oh are doing. Top golf has a great atmosphere and delicious food!!! The drinks are also very good. This place is excellent with a group of friends. You get your own bay for up to 6 people and each bay had a TV in which you can pick the channel. The waiter is always checking up on you and keeping the drinks flowing. I was surprised at how good the buffalo chicken sliders were. Prices are affordable as well. read more

So this place is pretty sweet, I remember taking a few swings when I was in Texas and really enjoyed this. They are great for groups of people. Their bucket beers are pretty pricey (I know it's a touristy place) but the bartender made it seem like it was a sweet deal lol, sue me I'm a sucker for beer. I need to preface this review with I have never played golf in my life but I LOVED top golf! It was such an awesome experience. It did have quite a long wait for the lane but while we waited we stayed in the restaurant area and I have to admit the service was great our waitress would be super on top of everything and did not disappoint in the slightest bit. Not to mention it's pretty reasonably priced. When we got to our lane they explained everything really well so it made learning to play easy. Now I didn't do great because, like I mentioned, I have never played golf. But don't let this discourage you from going because it was an awesome experience with great service! The service at this place was abysmal. The food was overpriced, tasted meh and came in tiny portions. Our waitress (Karly) barely paid us any attention seeming to be more preoccupied with flirting with all the boys then doing her actual job. She also mentioned that there had been a covid outbreak among her coworkers but didn't understand why they were given so much time off because she didn't believe the virus was real and had no plans of getting the vaccine (are you kidding me?!). I am allll for this place! Next time though I will deff be making a reservation at-least a week ahead of time. The wait was set for an hour we waited less then 30 but had to extend the wait time due to our entire party not being there just yet. We took advantage of the bar area we had this amazing sangria... pulled pork sliders with fries and a chicken sandwich with Tater tots that was delicious! They have three floors which all have bars and seating areas along with it. It's 50$ after 5 pm a bay which you can fit up to 6 people so it really isn't expensive if you think about it. The pitchers of beer and sangria make the prices worth it as well. They have music playing at the perfect volume because you can still hear each other talk and have conversation with your group. The server always came around to make sure we didn't need anything and our area was always very clean. Youngest in our group was 22 and the oldest 52 and we all had the same amount of fun! read more

So if you have not done the Top golf experience yet, you are missing out on some definite fun! You will have to enjoy golf at least a little bit to enjoy this experience. Think of it as an interactive driving range where you can drink, eat and enjoy time with family, friends, colleagues, or anyone! Nonetheless, you should be able to have the same fun experience at any top golf location which is why I only rate it 3 stars. You sign up and receive a membership card which cost about 5 dollars. Each game to play cost about 10.00 a piece. Food (with a burger and wings) came out to about 20.00+ and we ordered a pitcher of a really good beer which I cannot remember the name now, and that came out to about 28 dollars (four people had full glasses from one pitcher). You can play different golf games and watch your score on the board as well watch how far your ball goes in the colorful goals. Good music, laid back atmosphere. Generally if you go at night you may want to make a reservation because it can get packed quickly. read more

The atmosphere & idea in general was great, however, food was not seasoned. I got a chicken Cobb & I honestly could have made a better one at home. My boyfriend got the big rib and waited towards the end of his meal for a steak knife. It's really just common sense. I don't know if they just didn't care because they were closing, but service was very mediocre. She didn't explain any specials or anything about the menu like a regular restaurant would. We purchased the VIP experience for Topgolf. We had a great time, however never received our complimentary photo. Seemed pretty disorganized with a waiter in training. We received our appetizer pretty quick which was the pretzel board, it was very good. Then the waiters never came back for drink refills. $150 for 2 hours, we loved the golfing. The golf aspect of top golf was nice. However, the service was TERRIBLE. I had to ask 3 times for our table to be cleaned off. Then we waited 30 minutes just for a server to acknowledge my family. Once we finally placed our order, during the transition of moving from our table to the golfing area, they lost our food. So then we had to wait 90 minutes to get our food. So fun, Hector was our bay server and he was super helpful! We played for 2 hours and enjoyed the create your own mimosas and the nachos. A friend of mine said she went and even with a reservation she had to wait several hours for a bay so we were nervous but we were able to get a bay 20 minutes before our reservation! First of all Cart Driver, Paul, is hands down the best guy i've ever met. He deserves a raise at the minimum. He is super respectful and helped us when needed. On the other hand, our food service was awful. Ordered 2 Cokes and they brought back 1 water. Reminded waiter multiple times and she didn't do anything. Excellent burgers and of course a driving range..balls are chipped and show ball speed, height, trajectory and distance..in house clubs suck and ball seems to not really compress..probably made that way..overall cool ass place and worth the headache of i drive area.. read more

Apparently our money was not good enough for this establishment. We were celebrating a bachelor party and we had been at Andretti raceway which was beyond fun. Then we decided to stop by Top Golf only to be completely let down. Natalie our bartender was the only reason there's a star on this review she made sure to take care of our entire group. After enjoying ourselves for sometime we were all of a sudden cut of from every bar. Then the manager if you would call him that this obviously was his first Management position in his life judging by the lack of customer service Bryan, called at least 6 other guys, that worked at Top Golf to huddle around us. They continued to do so for at least 30 minutes. Not only did we feel disrespected but completely discriminated against. I work in the industry and I never received this level of service. I will not ever go back to this location nor will I recommend to any of my guests. The only reason we could be given to be treated this way was by the staff not even the manager is that they are worried about us driving after drinking when we had explained to them we had a driver and/or uber to take us all home. Please beware of ever going to this location might be worth driving to Tampa just to avoid the lack of customer service. read more

We had a larger party(12) and we were in the downstairs VIP section. Our server came out got us our drinks, I ordered a Cherry Coke but when it was brought out it tasted odd almost like it had some sort of mixer in it, so I asked for Coke Zero instead which was perfect. The server brought out our drinks but after that she came back and seemed rushed and annoyed, asked us if we were ready to order and we asked for a few more minutes but ordered appetizers and we didn't see her for around 35 more minutes. She came back asked us what we would like to order and we gave her our orders she left and we didn't seen her again for over and hour and a half ( she had runners and other servers bringing out our food). The food was delicious. I ordered a Salad not sure the name of it but it had candied pecans and goats cheese. I went to the bathrooms which were very clean and saw our waitress hanging out dancing with some other staff in a party room, she never filled our drinks at all the rest of the night. Overall I would go back but for the experience but the service itself is not good, hoping next time I go it will be better. read more

After being to a few other top golf locations I am extremely disappointed in top golf Orlando. We sat at the second story bar and received horrible service. The bar was not packed but the bar tenders we not attentive whatsoever. One bartender named "rockstar" forgot our food order and we had to ask another bar tender to check on it. He then preceded to lie and say the food just came out, which was clearly not the case as it was ice cold. I would think an order of chips and guacamole along with three sliders would be a pretty simple task. It seems as though the Orlando location just hired a bunch of ex frat bros who rather hit on the wait staff than provide decent service. Overall this horrible experience will likely be our last at any top golf. read more

Yesterday I visited top golf. My Brand new car was keyed in the front row of their parking lot. They had cameras everywhere but refused to look at them and told me I'd have to go through the police and my insurance and that it was my problem. This was after I spent hours at their business, not to mention hundreds of dollars. They offered me nothing but a half-assed "I'm sorry this happened to you." Before this, the bar tender tried tacking on a few extra beers to my bill and hoped I didn't notice. Also the system that tracks the game didn't work the entire time we played. This was a terrible experience. At most businesses people calling in to see how busy they are and we tried to call him but kept getting a recording so they made us make a reservation online which costs additional money from there I asked management questions about using the credit and they gave me snide responses. This location is TERRIBLE compared to the other locations the management team is the worst. The servers were the best part of the experience. Okay let me start by saying the food was good and priced well. Their queso dip is probably some of the best I have had. The atmosphere was fun and their playlist featured great pop/rock hits from the last few decades. The golfing is fun for people who golf and for those that haven't gotten their rounds in ever. BUT DO NOT BRING A LARGE GROUP. THEY WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE. We brought 8 people and told the hosts at check in we wanted 2 side by side bays. We were willing to wait-as you must do for any size party 1+hour. When they escorted our party of 8 go our bays they we 11 bays apart. Which means you can't spend time with the people you intended on spending time with. Qhen asked if we could move to the other 2 side by side that seemes available it was a hard no. Then not only did both bays on either side of us open up (and we asked to be moved) our other party 11 bays aways had 1 bay open up to the side of them. That's 3 full times where someone could have accommodated us. 3 times "managers" were sent over yo apologize but their highly advanced computer program wouldn't let them reassign bays. Are you kidding me ? There was no override button? We honestly would have spent triple the amount of money we did if this could have been remedied. Ridiculous. read more

Good times! Went on Memorial Day at 6 pm and was able to get bay right away. There was a bit of an overcast so it wasn't that hot outside. The fans in the seating areas do a good job of cooling things off so your not hot while trying to relax but not sure how it would have played out during midday hours in 90 degree weather. With that in mind I would go closer to the evening or early in the day and dress appropriately. The golf was fun we played for a long time and could have kept going. The food was good but drinks were better. The whole experience is kind of expensive but I don't mind because it draws a more mature crowd. You can go with a date or a group of 6. They do charge higher rates during peak times so going in a group to break up the price is a good idea. read more

This is probably by far the worst experience I've ever had. I spent my last 15 dollars on Budweiser alcohol, and now I have nothing to feed my child. I was passed on from server to server so I didn't know who to tip.. what's up with that? The staff was very unorganized and told us that we had to alert them when our game was ready.. How do we know when our game is ready??? And then the group of children golfing next to us were very unruly. Okay, so I think I may have a problem....I have been to this location roughly 8-10 times so far since its opening. I play a lot of golf and wasn't sure what to expect....and it was amazing. It brought back memories from playing driving range games on the computer and on the actual driving range. Everyone has a blast here wither they have played golf or not! The real secret to this place is the food and the service. I have not had one bad thing on the menu and the chicken quesadilla is phenomenal! (Try this first ).
