Great place to go with friends. Fun place to golf. Service wasn't the best, but had great food!

Planned a fun outing for me and my gals. Walked in and placed an order for a booth. Waited an hour just them to CANCEL IT?! Unbelievable. They also kicked us out because we "looked young" yet I am well over 18. Will not return. read more

My husband and I went in to have some lunch on a weekend. We sat in the dining area and waited 30 minutes to be waited on and no one ever came. There were plenty of people working either walking around or behind the bar who saw us but nothing. When we got up to leave we saw a woman who appeared to maybe be a manager and explained the situation. She said, "Oh yeah, sorry we aren't serving food in the dining room right now only walk up bar service." And she really didn't seem to care we were leaving and that they lost our business. There were no signs, and food menus were still on the table. Highly disappointed! I'd put zero stars if I could. I get that businesses are short staffed but most if not all of the businesses I've been to the past few months have signs on their door asking for patron patience upon entry. Top Golf just needs to be upfront about that and people would understand. A sign on the door, tables or menus would go a long way or maybe go up to someone you see sitting there for 20 minutes and ask if they know. Believe it or not, people do come to Top Golf for a meal and not always for golf. read more

Don't plan an event here! Planned two weeks in advance and got bottom bays? Seems like a lot of money to give as a down payment to pay on the bottom level. Talked to people that were on the top level and they did not come in till day of seems kind of crappy if you ask me. Last time going here for sure. read more

The booking process is terrible, if you have more than 5 friends it is nearly impossible to play in bays next to each other. No employees seemed to care enough to even try to put her two bays next to each other. We ended up just using one bay, which meant two people couldn't play. I noticed plenty of open bays, including the two directly to the left and right of us. We were there for 2 hours and one of those bays never got used. Long story short, make sure you have less than 5 friends or skip this place. read more

There are no napkins in sight. None are brought out with any food items or afterwards. The only thing to wipe your hands off with are DUDE wipes. Only 2 per table which made it even more of an issue due to a group scenario. Thinking about it more I can't imagine how dirty the SHAFTS of the clubs get. Had fun tho... read more

We had the best time at this Yelp event this evening! The food was amazing ( Nashville chicken and Mac n Cheese personal favorites). What is not to like?...outdoor patio, great DJ, great people, best cocktails and best staff "Aimee" and of course the game (which is so much fun)! Ya all need to get out there!! read more

After waiting 30 minutes for someone to serve us we left. There were several workers standing around and clearly saw us sit at the table. We sat patiently, and when staff left the area without waiting on us, we went to the bar. After staffing at the bar for 10 minutes, we left. I understand they were busy but there were multiple staff talking and standing around. read more

Went there last night with a group of 6. Not a great experience at all. A friend of ours had to ask for about 6 different drinks because the waiter told us the bar was out of strawberry purée, ginger beer, SODA (because the c02 tank was out)! The waiter was getting frustrated with us when we were taking a while to decide what to drink. Obviously we were taking a while! You can't make anything on your menu! This particular waiter needs some training on customer service. Disappointed in this visit. read more

Just went to Topgolf in Omaha, and had a fun time as usual. The wait wasn't too long, and the new menu items were a hit with my party. But the best part of the whole experience was our server, Claire. She was very attentive and had the best attitude even though it was feeezing! She was a trooper with our high maintenance group. Definitely recommend, and will be coming again and requesting claire! read more

Great experience. I've been to a few top golfs but you can tell this a new location. Service could be a bit better. I was left with an empty glass for at least 20 minutes at times and only 5 bays being used in the lower lever. Besides this it was a awesome experience and would definitely recommend. read more

First time there. It was COLD. Heat lamps were worthless. Waste of money. Stay away in the winter.

Had a great time golfing man serving us was a sweet heart manger came and said all of our "ids were fake" and kicked us out she was extremely rude and yelling at us to leave. I've grown up all my life at the adress she quote "said was fake" it was one of our few days off of school and we just wanted to have a good time with our friends as students it's not often that we get days off. This was extremely disrespectful and rude on the mangers part. read more

We had a ton of family fun golfing! As far as entertainment goes this is such a fun place. However, the staff seemed rushed like they didn't have time for us even though there were tons just standing around talking to their coworkers. Customers just didn't seem to be a priority. It took us 25 minutes to finally flag down our waiter to get to order drinks and food :( which left us hardly anytime to eat it. While that was all wildly inconvenient, my biggest issue was the fact that they set a whole bucket of beers at our table when we weren't looking and then walked off....beers we didn't order. They sat there for atleast 20 minutes opens before they realized that wasn't suppose to go to us, picked the bucket back up and dropped it off a few bays down That really surprised me given the extra safety precautions that are suppose to be being implemented due to Covid. They had no idea what happened to those beers in the 20 minutes unattended. We could have easily touched them, drank out of them, stuck something in one of them. Just super weird and I can say I would not have been happy had those been my beers. (The table who they did belong to never knew what happened but still it's the integrity of it.) lastly I was a little frustrated that I asked several times in our reservation to have kids clubs at our bay and they weren't there and then they took 10 minutes to get. Just a little frustrating that my daughter couldn't participate during that time given how much it costs per a minute!!! Being so new and opening during such a strange time I think you guys just need to continue to coach up the team and teach better customer service. read more

served my meal to the wrong table. there were only 2 tables in the dining room. how did they mix up a 2 person table and a 6 person table. said 'unfortunately the food went to a different table'. barely an apology and no discount/comp. waitstaff didn't check up on us while waiting extra time for our 'misplaced' food or after we finally received it. read more

TERIBLE TIME!!! It was my birthday and we made reservations and when we walked in they told us it was a 45 minute wait! I never received a text and when i walked up to ask they told us that we were not of age?! RIDICULOUS! I haven't been carded in years, just to go golfing with some old pals! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!! read more

First time at Topgolf omaha, didn't have a reservation, decided to do a walk on. Nick was there to welcome me, check me in, get me into the system. He made sure all of my questions were answered before I went to my bay. My son and I were even able to go on the second floor! Woohoo! He even was there when I was leaving. Games and service in my bay were not the best, but Nicks hospitality and genuine interest in my experience will bring me back! read more

My party of 12 had so much fun!! Our hostess, Ellie, was attentive and helpful whenever we had questions, and our two Pick 6 Bundles were hot, tasty and more than ample. A perfect and safe place for my family to gather!! read more

Food was lack luster. Prices are jacked and the software they use is about 5 years older than it should be. Fun if you are drunk otherwise the prices will keep you away read more
