This extremely misleading, there are very few times that there are 1 hour time slots available which forces you to do 90-120 min slots and then pay for the additional time. You also have to book through the app and can't specifically even search for 1 hour slots.. I called and complained and they said no problem we can book you for 2 hours and you just pay the difference.. great I thought the whole point of this was to be able to playmore which to me means I can stop by with my kids grab an app and play an hour.. I give this experience 2/5 only because I like playing.. playmore membership 0/5! Do not recommend!!! read more

The person at the desk helped someone who pushed her way to the front and then proceeded to tell her and us that it would be at least an hour wait. So we left. Food is actually so good here, always have to get something while have a great time with friends. The games can be really fun and you can really customize the experience you have whether playing a simulated course or just and outright game. I really enjoy going to TopGolf, but only if I'm not paying I love being waited on in the bay rather than having to go to a snack bar and the food and drink options are great. The Mac and cheese bites are my fave and I also love the nachos with steak. Heaters in the winter are super nice and there's tons of seating at each bay. The music is fun and sing-along-able but my mom and gma said it's too loud. The servers are always great and the games are cool (my fave is angry birds). The big downside is cost. Also, with how popular the place is, I've been 4 times and only got to be upstairs once. Upstairs is more fun for a bad golfer like me. Makes the ball look like it goes farther lol read more

We have lived near the Omaha Top Golf forever, but just were never able to make it there and check it out. We finally made it out there recently for my husband's birthday and it made us sorry we waited so long! You can book a bay for up to eight people (six players max, plus up to two "spectators"). There are a few games you can play, but we stuck with the points competition of trying to hit your ball into the big buckets on the field that had different point values. Our group went in January when it was actively snowing little flakes and super cold. But we were toasty warm with the provided heaters at each bay, so this is definitely a year-round activity you can enjoy. If you're worried about not being "good" at golf, you don't need to worry about that. It's all in fun and you're just whacking the ball as hard as you can (with a little bit of aim, if you are competitive and want to "win" LOL) Will you most likely be better at this if you do golf in your everyday life? Probably, but it's not necessary. Aside from the golf, we wanted to come here because we heard the food was surprisingly good - and it was! We started with a few apps: -Nachos: These were GIGANTIC chips (about five) that were covered in the toppings, so you could pick each up and eat it in a few bites. They were almost nacho "sandwiches" and way less messy than a big mess of chips on a plate. We got the steak nachos and the protein was super well cooked and seasoned, making it all a supremely tasty bite. -Mac and Cheese Bites: They were super cheesy and ooey gooey delicious. They came with two dipping sauces: a tomato sauce and ranch. The tomato sauce was SO good with the crispy cheesy bites because it was almost like a little mini grilled cheese with tomato soup. Yum! -Pretzel Bites: Little pretzel knots that were perfectly warmed - these came with two dippings too: a creamy horseradish dijon mustard and a delightful cheese sauce. The cheese was delicious, but it was the mustard that was out of this world. Not too tangy, like you think when you hear mustard, just a nice semi-sweet mustardy goodness that paired with the pretzels so well. We had more desserts than normal food, because it was a birthday party so we're allowed: -Skillet Brownie: A super gooey and piping hot brownie in a little skillet keeping it warm, with powdered sugar on top. We obviously had to also have it topped with ice cream too, which made a wonderful mix of cold, having vanilla ice cream and warm soft brownie in each bite. -S'mores Skillet Cookie: Also served in a skillet to keep it warm, this was a giant chocolate chip cookie topped with s'mores ingredients of marshmallows, melted chocolate, and a few graham crackers on top to finish it off. The cookie was almost melted, in the best way - if you ever eat raw cookie dough, it's that but warmed up and covered in hot chocolate. -Injectable Donut Holes: We got these out of morbid curiosity, and they were excellent! A little tray comes with two cups of warm little donut holes, and three "syringes" of chocolate, Bavarian cream, and strawberry for injecting into the middle of each donut hole. It was delicious as a dessert and also as a hilarious little activity you can do with your party. I definitely recommend checking out Top Golf if you've been putting it off like I was. This isn't a "cheap" activity by any means, if you're golfing and also getting a lot of food and drinks. But the old adage is true that "you get what you pay for" but in the positive light, in this case! read more

Last night we went to TopGolf for my daughter's 22nd birthday. TG has been our go-to celebration spot for a couple years as our kids are now all late teens or early 20s. We got there about ten minutes before our reservation time (reservations are not required but helpful) so we had a few minutes to sit in the bar/waiting area near the entrance. Within minutes, we were guided to our bay for the evening. Each golf bay accommodates up to 8 people. This time, we had a high top table and chairs. On other visits, we have had couches with a low table and then a bar counter behind that for additional space. Our server took our drink order and let us know that Thursday nights were half-off drink night. One of our daughters had been on Tuesday of this week as well, because Tuesday is half-off golf day. A bay reservation lasts two hours. With 5 people, we got through two games of golf in the 2 hours. Our server took our drink order right away, a mix of beers, pop, iced tea, and a mixed drink. It all came promptly, and she was back to take our food order. We got a variety of appetizers for the group, and my son ordered a cheeseburger as well. Our go-to appetizers are pretzel bites, Buffalo chicken dip, and boneless wings in a variety of sauces. We got them all again this time, and everything was delicious. If you want something fun to do even if you're not into golf, this is definitely a place to go. I will say make sure you've got your wallet ready because to me it's pricey for the food, drinks, and gameplay, but still fun. On a sidenote, if you go during the weekday, it's a little cheaper which we usually try to take advantageadvantage. Both times we've had very good service, food has always tasted good, and we pack in at least two if not, three games as quickly as possible to take advantage of the pricing. I've been twice now and both times I've had a good experience. First time we went with some friends, played games, drank beer, and ordered the dip trio. Love this place and the vibe it has! Always a good time golfing no matter what the weather is like as they have all the necessary accommodations in place. The service is always great, and the servers seem to be having a good time! The food is pretty good, a bit pricy for what you get sometimes (I was expecting a big plate of nachos for $14), but overall the flavors are always there. You MUST get the fried Mac n cheese if it's all you buy--SO good with the tomato dipping sauce! The pretzel bites and injectable donut holes are great as well. There are two floors to drive from. We've taken what we're given each time. Not sure if one can specify, though it seems doable. The staff is professional and friendly. The manager has come by to greet us lately. nice touch. Theyre helpful too. Needed a bandaid for some blistering, and they provided it promptly. I'd never been to a place like this before and really had a good time. My boys' baseball team came to play after a game and they all had so much fun! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating for our large group. The place was very clean, including the bathrooms, which is saying something for a place that handles this many people. It's a two story complex and there are clubs for anyone of any size. Have been a top golf fan for a while. I was in Omaha visiting my parents and so thought it would be a fun outing to do. My family had never been to top golf and they thought it was only for a professional golfers so they were quite surprised when it was really easy task for young kids and even my elderly parents. My parents enjoyed that we had our own space, a television for my dad to watch sports and was able to order delicious bites. I was also thrilled that this location had heaters and individual spots so even in winter this is a good time. What I like about this location is that it's easy to reach off of 680 interstate. I also enjoy our server she was really nice and accommodable to my young niece who got her own set of junior clubs. The food is good but pricey and you don't get a lot so be mindful of that I would recommend not coming hungry. For food we got nachos, chicken strips, macaroni cheese balls and they were all really good. The nachos were really small and we ordered 2 of them. I will say we were trying to feed a hungry teenage boy and that's never an easy task. We ordered pitchers of Blue Moon beer which were 22 bucks, so also be mindful that it does cost a little bit more than your normally used to buying pitcher's Omaha. Tip come on Tuesdays for half price golfing. read more

UPDATE: Amanda (the onsite manager) was extremely apologetic about the service I received when I called. Turns out calls go to a call center and there is no connection to the local site. She applied my deposit to our game play. We didn't make a reservation (fear of losing more money) so we did wait a LONG time, but our family had fun and were able to celebrate being together. PREVIOUS REVIEW (still stands): The reservation policy is absolutely ridiculous. I made a reservation less than 24 hours ago and made an error. I called to make the change and wanted to charge me $31.95 because it was a "day of" change (I called immediately when they opened and the reservation was in the evening). This is worse customer service than an airline! I'm so disappointed. (@Hugh D there's not an option to PM you...I simply just wanted my funds to be transferred to an updated reservation the following day (today, actually). I called because it mentioned on the website that modifying a reservation is a "limitation of your system and you're working on it" so I thought a live person could help me. She was unapologetically immovable on the policy, despite the fact that I was still going to be coming in with my family and with more money but I guess making a customer happy by accommodating for a system issue was was not as important as the policy.) read more

I came in last night for my birthday, and it overall was a nice experience. When I looked on line there were no available spots, but upon taking a chance on walk-ins, we got a bay immediately. We opted for a just an hour and the bay attendant was really informative setting up our names ad explaining the game. We ordered food a little bit into the hour and unfortunately it came as our hour was up, and we were told we have to move to first floor to eat, which was kind of awkward. I would not recommend ordering meals if youre only doing an hour. Otherwise, it was fun and clean and the service was good. read more

When we got there they didn't escort us to the bay, they made us go find where it was at ourselves. That wasn't a big deal but in the past we've always been escorted and it's a nice added touch. Our server was okay but not great. Topgolf itself is always a really fun time as far as the golfing goes! And don't worry about going when it's cold outside, the areas are heated including the couches! It was very comfortable. I had a burger with cheddar cheese, tots for the side, and a strawberry cider. The burger was actually phenomenal! It had the perfect char to it and whatever sauce they put on it was a subtle but great addition. It was definitely a party vibe the minute you walk in. The music is loud but you are able to still hear your group. We had a second floor deck reserved. The table and chairs at the deck were decent, nothing too special. Our waitress greeted us and took our drink order. She pointed to the QR code and told us this is the menu and she'd be back to take our food order. We didn't actually order until much later but we did get the donut holes with chocolate sauce syringes. They were a bit overcooked but still good. Our drink service was decent, slightly slow as we did have to wait for drinks to be ordered for subsequent rounds. The golfing had a bunch of different options to choose from. Top Golf is so fun. I'm not a golfer by any means, but I love shmackin' some balls. I went this past Friday as my team from work had their yearly outing there. As with anything, there's rules and restrictions with regard to their Summer Pass. A first, it seems like a good deal - until you use it. You can only use it during certain hours of the day. If they're all filled up, you may get put on a waiting list - past the time the Summer Pass applies. You can't just give it to a family member to use - you have to be there. If your teens are going you have to be there the whole time. Can't be used during the same hours in the weekend (only in the morning). Caveat emptor. read more

This was my first time back to a Topgolf in about 4 years and wow it's gotten expensive. You can plan to spend $150 or more for 2 hours with 1-6 people. If you don't have a membership, it is a $5 charge per person. The buffalo dip appetizer was very good. Our service was a little slower than I would've liked even for a Friday night. The experience was a lot of fun and there are so many games to choose from including an Angry Birds option. (Perfect for kids). It was, unfortunately, a not-so-great experience. I have been to many Top Golf locations, including the Omaha many times. The experience was not great at all. We had gone, last Sunday, and did a 90-minute session of golf. Our server, which unfortunately I don't know her name, was very sweet. We had ordered two appetizers and a flat bread. Time went on and no food was served to us. I had asked a couple of times, but no food was served. When we were down to 20 minutes left of golfing I had asked again to our server on when this food is coming out because I did not want to get the food with just a few minutes left of golfing. The manager then came out and served the food. She was extremely unfriendly and just didn't care about us at all. She basically told us you can take the food or I'm just going to throw it away. It was really bad service from her. The food was subpar to say the least. I will not bore anyone with more details but will say that she was just hanging around goofing with employees and just didn't do anything even though she said that the kitchen is backed up and there are so many people in the same situation. The bay next to us received their appetizers 10 minutes into them starting to golf. I'm not one to complain with service and would have been fine with the manager being apologetic with the wait but because of her attitude I felt I needed to share this. My second time here. While I enjoy golf, I'm not great at it so for me this place is about spending time with family and friends. The food is ok and the golf games are fun. This was my first time here on a Friday night and it was hoppin. Definitely more expensive on weekend nights too for golf games so ya have to weigh when it's a "good deal" to go. The pretzel bites, queso and salsa and Mac and cheese bites are our favorites. I also love their Bloody Mary here. Make sure you download the app for coupons. Tuesday is half price day.
