Without knowing the heaters barely work here, I booked a bay for 2hrs for my son's birthday with family. Invited my in-laws in their 70's and due to how cold it was, and the heaters barely working, we only golfed for about 10 minutes total. But was still charged the full 2hrs and only offered to refund 1hr. Even though we spent our time indoors ordering food for the party. If your heaters aren't up to par, your customers should be notified in advance. Your staff advised they have to wear 3 layers, how do you expect your paying customers to know this? I've been here in extreme cold and heaters worked great. I'll never return. It's almost 2 weeks later and still haven't heard a word from management. read more

I LOVE topgolf! I think it is one of the most genius inventions in today's time. What I loved you ask? The original Topgolf game and the food... it's SOOO GOOD! I recommend the guac and chips, the salad and the jelly filled donuts. Almost anything you get here to eat will be delicious!! CANNOT go wrong with the food. The downfall? The scoreboard didn't track our points right... this place hasn't been open for a year and is already wearing down on quality of holes on the green. You would hit a red or yellow hole on the green and it wouldn't track your points. Definitely wasn't expecting this for being a new topgolf. The best? The fact that it is TOPGOLF of course! The game of topgolf and the atmosphere is fun and lively. 90 minutes flies by with 6 people. I recommend 90 minutes or longer - you'll get to play 2 QUICK games of your choice. Don't forget it is $5 per person - if they are not a member today. Ps - the chocolate sauce for the jelly filled donuts was meh.. but the dairy cream... OMG HEAVEN! It was my first time ever playing golf, it was really fun and enjoying. The food was great and very good, we ordered wings, pizza, and nachos. Each food that was gave to us was really good 10/10. Now the service was amazing also everyone is so nice and helpful. I really like topgolf and spending time with friends and the idea of playing golf "indoors" with table service is really great. Some things about topgolf are not up to the individual location - like their food which is generally speaking not my favorite. It lacks healthier options and smaller sides and just feels too much like bar food you'd expect at a place you would go to watch football. I also think that the decor is a little bit sad and dark, the tables and bar stools look sad. One thing that is definitely up to the location is cleanliness. I think that the Omaha topgolf could do better with sweeping between customers. We had so many crumbs on our floor that did not come from us (we did not even order food). We planned a team bonding day at Topgolf. The day of our event we received news that a beloved member of our team who had recently retired passed away. The team was heavy with sadness. Memphis was our bay QUEEN! We ordered a round of lemon drops (a favorite of our friend) to toast her memory and Memphis brought an additional in her honor! WOW! we were touched But that's not all - she also brought us donuts because sweets are here "go to" when she's sad. So excited Omaha'a Topgolf finally opened! I utilized the online reservation system for a bay - it was easy and the day of received text message updates on the status. Our bay was available at the scheduled time. Topgolf is a nice activity during the pandemic. All staff were in masks, I saw all equipment wiped down between groups and the bays are spaced with partitions between. The games are a lot of fun and offer up a good time for golfers and non-golfers alike. Clubs are supplied if you don't have any. Service needs some improvement, but I try and be patient with newer businesses. Our main waitress seemed to have been assigned too many other bays, which resulted in several other servers regularly checking on us and generally created confusion as to who was doing what. We ordered an appetizer and it came out piping hot and fresh. We will definitely be back! read more

This was my first visit to the Omaha Top Golf location. I chose to forego reserving a Golf Bay and went to the bar area for food and drinks. Service started well, ordered the drinks and food to our server. The kitchen apparently mixed up the appetizer order, according to the server which ended up getting our dinner entrees with appetizers at the same time. I ordered the burger and salad. The food was fine but then our server disappeared for 10 minutes while I wondered what happened to her? She finally returned, apologized for her being gone for a period of time. It took a bit longer to get take-out boxes for the leftovers. Overall, an average experience at this location compared to the service and food we experienced at the Minneapolis location. My first time here we had a work event in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The staff was very friendly and very efficient at bringing drinks and snacks and keeping things going. Sunday dinner club had an excellent time tonight. We were all virgins to top golf. Upon entering the staff that checked us in and put us on the wait list explained everything and was extremely helpful Lee helpful. We did not have long to wait but while we did we went into the bar and had a cocktail. The choices for alcohol could be improved but we enjoyed a quick drink before our bay was ready. When we got to our bay, the server was very helpful explaining everything, he walked us through how to sign in, how we would get our balls, the clubs that we could use and also provided as with a menu. You don't have to be a great golfer to play; just get here and have some fun! You can bring your own clubs, but they have a full set awaiting in each bay. We reserved an hour and played the TopGolf as well as Quick9 games. I highly recommend visiting their website and reserving a bay. Our first attempt we walked in and it was going to be a 3 hour wait (no thanks). There's a wait staff here that makes the rounds and can bring you food and drink to your individual bay. I recommend you eat before or after your game as you pay an hourly rate for play. Plus, who wants to play with greasy hands? They have a large open restaurant area where you can grab a bite to eat - anything from sandwiches and burgers to salads. Huge TV screens broadcasting sporting events are here too. It was fun. Good atmosphere. The burgers were good. queso was okay. Service was quick and friendly. My biggest issue is the check in/set up. I feel like every time we go, my kids have to pay the $5 membership fee because they are too young to have an email/phone in the system. Extra $10 right there. Also, the check in was pretty terrible. They said they will text us when our bay is ready. We waited about 15 minutes and my husband decides to check on it at the check in desk. They said it has been ready. We never got a text but they did start out time (2hrs). That piece of it needs to really be looked at. Now I understand the excitement around the opening of Top Golf in Omaha! Today, "half price Tuesday," was the first of what I expect to be a weekly outing for our family. Reservations are recommended and available online a week out with text updates and reservation reminders. We went "old school" and did the walk up thing and scored a ground level bay. For 2:00 on a Tuesday, this place was busy! Covid-19 restrictions were being enforced with masks required of everyone in the public spaces. Once in your assigned outdoor bay you may take off your mask. Servers and attendants wore masks at all times and reminded non mask wearers to pull up their masks. Plastic barriers were in place between bays along with signage and hand sanitizer stations. Our server was very attentive and kept our drinks full during our 90 minute session. Golf clubs are available in the bay area but we opted to bring our own clubs. There was no additional charge for club usage. Rental of the bay is by the length of time and a group of up to six can share the cost. A variety of "game options" are available allowing for novice or seasoned golfers. We played a chipping game that was my personal favorite, as I am not a long ball hitter. We did not order food, but the group next to us had a nacho plate that looked yummy! We will work our way thru the food menu on our next visit. Do not let Top Golf intimídate you! This place is for duffers, families and even serious golfers. Try it once and you will be back....... I am Visiting from California for the holiday and we decided to take the family out which, they have a promo of 50% off but we couldn't do that without reserving two spots which we did. We paid the 50% Deposit of $177.00 and Balance on $177.00 was due once we arrived. About a hour in we given a invoice with a balance of $213.00 and this was after a 25% discount they applied. We spoke to the Manager Lucia which had nothing short of a Bad attitude, we showed her the email invoice and that didn't matter she told us this is the price and that's it! And tried to blame it on the Taxes which were about $36.00 so the basic math doesn't add up. Long story short we paid I'm VERY Disappointed and will never use their services! I suggest you do your research because they lie and still and every chance they get. read more

I am not a golfer and a friend invited me to this location. The facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They have a wide variety of games that caters towards beginners or pros. This was a fun experience and a good place to hang out with friends, eat food, and do a recreational activity. The food itself is pretty mediocre (standard bar food) and poor value but still not the worst I've had. I thought the overall setup was pretty fun, though- they had a variety of clubs and several games with different point systems. It kind of reminded me of bowling a bit in terms of the setup,where you watch your friends and either root for/against them. Fun experience. Expect to pay about $20 per person for the golf and more for drinks/food. One thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the $5 fee for the membership option (which was mandatory). Great Topgolf location and extremely well organized from the front desk counter to the staff working the bays to the manager. We had an experience where we were trying to use a special gift card on our bay on a half-off Tuesday night and it ended up that we could not combine our special gift card with the half-price Tuesday bay. We spoke to the manager and she was extremely polite and understanding. She was able to help us find a resolution and we cannot wait to come back! read more

The place is nice and fun. It is a good place to hangout with friends and family. You can play while having drinks and food. All this was amazing I would have probably given 5 stars but the thing with bill really disappointed me. They added tip own their own to my bill, this is breaking trust of the customer. We split the bill and on one bill we added the tip. I didn't add any amount and just signed the copy. Later when I checked my card it was $20 extra. It is not about the amount but about the trust. We went with our friends and we were seated on the top floor then someone came and told us that there was some confusion and they moved us. After we had been seated a few minutes later they called the police on us and told us that we should leave. When we asked why they said it was confidential. Heard a lot about Top Golf and seen a lot of pictures of Top Golf from Las Vegas to Nashville. First time visitor here in Omaha in December. I thought service was great. I thought food was just ok. We got the bottom barrel of the chips with salsa and queso so lots of broken small pieces. Was not aware the brisket flatbread came with bbq sauce on it. If ordering that again, I'll need that on the side. I thought the Bays were extremely small. Great for 2 people, pushing it with 4, and way to small for a party over 4. We had 6 in our group and it was very congested. Didn't help we were right in the middle of a high traffic area next to the double doors taking you to the kitchen and bathrooms. I felt that the technology was old. There is a big delay from the hitter's screen to the group screen. This created a lot of confusion with everyone. I also felt as though our TV screen should offer television. If it did, we couldn't figure it out. If it doesn't, there is no way to watch your football game, basketball, or whatever sporting event is on. All in all, I think for the experience that prices are 25% too high. Big improvement in technology is needed, food menu needs expanded, prices adjusted to reflect Omaha, and the big obvious change are larger bays. The good thing about it is that we all had fun. Did an event for my father's birthday, and the experience was awesome. Food was good an hot, the drinks were cold an the people were attentive an friendly. The only thing I would change is I wouldn't ever do an event again. This made our bill higher than it should have been. 320 dollars for 2 bays for 2 hours and we HAD to order $175 worth of food for the event minimum. The bays cost 35/hr or 45/hr (normally) depending on time. We could have gotten the bays for around 160 and had no "minimum" on food. Also if u want to extend time for an event it costs 50/hr per bay to do so because you booked it as an event. I don't see any added value in the event an the representative who I had been working with didn't provide any additional information in regards to how the event pricing was beneficial in any way. Actually stopped responding after I noticed and mentioned it. Partially my fault for not noticing sooner although usually companies actually provide discounts or deals when you do groups like that. I would probably go back eventually. I mean it was fun, but I will never book anything anymore here. read more
