I'll keep this short(ish) and to the point! CLEAN! They have a clean, modern, atmosphere, great for afternoons with the kids or nights out with friends. The music is usually a great variety of new and vintage, and upbeat. The food is amazing. They could use a few tips on their Old Fashioneds (get those better cherries and MUDDLE!)!but their food is very good. Currently enjoying the spinach goat cheese salad. The tables and chairs are comfortable and hold up to about 6 people. Even better, you can reserve couched areas! I am not a golfer. I hit my first ball today. But I will be back! If anything, to have a drink and laugh at how badly I hit the ball... read more

the food was good and the pitcher cost was very reasonable. The waitstaff was a lacking in their organization and had to wait longer than expected to order. The game play itself is really interesting wish I was more of a golfer, but still had a good time trying. well built building and interesting atmosphere, I only wish there was a divider between sections. read more

Perfect date night spot! Kind of pricey but has many options for activities ranging from arcade, pool, and obviously golf. The food and drinks were awesome. The donuts came with the creme filling in syringes so you could inject them yourself. Upbeat and fun environment! Would definitely recommend. read more

Made $50 reservation at Topgolf in Naperville. Hourly rate for golf was $37/hr. When I got the bill it included food and the $37 for the golf. I asked about the hourly charge and was informed the reservation fee did not cover the golf. I complained about the charge the next day and was offered a free reservation. The reservation policy is a rip off. read more

Disclaimer, we do have a corporate platinum account with topgolf so usually we come during peak hours and get amazing service from our favorite manager Tom. Our server Kyra did just fine but we dealt with an issue getting the right salad the first time and she didn't bring ranch dressing for another 45 minutes so we kinda just sat there and didn't eat for a bit. All together not bad. read more

First time going had a blast. Kid Friendly! Great Food. Reasonable Pricing. Will definitely do it again!

Great fun! You get greeted at the front door and they are very helpful and friendly. We played for 1.5 hours in two bays (group of 8). Had great service with food and beverage in the Bay Area. We also had lunch and watched the football game in the bar. They have great tvs for games. I had the Bahn Mi sandwich with tator tots. It was very good! Will be back for more. We all had a fun time. read more

I haven't felt compelled to hop online and give a place a 5 star review right away in quite some time. I just finished up a full afternoon at top golf and had such a freaking good time. The service was top notch. The prices were exactly what I'd expect - $25 before noon, $35 noon to 5 and I don't remember the price after 5, but I think $45. While that can be high for a solo person, this place wasn't designed for golf practice. It's definitely a new alternative to bowling. The food was fantastic and fairly priced. The average entree was around 10.00. I didn't dislike 1 of the 5 fruity cocktails I tried. Also, they had a pretty good coors/Miller/bud beer special - $3 running...on a weekend! 4 out of 300+ balls counted as 0's when they were supposed to be awarded point values, which is much less of a margin of error than I'd expect. I can't wait to return! read more

Yesterday I attended a company outing at this location. We rented out about 10 bays on the middle floor. There was about 30 people in our party. The facility was very nice and clean. The manager welcomed us and gave us an introduction to what we were doing and how to play some of the games. My company ordered a food buffet that consisted of potato chips chicken strips buffalo chicken patties and mini Pub burgers with all the trimmings. This is where my bad experience began. We had two waitresses working our section. We were given I believe four hours to play and also be at the same time. Well as you know if you're trying to play games is kind of hard to sit down and eat at the same time especially when you have to go wash your hands because you're touching clubs and other things around you. So needless to say the food was not being touched as much. So towards the end of the event time one of the waitresses proceeded to clean up and start packing up the food. The first problem I saw was the food that had already been ordered and paid for was being taken away without giving folks the option of packing some to take with them. That option was not even offered. So I guess they'd rather toss the food away. Then the second things that happen was I along with a couple other of my co-workers grabbed a couple of bags of chips either to eat there or take with us whatever the case may be. The waitress literally chased me down and came behind me and told me that I was only allowed to take one bag and confiscated one bag. I was so shocked by this action that I left the other bag. She also did this to a couple of other co-workers of mine. I don't understand why she reacted the way she did over chips that were already paid for by the company. I have to admit that this left a bad taste in my mouth and truly did not appreciate this experience. read more

We had my son's 9th birthday party this past Sunday at the Naperville TopGolf, and couldn't be happier. We got a package that included drinks for the kids, pizza, burgers and sides. While this wasn't a cheap party, we got a lot of entertainment for the money. Two hours of golf balls in two bays, downstairs by the couches with TVs in each one, free XBox an PS as well as pool available (they were all about hitting balls). We had a dedicated server, Alex, who made the kids feel like rock stars, and although this was a drop off party, the dads stuck around for the most part and we made plans for us meeting up and having some fun here. The best part? When the tractor cam around to pick up balls, of course there was a frenzy trying to hit it, the driver made sure to make extra passes by the kids even though the balls were all picked up. The party was a hit! read more

Great fun and drinks. Don't listen to those who complained about price. If you have to ask you can't afford it. 45 an hour split 6 ways is only 9 bucks. If you are that much of a penny pincher buy a membership. read more

Very disappointed- we had to wait an hour for a Bay-(which is no problem). But while we were waiting we ordered a craft of sangria. It was mostly ice and we barely got 2.5 glasses out of it (for 24$ that's pretty ridiculous). We also ordered pita and hummus- the pita bread was very burnt. We brought both issues to our waiters attention- and he basically said "that's just how it is." While golfing we were also brought very dirty glasses for our beer. Very disappointed in the Naperville location. Stick to Woodale- its worth an extra drive. read more

My husband and I love coming here on a Saturday or Sunday morning right when they open to enjoy mimosas, breakfast flatbread, and golf! It usually isn't too crowded then which is nice and the staff is super attentive. Though this location is a little further away from us than the one in Woodale, we prefer it as the bays are a little nicer and the microchip technology in the golf balls seems to be more consistent (we've had issues with the balls not registering at the other place so you don't get the points). Will definitely continue to come back to this location! read more

Kelly, the Event Coordinator, was very friendly and helpful when I called to set up an event. She sent all necessary information after we got off the phone and even offered to put together a tentative pricing proposal. Ended up going here on a Saturday night with a group of four. Decided to go last minute was super crowded and there was a two hour wait. You could pay extra for a VIP pass and get in sooner. Worth it when you are with a group. Also they have plenty of activities to do while you wait. Had a live band playing that night as well. You can always go there and put your name in and leave too if you live close. They will text you when you are up. Have no idea how to golf, but still had a good time. read more

This is a great place for a date night or a large party, I have been here with both and had a blast. The only downfall is the prices, it gets more pricy the later in the day that you go. Suggestion, it is much more fun if you are on the 200/300 level bays rather then the 100 level because you can more easily see your targets, especially for those of us who don't golf regularly. read more

Decent beer specials, foods always bomb, got free pool on the bottom level with big TVs, buuuuut expensive to play.

amazing food and drinks. a very happening spot. Mac and cheese egg rolls are amazing. Great date night location.

Topgolf is the ultimate for a fun, unique golf experience. I had never heard of Topgolf until about a month ago when Topgolf marketing folks were at a park district event that my son and I attended. They had a promotional spin-wheel where you could win $10 off your visit to one of their Chicagoland locations. I figured why not give it a try, and I am so very glad that I did. My son and I went on a somewhat rainy Saturday afternoon on our first visit, and we thought the vibe was awesome. Cool music was playing while he and I were able to play some golf, despite the weather, because you are fully protected from the natural elements while you play due to Topgolf's interesting architecture, and even though it was a bit chilly, we were nice and warm due to the overhead heaters. My son and I enjoyed it so much that we came back the next Friday night, which was the Friday before Memorial Day. It was the first night of their live DJ's (which are there each Friday and Saturday night between Memorial Day and Labor Day), and so the ambiance was super cool again. My son brought a friend this time and they both had such a great time. We all thought that night-time playing was maybe even more awesome than during the day because of how the course all lights up in different colors. We met so many wonderful staff people that day, from the folks who checked us in at the lobby, to our wait staff who brought us such delicious food and dessert, to the hospitality manager, Tom, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and who answered our questions about their summer camp (which both my son and his friend want to attend this summer), to even the Director of Operations, Brett, who we had the good fortune of bumping into when I was randomly asking a question and then later learned he was the D.O. I know the reason why Topgolf runs so smoothly and professionally is largely in part due to the way that Brett and Tom ensure that not only themselves, but the rest of their staff, is approachable, knowledgeable and willing to do what they can to make sure you have a great time. Subsequently, the very next Friday night, which was this past weekend, my son and his friend asked to go back to Topgolf, and this time we brought my husband, too. Everyone, once again, had an awesome time. It doesn't matter which floor you golf on (we have been on their first and second floors, so far--there are a total of three), you will have a great time. As a matter of fact, this past weekend, when we were on the first floor for the first time, I realized all the fun stuff there is to do down on that floor, such as a tabletop shuffleboard, pool tables and a giant-size connect four. The boys now want to go back to play that stuff after we play some Topgolf on our next visit. Bottom line, if you are looking for a wonderful way to hang out with your friends or family in a one-of-a-kind, climate-controlled, safe and fun environment, while you are also able to dine on some delicious food and dessert, you have to check out Topgolf and the fabulous staff in the Naperville location. You are guaranteed to have a terrific time!! read more

love this place!! if you're looking for a fun family outing or a night out with some friends, this is the place to do it!! very suitable for all ages. they give small children smaller clubs and all the kids seem to love topgolf too! they also have heaters above you so you can enjoy topgolf all seasons of the year!! the game overall is very fun, this is coming from someone who is not very good at golf and mainly only plays mini golf. however, topgolf is a place i keep coming back to and i already can't wait until i can go again. the food is also very delicious here at topgolf. i usually just order some appetizers to eat while golfing but there are always so good! overall, topgolf is an excellent place to have some fun outside of your house. great for birthday parties, family get togethers, or just hanging out with a couple friends. if you haven't been here yet, definitely check it out! tip: if you can, try to be on the top or middle. i prefer to be higher up. read more

Tonight, a worker changed the life of mine and three of my friends. We started off the day by paying a lot of money to golf. We payed around 70-80$ combined. We did not have enough money for food. But, this savior of a worker helped us out for food. This man is nicer than what would be Jesus' and the Pope's baby. We had no food and haven't eaten for hours, he understood that. We scavenged all of our change to pay for an order of fries to spit between us men. He recognized that we do not have enough money for anything else and wanted to make our stay at top golf the best ever. He decided to throw in a chip basket for us. That was only the beginning of this mans journey to make our night the greatest. He continued to refill our chip basket 3 times. Every time he refilled the chip basket. It make our experience more and more extravagant. At the end of our stay we asked how much for the check and he gave us the best 4 words us pals could hear, "Don't worry about it." If you ever see this Jesus of a person. He has glasses and his hair is a little frizzled. He is the greatest person ever to set foot on earth. Thank you for reading this review. I rate 5 stars. read more

Now I love golf and personally like the challenge of the top golf targets. I work in the food industry and have a really good idea what things cost. Brought my company here for a work party, and was really disappointed. Costs $51 per person, says food and drinks included, I think oh well that's fair not bad, we get there and find out no alchoholic beverages included....ok the food better be great, fajitas really?! Sliced vegetables and 2 cheap proteins alongside jarred salsa and those round movie theatre nacho chips. Not only was the food cheap, but it ran out and I was told we'd have to pay more if we wanted more. So complete rip off with the food n drinks, now to the golf. On average, a bucket of balls is about $10-15 for 100 balls and most places give you a deal on larger amounts. We had 15 people we all got rushed through 20 swings each. So 300 total balls, about $40 to them worth of food ingredients, cost us close to $1,000. How does that make sense? Who marks up that high ? I think Top golf is fun for maybe a couple friends, but they definitely rip you off for group outings. They really need to up the quality of food n drinks included with this package for $50+ per person not including drinks. Not to mention alcohol being inflated prices there as well.( $5 minimum for a bottle of beer they literally just screw the cap off) Don't forget that they automatically add 20% gratuity, it's like they just know ahead of time how awful they are and feel bad for their servers knowing they would lose tips cause people felt ripped off. Don't get me wrong here, the server was a great guy, provided prompt service, and was just doing his job so none of this was his fault. I feel bad, cause being in the service industry I can guarantee those servers get chewed out regularly for something they don't control. Side note, I never asked for a manager, but he did come up to us twice, this guy was awful with conversation and super awkward ( stood real close) and there would be elongated moments of silence with him just heavy breathing right next to you. The server should've been the manager here. I also didn't wanna cause a scene by "complaining" and I know posting a review is the only way to get the message to the right people. read more

We had a fantastic time. Games were fun, food was delicious and service was top-notch (Jenna was our server). Get the pickle fries!!

Topgolf is very good with groups, more than 6 people. Food was quite creative and tasty. I ordered the "Moshi" last time and was impressed by the great idea of the creator/chef. However, it was overly seasoned and salty. Therefore, I have to order the sweet potato fries to balance the saltiness of the "Moshi". Anyway, the idea of playing golf while eating was simply brilliant, 4 star well deserved. read more

Great venue and excellent customer service here! My company had a small work function here. We had a conference room for a meeting, then we had a catered lunch and a reserved "bay" for golfing. The golfing was a good time, but i think the clubs are a bit off from regulation as i kept missing the golf ball and it definitely was not from my own lack of skill. Came here to celebrate my birthday. Greeted at door to check in. Said there would be a 45 mins wait but they called us for our bay in 5 minutes. Cool! Get there and get situated. The lady that helped us on the computer was nice. Waitress came shortly after and took drink and food orders. Food was ok. Spinach dip was the best out of everything. Everything was going great until my friend ordered the mimosas but we didn't receive any glasses! Waited at least 15 mins for those. Once they arrived we went to grab the champagne only to notice the bottle was half empty!! Wtf?! Waitress took forever to come back so we waited 15 mins for glasses then another 15 to let her know about our bottle! She went to get management because how don't you know our bottle is half empty? Did you all take this from someone else's table? The top was popped so you have to know it's not a new bottle smh. Had to wait for napkins. Waited for water, waited for straws. Service was poor overall. Who trained these people? That's the main reason for the 3 stars. Drinks barely contained any liquor and was just too expensive. Golf was fun and it would be the only reason I return; and with atleast 4 people because $47 is expensive. Oh, and after we paid we were rushed out because someone else was coming for the bay. How about let people gather their things first, especially after spending minimum $300! Not impressed. read more

First and foremost, I am not a golfer at all. In an environment like Topgolf, that is fine, you don't have to be. Visited with a bachelor party group and we all had a good time, from the guys the at actually golfed to those of us who never have. The food and drinks are kind of pricey. The food was pretty typical bar food, just at a premium. This place was packed when we were in, but it was a Saturday afternoon on a beautiful day. Topgolf could definitely get expensive quick with hourly rates, but it is a good time to go out and hang out with friends. read more

Worst experience ever at this location. My family and I wanted to have a great Tuesday night to celebrate my cousin running the marathon. We tried making reservations online and it MADE us make an event (even though we only had 7 people golfing). We had to make a VERY expensive deposit to hold our reservation. We got to topgolf and it took OVER 30 minutes for the workers to find our reservation. They could not find us by our name or confirmation number. They finally found us by event name, making us late to our reservation (even though we showed up early). Tuesdays are supposed to be half off, but we had to pay in full because we were an "event." How can a company FORCE you to be considered an event just because you have 7 people then not let you be part of the Tuesday half off deal??? When talking to the manager Josh, he was a complete jerk. Not apologetic, extremely rude, and nowhere near sympathetic. We paid over $500 for what was supposed to be a fun family night. We will NEVER go here again read more

I've been to the Top golf in Orlando and this Top golf doesn't even stand a chance compared to it. We went here on a Friday night about 6pm at the end of May. The waiters and waitresses are young high school kids that seem to have missed trainings on how to work with customers. We sat down at a table inside as we waited for our bay. We waited for a server for about 20 minutes until we decided to go find one walking back and forth. The girl said she would get someone and that wasn't her section. I was upset bc I saw servers just standing around at the bays. By the time our server got to us I received a text saying our bay was ready, but we were starving and had just come from work so we wanted to eat before so we postponed it. She took our app and then vanished again for at least 20 minutes before taking our dinner order. You can see other people inside were getting upset too because there was no desire to wait on the tables inside. Staff was out at the bays. Then she came to take our order and I got another text saying our bay was ready. I had to accept it bc it started to get busy and I didn't know how long it would be before we could get a bay. Worst case scenario- we just bring our food out to the bay. It was just terrible service. When we got to our bay the service was average. But not nearly as poor as indoors. Wouldn't recommend going to this Top golf. They seem to understaffed or unorganized. Not sure which one. Food was also average and not the greatest. The nachos were cold and a small portion for their price. My boyfriend and I spend at least $100 dollars for just the two of us when we spend a couple hours here, so the service we received was just unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location. read more

I went several weeks ago for the first time on a Saturday evening, the place was packed, my first thought was we were going to have to wait a long time to get a lane, not so, only twenty minutes. It was fun to be outside playing golf in January, the overhead heaters provided just the right amount of heat. It is rather pricey, but it was a new experience, something different. I couldn't afford to do it every weekend, but i'll definitely be back. read more

I had an invite here about a month for a Holiday Party preview event but couldn't go so I passed it on to my mom and brother. My mom came back RAVING. Let me not indulge in stereotypes, but we are a Black family, and no one...not a cousin, uncle, brother or sister has EVER golfed. So. For my mother to come back going on and on about the decadent food spread and golfing off private individual platform balconies was crazy. So when an organization I am part of hosted a party here I knew I had to make sure I made it. I swung a golf club for the first time ever at 26 years old and I did horribly, but atleast I hit it! They had yummy food out for us and me and my friends finished the night off with the injectable donut holes. That was a very tasty mess. They had live acoustic music from a great singer playing on the first floor, along with people of all ages golfing and playing dance games. I can't wait to come again. read more

Was here last night for a work sponsored event. The service was wonderful. However the reason I'm rating this 1 star is because that's the minimum. "Ryan" from security had an issue with something I did. Nobody else on the premises had the same feelings as he. Ryan asked to speak to me, while I was handling details of a high profile client with my boss. Being that he was an employee of the venue we were at I reluctantly excused myself and gave him my time, only to be talked down upon after I assured him the petty issue of conversation would not be a worry of his again. Because he literally pulled me from a meeting concerning details much higher than his position could ever warrant, I asked our server if I could have him come speak to me again, on my time. Once he arrived he was more smug than I would allow an employee of mine to be without getting fired on the spot. He had no clue as to why I wanted to speak to him and when I explained that he had no business being a jerk; a situation where THREE of my company employees chimed in agreement with me, he continued with his superior attitude and left a sour taste in the mouth of my entire party which consisted of more than 40 people all there for work related purposes. Even after he agreed that no harm had been done he had proceeded to use foul and derragatory language towards me before walking away from us as he implied his time was more important than ours. This is only a yelp review. I will be contacting management at the Naperville location to ensure no other person, there for business or pleasure, will be treated with such disrespect from this young man who clearly thinks he is above anyone else. I am thoroughly insulted by this however I did not reach out to management at the time because as I've stated, he already wasted valuable time belonging to my company by pulling me aside when it was more than clear to any individual with a sense of conduct that I was busy conducting a meeting of strong value. To the management staff at top golf naperville, it would be in your best interest to see this review, and contact me before I have to contact you. RYAN has already taken away valuable time that belongs to my company. This issue will not be put to rest until it is rectified. read more
