The wings were delicious. Crispy, coated in sauce and big sizes. We got the full pound and split the sauce of honey bbq and boom boom. Enzo's roll was amazing as well. Huge, fresh and tasty. The water tasted a little weird, but I'm able to look past that. Inside was clean, large and tons of tv. Service was great. read more

Idk how to ruin an Impossible Burger with semi-fresh veggies but Crazy Pour did it at a Crazy price! This is an OTB place plus the food was terrible I shall never return for carryout again. I do not support the exploitation and abuse of animals for entertainment purposes 2 solid stars for offering a vegan veggie burger! 5 stars for offering many, many Vegetarian selections! 10 stars for the adult beverage selection! I took an Uber just to get perhaps the best Long Island Iced Tea of my life with a Spritz of diet cola and light ice The server/bartender was so kind and protective of me when getting hit on by a roomful of drunk men When I had to use the Ladies' Room, he actually took away my perfect LIIT so that nobody could spike it with anything The open early for International Futbol games as well with a fantastic Craft Beer selection read more

friend told me about this place and it did not disappoint good food and even better drinks

The food was very good. We ordered the Enzo beef Roll and mango habanero and boom boom sauce, boneless wings to split. We sat out on the patio which was nice. It was a bit quieter than inside the bar which was great for chatting. It was not very busy for a Friday at 6:30 which was actually nice. Our server had quite a few tables but it was good service. read more

Food here is surprisingly good. Ample specials. Good liquor selection. Really good service even though they were fairly busy. Although the interior is okay, certain things were annoying such as a very wobbly high top table, which caused drinks to almost spill when people would move. Also it was extremely loud in here. Not a great place for soft spoken people or a lot of conversation. All in all, solid place to eat and have a drink. read more

This is a really fun place for all. The atmosphere is loud, energetic and lively. The OTB section is very more on the quiet side but a large area. The beers are large and a great variety. They have Johnnie's beef in everything and that is amazing. The pizza is good and they have a good amount of topping. This is a great place to hangout with friends, get good food, beers and watch the games. read more

Crazy Pour - Half Italian beef and garlic and half green pepper and onion pizza. - Sports Bars Near Me - Villa Park, Illinois

This place is awesome! They know how to cook. I believe I have a solid opinion on things because my daughter is a chef at a Michelin Star Restaurant in Vail. Their cuisine?? Italian. I've had it all. What do I want? Unpretentious food that is LEVELS up from the rest at an affordable price. Having said that, next time my baby girl comes to visit me, I am bringing her HERE because I know, she will be impressed!!! I ordered the smoked wings with the BBQ dry rub. What do I like in a wing??? I LOVE LOVE LOVE a crispy skin that could shatter like glass. Could you get that kind of product in a "smoked" wing??? Probably not. You HAVE to take the extra step by putting that smoked wing in the fryer to crisp up the skin. HOT DAMN, THEY DID IT!!!! I always go with a dry rub and get my wing sauce on the side because I NEED that crisp. So... Now I'm happy. Round 2 was the "Beef Stromboli" Basically, a highly elevated Hot Pocket. I hate Hot Pockets. But, when I was a kid, they were absolutely delectable. I was expecting a dry Italian beef with cheese baked up in a thick, gummy pizza dough. The only downside was we waited at least 30 minutes to get it to the table. Would I wait 30 minutes to order it again??? Friends, I would wait an HOUR and be happy. I'm not kidding! I love to bake bread. I even teach classes. I have spent more time than any sane person ever would, scrutinizing the crust, density... crumb on a loaf. I'm even a flour snob (Antimo Caputo Chef's Flour is the best, fight me!) These folks married a Chicago thin crust pizza dough with a CROISSANT. That's the envelope that holds an UNBELIEVABLE Chicago Italian Beef (I honestly thought it was Johnnie's of Elmwood Park, that's how GOOD it was... I asked the gal, she said they make their own....Ummm WOW) with a mozzarella.... that I KNOW... they are shredding themselves. You can't get this kind of cheese pull if you're ordering from your food distributor pre shredded. It came with the beef gravy and gardinera complimentary. I like my gardinera a little bit milder but, I didn't ask if they had the option for something less kick. I wish my tolerance was better for heat because I did eat some. Fried my mouth, the taste... KICK ASS. I only order my food in the way that THE RESTAURANT wants it to be served. If I don't like an item, I pick it off. Knowing what I know with my own kid working as a chef, I'm the LAST ONE who wants to complicate the server OR the chefs. So technically, if I want to split hairs, maybe offer a mild gardinera? We paid the 2 dollar up charge for the vodka sauce. Friends! These folks need to BOTTLE that vodka sauce because.. I would be a buyer. This concludes my little "soap box restaurant review." read more

Crazy Pour - CHEESE PULL ITALIAN BEEF STROMBOLI - Sports Bars Near Me - Villa Park, Illinois

Amazing sports bar with plenty of TVs, the perfect place to watch a game. And for an added bonus, the bar has a slot machine room, and is also connected to an OTB. The staff is always incredible, and their drink and food specials can't be beat. The Sunday burger special was delicious, and we also loved their pizza and Enzo's beef roll. We make a point to stop in any time we are in the area, and you should too! read more

Came as part of my 5,700 mile food tour. Needed a happy hour snack recharge and got the Beef nachos: Homemade tortilla chips with ground beef, pico de gallo, sour cream, Cheddar, Monterey Jack and slathered in a creamy cheese sauce. Everything was fine. Nothing remotely memorable with the beef but solid value for happy hour pricing. read more

Consistently great service since 2021. Came for a Sunday night pour with a side of Sunday night football. Turn out is always high volume on game days. If you are looking for a local restaurant bar/grill with awesome American-style food with a lively sports ambiance, Crazy Pour is your spot. Ordered the full lb wings ( 12 ct.) with half Mango Habernero and BBQ. These two flavors have always been a favorite and they never disappoint. The BBQ is not too sweet, just perfect to slap on your favorite BBQ meal. Redeemed the ' Crazy Shot' that you get with your Yelp check-in and it was .. interesting. You don't ever know what the concoction is, but it's a great incentive. Gets the night going. Overall, Crazy was another successful night out. Game nights are always perfect here! Oh, and they have some of the daily deals in the area. HANDS DOWN. read more

My experience looked to be promising as the bartender knew the menu. Then everything went downhill. Ordered a double smash burger that was a double disappointment. Instead of two thin beef patties as the menu claimed, it was a double burger that was frozen. The Cajun fries were okay. I ordered a PBR on top that was also a disappointment. It was coolish not at all cold, and tasted flat. The glass was not beer clean so it lost its foam quickly. Watching a bar back doing dishes I saw that health code was not being followed as there was no sterilization. Ordered a loaded baked potato as the burger sucked and I didn't eat it, and that took at least 20 minutes. When it arrived the middle of the potato was solid and the bacon was burned ground and put on top. Messing up a baked potato is new to me. All the while I waited I cad company. Not from the bartender that started strong as her regulars came in and I couldn't even get a second drink. It was the fruit flies as the taps aren't cleaned. This could be a fun place if it had edible food, better trained staff, and product that fits the menu. Until then I would avoid it. read more

Great sports bar in a sports book/otb. If that is what you are looking for the place is great. If you are looking for a traditional sports bar you may be disappointed. The food is solid. Hello My FoodZies, today on a recommendation from my good friend Al Stubenvall we went to Crazypour in Villa Park at 105 e North Ave. I have to say it was very good. It's the usual loud sports bar with a ton of TVs and a bunch of cheering fans. Our waitress Hailee was exceptional. She was attentive, knowledgeable, pleasant and had a good sense of humor. We started our meal with the Johnnie's beef eggrolls (not sure if it had any relation to Johnny's in Elmwood Park) which came with marinara sauce, giardiniera and for $.50 more, we added the au jus (which is crazy because you would think the au jus would be free but I digress). They were very good stuffed with mozzarella cheese and plenty of beef. The giardiniera was just right with its spiciness, and the au jus was very good and the marinara was pretty good too. Glenda ordered the southwest crispy chicken wrap, which was also pressed in what appeared to be a Panini press leaving nice grill marks and adding crunch to the wrap. It was accompanied by Cajun fries. They were flavorful; but for me could use a little more spice after all, they are called Cajun fries. I partook in the double pub burger with grilled onions, which came with raw onions, tomato lettuce, and a phenomenal, spicy aïoli, so good I bought some to take home, we also tried their wings; both bone in (which they say are jumbo, but not really); and boneless with honey barbecue sauce, which had a nice sweetness, smoky flavor to it, and mango habanero sauce. Habanero sauce could've been a little spicier, but it was smooth and tasty. We had a great time and will definitely be going back. P.S. it also has a nice outdoor seating area with a big fireplace. This was a very good suggestion. Thank you Al. As usual I would like you to try it out see how you like it and let me know. I give it five stars. Ciao Ciao for now. read more

This was the first time we've experienced an issue with the hostess not listening. The young lady, who appeared to be no older than 17, did not accommodate our request for a table for five men. Instead, she insisted we sit in a booth and pull up a chair, despite our request to be seated at one of the two empty tables in the bar area. As regular customers who visit weekly and typically spend over $200 each visit--and who are on friendly terms with the wait staff--we found this frustrating and disappointing. It seemed the hostess could have benefited from supervision by an adult to ensure better customer service. read more

Burgers and Beef roll are amazing. We have tried many of the appetizers but unfortunately haven't succeed in finding one we like. Draft beers ate pretty expensive, we paid $10 for Stella; that's really high for a sports bar/restaurant. Sat at the bar with some friends. Bartender came right over and offered beer list and drink specials. They have a decent craft beer selection. Just came here for a couple of drinks before meeting a couple of people for dinner at another restaurant. So this review might be a little premature as I didn't order any food - and the food that I did see looked pretty good. So I'll have to go back for that and update this review as needed. With a name like "Crazy Pour" - I was expecting a really wide variety of draft beers. The variety was OK - but nothing to write home about. I ended up getting a couple of ciders - and enjoyed them. My friend ordered a Negroni. The first one came out fine, but the second one was a little off. He asked the bartender - who had replaced the initial bartender - she said she made it as asked for. But then she went and looked at her speed rail and realized she had grabbed the wrong bottle. She graciously acknowledged her oversight and made a new drink - the right way. As for the place itself - great sports bar atmosphere along with places to bet. Glad I stopped here as I'll be coming back to check the food out. Good experience - looking forward to my next visit. read more

Ok so this was my first time here. Went with some classmates, who have eaten here before. They said the food was good and plenty of t.v.'s to watch sports. I kept it simple, maybe too simple LOL! Someone ordered chips with salsa which was very good. So if you like spicy salsa you will love it. I believe the tortilla chips are homemade. Everyone ordered something different. Mild wings, tacos, pizza and chicken tenders. I myself ordered cheese sticks and fries LOL! I was offered a mild wing, and they were actually delicious. The fries were perfectly golden brown and tasty. The waitress was nice, and did a good job serving a table of 7 people. It was a Saturday night so the noise level was expected for a sportsbar. Plenty of room to sit, t.v.'s with tons of sports. Next time, I'll try some other food options. read more

Had dinner here with a friend on Wednesday evening. Drinks selection is good but I was disappointed when the Old-Fashioneds that he and I ordered only filled the glasses 3/4 of the way. I get that you don't want the glass filled to the brim because you don't want your server to spill it when he or she brings it to the table but I honestly felt like we were being slightly ripped off. We ordered a Drunken Ginger Man after dinner, and it was very good and did not have this issue. Food was good. We shared some nachos and salsa. Salsa was a little hotter than we both like it. We also shared two of the large meatballs and both agreed that they were very tasty. By that time we were fairly full and decided not to order entrées so he had a bowl of chili and I had the small portion of the chopped salad. Service was good. Parking was difficult because it's hard to get into the parking lot. We had no idea that there was more parking behind the restaurant. Would've been helpful if we knew that. We both ended up pulling into the entrance by the liquor store to the left of the restaurant and had to go back out onto North Avenue and do a U-turn in order to get into the restaurant parking lot. Next time we're in this area, we will probably stop in for a drink before we go to Firewood BBQ. Easier access to their parking lot. Better menu. But sadly, they don't serve alcohol. read more
