This is a very fun concept for entertainment. You do not have to be a golfer to enjoy yourself. We went on a cold night and never noticed, in the heated hitting bays. The idea is to hit balls to targets so could appeal to anyone. The upside- beautiful facility with a nice bar, tvs everywhere and the golf. Food was good, they smoke their chicken which is very tasty. We had an excellent server, Samantha was her name. Downside - very long wait to get the member card which you must have and another wait to play. $45 bills an hour plus food and drinks will leave a hole in your wallet- split the bay with a few people and not so bad. Just opened went there with a bunch of friends very nice high tech had dinner and drink it is expensive about 35 dollars for an hour they don't go by buckets it by hour. Good was excellent and the service was good they had some computer glitches staff made up for it by adding more time for us. We ordered the chicken nachos. They also provide there own golf clubs if you don't have any. The pre programmed games are fun great to practice hitting targets. Not an avid golfer my self but there is a mix of everything here. More of social place to eat drink and have fun. Open late on weekends. Would def return there are heaters in all the bay's so makes it easier to return in the winter. Absolutely love this place and can't say enough good things about it. People there are really friendly and help you with anything you needed. The waiters are always walking around to make sure you have everything you need and want. I think the pricing on the food (everything is delicious) and drinks for being a venue like it is, is very reasonable as well. My husband and I are big fans of Top Golf! I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't quite so expensive. My husband is a big golfer, but I had only ever been to a driving range once before. I had so much fun the first time that we went out and bought clubs for me (used) and my husband has been teaching me to actually golf. Top Golf before noon is only 25$ an hour, which is a much better deal if you don't have a large group. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are pretty good, too. I'm a big fan of the Tipsy Palmer cocktail and the Manmosa. We will DEFINITELY be back soon. read more

My friends and I went here for something different to do on the weekend & i'm glad we went!! it was a fun atmosphere with music you want to dance to & it was decently priced for a friday night activity. the one issue i had was that the waitors working on our bay were slow to refill our drinks (free refills) & it took us a while to flag one down because they kept walking past without looking at us. another thing is that 3/4 of our group were left handed, so it took a little while for the staff to get us left handed clubs, as only right handed ones were already set up. other than that, i had too much fun for that to keep me from going again & if you're left handed i'd recommend letting the staff know before your game starts! super clean & nice atmosphere too, i'll be back for sure read more

If you dont have a reservation DO NOT GO. It's a nice atmosphere and it's very reminiscent of a upscale bowling alley but you are golfing. But the problem is they OVERBOOK and have you waiting forever. We arrived they said 1hr 30 minute wait, we said no problem. Then after 1:45 we go back and they say that will be another 1hr and 30 minutes, finally after 3hr 20 minutes we are about to leave they magically find us a pod. We order drinks....they bring us the wrong drinks. I must say the wings were good. I would ONLY come here during week non peak hours and NOT even CONSIDER coming on a weekend or without a reservation. We were not the only ones.....it seemed everyone was upset and had similar stories. Very nice concept, but POORLY executed. read more

Went to a birthday party at this location on a Saturday night. Fun place that gets really packed with people. Each section has couches and some have tables. If you rent out a small section sometimes there's no room for people with bigger groups to sit but still fun to stand and watch or talk. They have heaters which suffice in fall weather. I've been to Topgolf 4 or 5 times now and it's always a good experience interacting with the staff and friends. I do recommend going with 5 other people to split the cost of the bay per hour, otherwise it can be quite expensive depending on the time of day (the earlier you go the less expensive it is). They provide clubs for you and because I'm left-handed they also offer those as well if you ask! The food is quite good and comes out relatively quickly. The best thing on the menu is the injectable donut holes, which are a little expensive, but completely worth it. The seating is comfortable and heated so even on those chilly nights it is a nice experience. read more

This was our first time and we had a very good experience! The golf was fun, entertaining and a great way to spend an afternoon. The food was really tasty - we had burgers. The wait service at the bay was spotty for sure. We were on the ground floor, which we liked, but the couches were so low to the ground. It was really hard to eat. Even though I always make a fool of myself whenever I get near a golf course, Topgolf offers a fun way to hit a few balls around while sharing a few drinks with friends. The different games also enhance the experience, as you do more than just whack some golf balls as far as you can. The staff, although stretched thin, both literally and figuratively, by the length of the complex and demands of the golfers, kept the food and drinks coming smoothly. Knew I had a bunch of games on my card, so I just walked in and asked for a bay. This guy at the front spit out a bunch of recited lines like a robot basically saying that my TopGolf card from the original TopGolf is no good here. He was very impersonal, completely fake, and seemed to think he was still in theatre class. Anyway, not only is my card no good here, but even if I just want to hit a couple quick buckets, I need to pay for an hour! HA. How can you even call yourself TopGolf? This is nothing like the original TopGolf. Service in the bar area is slow at best. The golf bays are starting to show technical issues. The golf ball tracking is not accurate. You need to adjust almost every ball you hit. Help is not readily available at the golf bays. It's time to update sensors and hire more people. read more

First time playing top golf. My friends go here often so my friend figured it would be a fun date night. The prices range from $25-45 per hour. We thought it would be cool to participate at night time, so we went there around 10:15pm. They also have a bar, big screen tvs, etc, so I f you aren't there to play, but want to still enjoy the atmosphere you are all set. Someone brought us to our section, which holds about 6-8 people. The section has a tv where you can watch sports or whatever additional cable channels they offer. You can control the channel from the main screen. They explained the rules and we had to digitally agree to the conditions. What they don't tell you is once you agree to the conditions your time starts. After explaining the rules, we were out of 10 full mins. I think that's something they should change. You have the option to add more time at an additional cost. We had our own personal waiter who brought to the table whatever we needed. We ordered drinks. You have to place a credit card on for your tab. You do have the option to pay with cash or card once you close your tab. Last call is at 11:15. My friend and I played 2 games of top golf within that hour. Would go back again. read more

Even though it seemed super crowded the bar on the upper floor was had plenty of seating, and there were quite a number of activities to occupy yourself with while waiting (namely drinking for me) , which made it fly by. Only complaints being the noise level (could barely have a conversation without yelling while at the bar), and it was quite expensive to do just one hour which went by super quick. It's cheaper during off times. All in all, would definitely recommend it - though maybe not a great "range" for your standard golfer. read more

Best place for a company party ever! Had 200 people and we fit nicely in the banquet hall and ten golfing bays. Staff was very attentive. Modern feel to the banquet hall, had our own cash bar. We were able to run tabs. Food was very good! Buffet style food stations were well stocked. Manager introduced himself to all our company's managers. I am a non golfer and I had a great time! The golfing bays were warm with heat lamps, you are not cold at all even though it was 20 degrees outside. Plenty of tvs everywhere with all sports on. I would recommend having your company event here- the staff made it so simple with all our requests and had the people around to move the tables and chairs to our liking. read more

Our first time today. Arrived about 11:00 am. Perfect time as its not very busy at all. I must say, I am very impressed. While walking in, the design made me feel like we had just walked into a very nice resort. The staff were friendly, informative and good at what they do. They made it stupid easy for us to get started and we had so much fun doing so. We had bloodymary's, chicken & waffle sliders and a brisket samich and tots. All tasted excellent. The bloodymary was nothing special, but they did use Zing Zang as their mix that I really enjoy. So for me it was really good. I did add some Tabasco sauce to it to make it spicy. It's easy to drop some $$$$$ while playing golf there as its so much fun. The only thing I did not like was leaving. we will for sure be back!!! read more

There were 6 of us and we got a pod ( I think that's the name) on the second level. We were there to celebrate a bday. They even allow outside cake. Although I wasn't sure WHAT I was doing because I wasn't hitting the golf balls as much as I thought or intended to LOL; it was a lot of fun and I'm sure my fiancé and I will make our way back out to Top golf in the near future. At that time a young guy from behind the counter asked if we were part of a party and we expressed it was our first time there. All he said was you needed to register over there, no direction. The servers were all wonderful, the food very good but a bit overpriced. Range time was $42 an hour for a golf range with worn out; mats, balls, and clubs...NBD still a pretty good experience. Yet, if you are in your bay for literally two minutes after your play time is up, get ready for a super passive aggressive "manager" to confront you and make you feel like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to spend money there...by the way our bill was close to $300 for two hours. Not to mention that she made the kids in our group super uncomfortable by hovering over us and getting way too close for comfort, without a mask, during a pandemic! I won't be back, I hope this review helps people to spend money at some of the smaller, family owned, friendly, golf ranges that are out there. Oh, by the way, I'll host my company events somewhere where I don't feel like they are doing me a favor by allowing me to spend money with them. My husband and I moved out of the area almost a year ago. We went back to Topgolf this weekend when we were in Naperville visiting friends. We've always had such a good time at Topgolf, except for this past weekend. We bought two hours of golf and started playing. Ordered some apps and drinks. We played and had a lot of fun. When we decided to get going we paid and settled our check. One member of our party left to use the restroom. We waited at the table for him. The rest of us were standing at the table, purses on. We looked like we were leaving when a person came up and told us that this bay had be re rented already and we needed to leave. We were so confused. We just spent over $200 here and we were clearly leaving, just waiting for someone. We walked away from our table so quickly and confused that we almost forgot someone's golf clubs. All the other times we have been here it was pleasant but not this time. When we were in the lobby it wasn't even busy. Even though we have fun every time we come we won't be coming back to this location any longer. read more
